IT
I prodotti ceramici di nuova generazione
proposti da Casalgrande Padana sono
ampiamente utilizzati nelle applicazioni
a più alto contenuto tecnologico, quali le
pavimentazioni galleggianti per esterni del
sistema Twin System. In questo ambito
d’intervento, che richiede la massima
affidabilità dei materiali, l’azienda propone
gli elementi in grès porcellanato delle
linee Granitogres, Granitogres Rusticato
e Pietre Native, che garantiscono elevate
prestazioni tecniche a cui si aggiungono
notevoli livelli qualitativi sul piano estetico
e compositivo.
Questi materiali, sono ingelivi, inassorbenti,
di facile pulizia e manutenzione e sono
caratterizzati da elevati valori di resistenza
alla flessione e agli urti, all’usura,
all’abrasione, agli attacchi chimici, agli
agenti atmosferici e inquinanti e sono in
grado di sopportare importanti carichi
statici quali fioriere, panchine e arredi in
genere.

Twin System è formato da una lastra in
gres porcellanato di produzione standard
e da un supporto ceramico, anch’esso in
gres porcellanato, uniti da una miscela
di speciali resine termoindurenti. I due
elementi ceramici così accoppiati, sono
successivamente rettificati per garantire
la regolarità dimensionale delle lastre.
Nel
Twin System,
studiato
per
impieghi all’esterno (terrazzi, porticati,
camminamenti, bordi piscina ecc.),
il piano pavimentale rimane rialzato
creando un’intercapedine tecnica di
altezza variabile, facilmente ispezionabile
per qualsiasi intervento di assemblaggio,
di manutenzione e di pulizia sia delle
coperture sia delle reti impiantistiche,
assicurando inoltre un regolare deflusso
delle acque meteoriche ed evitando
fenomeni di ristagno.
A livello estetico e compositivo il Twin
System, disponibile nei formati 40x40
cm, 45x45 cm e 60x60 cm, propone
una differenziata gamma di superfici e
colori, che, interagendo e combinandosi
trasversalmente,
consentono
ampie
possibilità applicative, con notevoli
possibilità di personalizzazione.
Anche sul piano delle finiture, l’offerta
risulta
qualificata
da
soluzioni
estremamente differenziate con superfici
naturali, bocciardate, strutturate e
rustiche, che permettono non solo di
selezionare i materiali adeguati per ogni
specifica esigenza progettuale, ma anche
di combinarli tra loro, in modo da ottenere

The new generation ceramic products
proposed by Casalgrande Padana are widely
employed also for high-tech applications,
such as Twin System floating floors for
outdoor use. For this specific use, which
requires extremely reliable materials,
Casalgrande Padana proposes porcelain
stoneware tiles from the Granitogres,
Granitogres Rusticato and Pietre Native
lines. These products are in a position to
guarantee high technical performances as
well as a remarkable quality levels when it
comes to visual impact and aesthetic.
These materials are frostproof, inabsorbent,
easy to clean, have very high resistance to
warping, impact, wear and abrasion and
to chemical aggressions. Fuerthermore
they can withstand static loads like flowerholders, benches and similar sorts of
furniture and decorations generally laid on
floors of balcons and terraces.
Twin System consists of a standard
porcelain stoneware slab and a ceramic
support, also made of porcelain stoneware,
joined by a blend of special thermosetting
resins. Thus linked, the two ceramic
elements are then duly rectified to ensure
precise and regular size to the slabs.
Developed for outdoor applications such
as terraces, porticoes, balcons, paths,
pool surrounds etc., Twin System features
a raised surface to create an adjustable
technical under-space that can be easily
inspected to make possible any kind of
intervention. Additionally it ensures that
rain water regularly flows away thus
preventing any stagnation.
Twin System is available in sizes 40x40
cm, 45x45 cm and 60x60 cm in a wide
range of surface textures and colors which
can be mixed and matched together to
create a vast number of patterns to suit
personal tastes.
With Twin System, texture, color, finish,
shape and size become the means for
creating technological surfaces of great
architectural quality and allow designers
to give full vent to all their artistic flair.

