Milling instrument chucks
1.
Unscrew the chuck and remove the milling instrument.
2.
Clean the inside and outside of the chuck with a supplied pointed cotton
swab and undiluted ethanol (commercially available cleaning alcohol).
When doing this, rotate the cotton swab counterclockwise in order to
push the dirt out.
3.
Clean the thread with a clean cloth and undiluted ethanol (commercially
available cleaning alcohol).
4.
Grease the thread very lightly.
5.
Clean the inside of the clamping cone with a pointed cotton swab and undiluted ethanol (commercially available cleaning alcohol). When doing
this, rotate the cotton swab counterclockwise in order to push the dirt out.
6.
Insert the milling instrument in the chuck and screw in the chuck by hand.
Screw the milling instrument tight with the torque wrench.
7.
Repeat these steps until you have cleaned all of the milling instrument
chucks.

Limpiar los conos de inserción de los instrumentos de tallado.
✔ Los motores se encuentran en la posición de cambio de instrumentos de

Desenrosque el instrumento de tallado.

Limpie el cono de inserción por dentro con un bastoncillo de algodón acabado en punta y etanol sin diluir (alcohol de limpieza convencional). Gire
el bastoncillo de limpieza al mismo tiempo en sentido antihorario para extraer la suciedad.
3.
¡No engrasar la rosca! Introduzca el instrumento de tallado y apriételo
con la llave dinamométrica.

NOTA
Con CEREC MC XL: 1 vez al mes
Con inLab MC XL: 1 vez a la semana o con cada 4º cambio de agua
Limpiar y engrasar el mandril del bloque y la tuerca de sujeción del bloque.
Desmontar la tuerca de sujeción del bloque
Desmontar la tuerca de sujeción del bloque
ADVERTENCIA
Peligro de lesiones con los instrumentos de tallado
Asegúrese de no rozar con la mano los instrumentos de tallado.
1.
Presione el enclavamiento de la puerta de la cámara de tallado y abra la
puerta.
2.
Desenrosque en sentido antihorario la tuerca de sujeción del bloque y
extráigala.
1.
Extraiga la junta del mandril haciendo palanca con un destornillador.
2.
Coloque la tuerca de sujeción del bloque sobre una base firme como se
muestra y extraiga el mandril a presión.
1.
Limpie el eje del bloque por dentro con un bastoncillo de algodón y etanol
sin diluir (alcohol de limpieza convencional).

Limpieza del sujetabloque automático
Limpie el mandril por dentro y por fuera con un bastoncillo de algodón y
etanol sin diluir (alcohol de limpieza convencional).
3.
Limpie la tuerca de sujeción del bloque por dentro con un bastoncillo de
algodón y etanol sin diluir (alcohol de limpieza convencional).
4.
Engrase ligeramente los cantos de enclavamiento del mandril y de la tuerca de sujeción del bloque con la grasa suministrada. Para ello utilice el
bastoncillo de limpieza redondeado suministrado.
5.
Engrase ligeramente la rosca de la tuerca de sujeción del bloque.

Montar el mandril
1.
Coloque el mandril sobre una base firme como se muestra y presione la
tuerca de sujeción del bloque hasta que se enclave.
2.
Coloque la junta del mandril a presión.

Montar la tuerca de sujeción del bloque
B
1.
Coloque la tuerca de sujeción del bloque sobre el eje del bloque de forma
que la escotadura del mandril A encaje en el saliente del fijador del bloque B.
2.
Enrosque la tuerca de sujeción del bloque en sentido horario aprox. 3
vueltas.

PRECAUCIÓN
Instrumentos de tallado con mandril
Sólo debe engrasarse la rosca si los instrumentos de tallado se utilizan con
mandril. No engrasar la rosca en instrumentos de tallado sin mandril.
NOTA
Con CEREC MC XL: 1 vez al mes
Con inLab MC XL: 1 vez a la semana o con cada 4º cambio de agua
Limpie los mandriles de los instrumentos de tallado y engrase las roscas.
✔ Los motores se encuentran en la posición de cambio de instrumentos de
tallado.
Desatornille el mandril y retire el instrumento de tallado.
2.
Limpie el mandril por dentro y por fuera con un bastoncillo de limpieza
(suministrado) acabado en punta y etanol sin diluir (alcohol de limpieza
convencional). Gire el bastoncillo de limpieza al mismo tiempo en sentido
antihorario para extraer la suciedad.
3.
Limpie la rosca con un paño limpio y etanol sin diluir (alcohol de limpieza
convencional).
4.
Engrase muy ligeramente la rosca.
5.
Limpie el cono de inserción por dentro con un bastoncillo de algodón acabado en punta y etanol sin diluir (alcohol de limpieza convencional). Gire
el bastoncillo de limpieza al mismo tiempo en sentido antihorario para extraer la suciedad.

