Enrolment
1. Send us the completed enrolment form immediately.
2. Pay the appropriate fee.
3. Once the deadline for enrolments has passed, you will receive confirmation that you have
been accepted for the course.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of each participant to arrange insurance against accidents and injuries that
might occur on the course or during leisure time.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation before the end of the enrolment period, the School will retain an
administration charge of 20% of the amount paid.
In the event of cancellation once the enrolment deadline has passed, the School will retain the
whole amount paid.
In the event of your suffering sickness or an accident, the School will issue a voucher for a course
in the following year, on presentation of a medical certificate.
The Accademia Teatro Dimitri reserves the right to cancel courses if they are undersubscribed
(min. 6 people).