Les produits céramiques de nouvelle
génération proposés par Casalgrande
Padana sont largement employés dans
les applications à plus haut contenu
technologique, comme les dalles techniques
pour terrasses du système Twin System.
Dans ce domaine d’intervention, qui exige
une fiabilité maximale des matériaux,
l’entreprise propose des éléments en
grès cérame des lignes Granitogres,
Granitogres Rusticato et Pietre Native,
qui garantissent des performances
techniques élevées auxquelles s’ajoutent
de très hauts niveaux qualitatifs sur le plan
esthétique et de la composition.
Ces matériaux sont résistants au gel,
imperméables, faciles à nettoyer et
à entretenir et ils sont caractérisés
par des valeurs élevées de résistance
à la flexion et aux chocs, à l’usure, à
l’abrasion, aux attaques chimiques, aux
agents atmosphériques et aux polluants.
Ils sont aussi en mesure de supporter
d’importantes charges statiques comme
les jardinières, bancs et mobiliers en
général.
Twin System est formé d’une dalle en
grès cérame de production standard et
d’un support céramique, lui aussi en grès
cérame, unis par un mélange de résines
thermodurcissables spéciales. Les deux
éléments céramiques accouplés sont
ensuite rectifiés pour garantir la régularité
des dimensions.
Dans le Twin System, conçu pour être utilisé
à l’extérieur sur terrasses, cheminements,
bords de piscine, etc., le niveau du sol est
rehaussé en créant un vide technique d’une
hauteur variable, facile à visiter en cas
d’interventions d’assemblage, d’entretien
et de nettoyage des revêtements et des
réseaux d’équipements, en garantissant
une évacuation régulière des eaux de pluie
et éviter les phénomènes de stagnation.
Au niveau esthétique et de la composition
Twin System, disponible dans les
formats 40x40 cm, 45x45 cm et 60x60
cm, propose une gamme différenciée
de surfaces et couleurs qui, par leur
interaction et combinaison transversale,
permettent d’innombrables possibilités
d’applications et d’importantes solutions
de personnalisation.
Même sur le plan des finitions, l’offre
devient qualitativement supérieure grâce
aux solutions extrêmement différenciées
à surfaces naturelles, bouchardées,
structurées et rustiques, qui permettent
non seulement de sélectionner les
matériaux adaptés à chaque exigence

vornehmlich bei technischen Anwendungen, wie den Terrassenelementen des
Twin-Systems, verwendet. In diesem Anwendungsbereich, der eine größte Zuverlässigkeit des Materials fordert, bieten wir
Artikel in den Feinsteinzeug Linien Granitogres, Granitogres Rusticato und Pietre
Native an, die die Gewährleistung einer
hohen technischen Leistung zusätzlich zu
einem beträchtlichen Niveau in Bezug auf
Qualität und Ästhetik sicherstellen.
Diese Materialien sind frostsicher, haben
eine geschlossene Oberflächenstruktur,
benötigen nur eine einfache Unterhaltsreinigung und zeichnen sich durch hohe
Werte der Biegefestigkeit, Temperaturwechselbeständigkeit, Verschleiß, Abrieb
und Chemikalienbeständigkeit aus und
sind für beachtliche statische Lasten wie
Blumenkübel, Gartenbänke und Möbel gut
geeignet.
Twin-System besteht aus einer Feinsteinzeugplatte der Standardproduktion und
aus einer weiteren Feinsteinzeug-Trägerplatte vereint durch eine Mischung aus
speziellen Harzen. Diese beiden Elemente
werden dann rektifiziert um eine präzise
und regelmäßige Größe zu bekommen.
Das Twin-System ist konzipiert für den
Einsatz in Außenbereichen, wie Dachterrassen, Balkone, Gartenwege, Eingangsbereiche, Poolumgänge usw. Die
Doppelbodentechnik schafft die Möglichkeit der variablen Höhe und erlaubt eine
leichte Kontrolle zur Reinigung des Bodens und der Unterkonstruktion. Ebenso
sorgt sie für einen ungehinderten Ablauf
von Regenwasser.
Das Twin-System ist in Formaten 40x40
cm, 45x45 cm und 60x60 cm erhältlich
und bietet eine diversifizierte Auswahl an