Inserte el instrumento de tallado en el mandril y enrosque el mandril a
mano. Apriete el instrumento de tallado con la llave dinamométrica.
7.
Repita estos pasos hasta que haya limpiado todos los mandriles de los
instrumentos de tallado.

➢ Pulire l'interno dell'albero del blocchetto una volta la mese con un bastoncino con punta arrotondata (verde) e con etanolo non diluito (alcol per la
pulizia comunemente in commercio).
1.2 Strumenti di molaggio senza pinza
CAUTELA
Non lubrificare la filettatura!
Non lubrificare la filettatura degli strumenti di molaggio privi di pinze.
NOTA
Per CEREC MC XL: 1 volta al mese
Per inLab MC XL: 1 volta alla settimana oppure ogni 4 sostituzioni dell'acqua
Pulire i coni di attacco degli strumenti di molaggio.
✔ I motori si trovano nella posizione per la sostituzione degli strumenti di molaggio.

Pulire l'interno del cono di attacco con un bastoncino di pulizia appuntito
e con etanolo non diluito (alcol per la pulizia comunemente in commercio). A tale scopo, ruotare il bastoncino di pulizia in senso antiorario, per
rimuovere le impurità.
3.
Non lubrificare la filettatura! Inserire lo strumento di molaggio e serrarlo
con la chiave dinamometrica.

AVVERTENZA
Pericolo di lesioni con gli strumenti di molaggio
Prestare attenzione a non urtare con le mani gli strumenti di molaggio.
1.
Premere sul blocco dello sportello della camera di molaggio per aprirlo.
2.
Svitare il manicotto del blocchetto ruotandolo in senso antiorario ed
estrarlo.
1.
Rimuovere la guarnizione della pinza facendo leva con un cacciavite.
2.
Posizionare il manicotto del blocchetto come mostrato su un appoggio
stabile e premere per estrarre la pinza.
1.
Pulire l'interno dell'albero del blocchetto con un bastoncino di ovatta e
con etanolo non diluito (alcol per la pulizia comunemente in commercio).

Pulire l'interno e l'esterno della pinza con un bastoncino di ovatta e con
etanolo non diluito (alcol per la pulizia comunemente in commercio).

Pulire l'interno del manicotto del blocchetto con un bastoncino di ovatta e
con etanolo non diluito (alcol per la pulizia comunemente in commercio).
4.
Lubrificare leggermente il bordo di arresto della pinza e del manicotto del
blocchetto con il grasso in dotazione. A tale scopo, utilizzare i bastoncini
di pulizia con punta arrotondata in dotazione.
5.
Lubrificare leggermente la filettatura del manicotto del blocchetto.

Montaggio della pinza
1.
Posizionare la pinza come mostrato su un appoggio stabile e premere il
manicotto del blocchetto fino alla battuta.
2.
Premere sulla guarnizione della pinza.

1.
Applicare il manicotto da utilizzare sull'albero del blocchetto in modo che
la scanalatura della pinza A si agganci al perno del fissatore del blocchetto B.
2.
Avvitare il manicotto del blocchetto in senso orario di circa 3 giri.

CAUTELA
Prestare attenzione alle pinze degli strumenti presenti!
Lubrificare la filettatura solo se gli strumenti di molaggio vengono impiegati
con le relative pinze. Non lubrificare la filettatura degli strumenti di molaggio
privi di pinze.

Strofinare la filettatura con un panno pulito e con etanolo non diluito (alcol
per la pulizia comunemente in commercio).
4.
Lubrificare leggermente la filettatura.
5.
Pulire l'interno del cono di attacco con un bastoncino di pulizia appuntito
e con etanolo non diluito (alcol per la pulizia comunemente in commercio). A tale scopo, ruotare il bastoncino di pulizia in senso antiorario, per
rimuovere le impurità.

Inserire lo strumento di molaggio nella pinza e ruotare quest'ultima manualmente. Serrare lo strumento di molaggio con la chiave dinamometrica.

Ripetere tutti i passaggi fino a quando non sono state pulite tutte le pinze
degli strumenti di molaggio.