La posa in opera di Twin System è
semplice e non necessita di materiali
o attrezzature particolari. Il corretto
allineamento delle fughe e la loro
larghezza sono assicurati da quattro
distanziatori posti sulla testa del
supporto.
Prima di procedere alla posa in opera
è necessario individuare il punto di
partenza “ottimale” che consenta sia di
ridurre al minimo i tagli sulle piastre, sia
di evitare piastre di lunghezza inferiore
ai 20 cm (per evitare il contatto tra due
supporti adiacenti).

In prossimità di muretti, angoli e spigoli,
è necessario allontanare i supporti dal
muro tagliando due o tutti e quattro i
distanziatori (Fig.1); eventualmente è
necessario tagliare anche la base dei
supporti in caso d’interferenza con la
base dei supporti adiacenti (Fig. 2)
La posa in opera è a secco cosicché, per
le eventuali operazioni d’ispezione del
piano d’appoggio, è sufficiente sollevare
le piastre ceramiche.

Installation of Twin System is easy
and does not need special tools or
materials. The four spacers on the top
of the support ensure the right width
and alignment of the joints.
Before starting installation it is first
necessary to locate the “ideal starting
point” in order to reduce the need to
cut the slabs and to avoid having slabs
smaller than 20 cm (to prevent two
adjacent supports from touching each
other).
The supports must be furthered from
walls, corners and edges by cutting two
or even all the spacers of their tops (Fig.
1). The base of the supports must also
be cut in case it obstructs the
base of the adjacent supports (Fig. 2).
Twin-System is a dry-installation, so the
ceramic tiles merely need to be lifted if
the bearing surface must be inspected.

La pose des dalles Twin System est
simple et rapide. L’alignement correct
des joints et leur largeur sont garantis
par quatre pièces intercalaires placées
sur la tête du support.
Avant la mise en oeuvre il faut localiser
le point de départ « optimal » qui permet
soit de réduire au minimum les coupes
des dalles, soit d’éviter des dalles d’une
longueur inférieure à 20 cm (ceci évite le
contact entre deux supports adjacents).
A proximité des murs, d’angles rentrants
et d’angles sortants, il faut éloigner les
supports en coupant deux ou quatre
pièces intercalaires (Fig.1). En cas
d’interférence avec la base des supports
adjacents il sera nécessaire de couper
aussi la base des supports (Fig. 2)
Etant donné que la pose des dalles est
à sec, pour les opérations de visite
technique du plan d’appui il suffit de
soulever les dalles céramiques.

Die Verlegung des Twin Systems
ist einfach und schnell. Die richtige
Ausrichtung der Gelenke und ihre Breite
sind durch vier Abstandshalter auf dem
Kopf der Stelzlager garantiert.
Vor der Verlegung ist es wichtig den
“optimalen” Startpunkt der Verlegung
zu bestimmen, um Kürzungen der
Platten zu vermeiden und Plattenlängen
kleiner als 20 cm auszuschließen (zur
Vermeidung des Kontakts zwischen

zwei angrenzenden Stelzlagern).
In der Nähe von Wänden, Außenecken
und Innenecken müssen die Stelzlager
mit Abstand von der Wand platziert
werden oder 2 bzw. 4 der Abstandhalter
eingeschnitten werden (Abb.1). Unter
Umständen ist es auch notwendig
die Basis der Stelzlager anzupassen,
wenn man diese sehr eng beieinander
positionieren muß (Abb. 2).
