PRODOTTI
Dalla formulazione e produzione dei compound allo
stampaggio di articoli tecnici in gomma.
Se.Fa si è costituita nel corso dei primi anni ‘90.
Attraverso le competenze tecnologiche, tecnicoprogettuali e produttive presenti, Se.Fa è attualmente
in grado di soddisfare clienti di primaria importanza
che operano sul mercato sia nazionale che estero, in
diversi settori, tra cui quello idraulico, veicolistico e del
riscaldamento.
Se.Fa dispone di una gamma di prodotti molto completa,
realizzata in vari tipi di gomma: NR, SBR, EPDM, Butile,
Silicone e Viton che vende direttamente sul mercato
nazionale ed estero. I principali prodotti sono: membrane
per autoclavi e vasi d’espansione, guarnizioni per caldaie e
canne fumarie, antivibranti “automotive”.

Se.Fa was founded during the early 90s. Our
technological, technical-design and production
experience makes Se.Fa able to meet the needs of
leading companies operating on both the national and
international market, in several areas, including the
hydraulic, automotive and heating sectors.
Se.Fa has a whole range of products, produced in several
types of rubber: NR, SBR, EPDM, Butyl, Silicon and Viton.
The main products are: membranes for pressure tanks and
expansion vessels, seals for boilers and chimney flues that
Se.Fa sells directly to national and foreign markets.

CICLO PRODUTTIVO
LABORATORIO
L’area produttiva di Se.Fa si sviluppa su di una superficie di
oltre 3.000 mq. Le nostre presse sono tutte molto recenti
e quindi costruite secondo i migliori criteri di efficienza e
sicurezza. Sono macchine con forza di chiusura e capacità
di iniezione alte (fino a 900 ton e capacità di 12,5 litri) e
con piani di stampaggio fino a 1600 mm x 1100 mm.
Il laboratorio è un luogo fondamentale per il controllo della
qualità dei prodotti Se.Fa.
I controlli avvengono in un primo momento sulle mescole,
con lo scopo di individuare la qualità del materiale e le
ottimali condizioni di stampaggio, poi sui prodotti stampati
al fine di verificare le caratteristiche fisiche e meccaniche
(allungamento, compressione, durezza).
In laboratorio vengono anche effettuati dei controlli relativi
alla resistenza al calore, al contatto con acqua e altri liquidi,
all’allungamento ciclico.
PRODUCTION CYCLE
Se.Fa’s production area is developed on a surface of more
than 3.000 square meters. All Se.Fa’s press machines are
very recent and produced according to the best efficiency
and safety standards. These machines have a very powerful
closing strength and injection capacity (up to 900 tons and
a 12,5 lts capacity), with moulding planes up to 1600 mm
x 1100 mm.
LABORATORY
The laboratory is an important place to test the quality
of Se.Fa products. The controls take place at first on the
compounds to identifying the quality of the material and the
optimal moulding conditions, then on the final products in
order to verify the physical characteristics and mechanical
properties (elongation, compression, hardness). In the
laboratory are also made controls related to resistance to
heat, to contact with water and other fluids, and to cyclic
elongation.

MEMBRANE PER AUTOCLAVI E VASI D’ESPANSIONE
Se.Fa realizza membrane per serbatoi per acqua calda
e fredda, per acque sanitarie e per osmosi inversa. Le
membrane, che sono il cuore del serbatoio, sono prodotte
a sacco e a doppio volume.

VESSELS
Se.Fa produces membranes for cold and hot watertanks,
for sanitary water and reverse osmosis. The membranes,
which are the heart of the tank, are produced in bag shape
and in double volume.

I prodotti realizzati da Se.Fa trovano impiego nel
delicato settore della evacuazione dei fumi prodotti dalla
combustione del gas nelle caldaie.
La gamma di prodotti di Se.Fa prevede: guarnizioni di
tenuta tubo/tubo o tubo/curva; manicotti per fascette di
raccordo; rosoni coprimuro.
Le guarnizioni sono prodotte in Silicone e EPDM (caldaie a
condensazione) secondo quanto stabilito dalle più recenti
normative e quindi offrono le migliori garanzie di resistenza
e di tenuta nel tempo ad alte temperature (fino a 200°C).
La gamma di guarnizioni è completa e può essere applicata
a tubi con diametri da 60 a 350 mm.
The Se.Fa products are used in the sensitive sector of smoke
evacuation produced by the combustion of gas in boilers.
Se.Fa’s range of products includes: seals pipe/pipe or pipe/
bends; sleeves for connecting clamps; wall covering plates.
The seals are produced in Silicon and EPDM (condensation
boilers) according to the most recent standards, therefore
they offer better resistance guarantees and better long-life
to high temperatures over time (up to 200°C).
Our range of gaskets is complete and can be applied to
pipes with diameters from 60 to 350 mm.

La forma delle guarnizioni consente, per la presenza di 2
o 3 labbra, grande facilità in fase di innesto dei tubi e
massima garanzia di tenuta dei fumi.
Le guarnizioni Se.Fa sono prodotte secondo quanto stabilito
dalla normativa EN 14241-1:2005 in termini di resistenza
alle temperature ed alla condensa acida.
Il rispetto di questa norma è garanzia fondamentale per la
corretta evacuazione dei fumi di combustione delle caldaie.
I materiali usati permettono un impiego in diversi campi di
applicazione e a diverse condizioni:
The gasket shape allows , thanks to their 2 or 3 lips, great
ease during engagement of the tubes and maximum
guarantee sealing of the fumes.
The gaskets are produced by Se.Fa as defined in EN 142411:2005 regulation in terms of temperature resistance and
acid condensation.
Compliance with this regulation is the fundamental
guarantee for the proper discharge of boilers flue gases.
The materials used allow to employ gaskets in various
application fields and different conditions:
1. EPDM con elevate caratteristiche meccaniche, buona
resistenza a temperatura fino a 120°C
2. Silicone con moderata resistenza ad acidi e a temperature
fino a 250°C
3. Fluoroelastomero (Viton) con elevata resistenza ad acidi
aggressivi e a temperature molto elevate fino a 350°C
1. EPDM with high mechanical characteristics, good
resistance to temperature up to 120 ° C
2. Silicone with moderate resistance to acids and
temperatures up to 250 ° C

CERTIFICATIONS
Se.Fa ha attribuito grande importanza all’ottenimento di
certificazioni sia del sistema di qualità aziendale, sia della
qualità del prodotto.
Alcuni tra i principali prodotti Se.Fa sono particolarmente
sensibili nei confronti della salute e sicurezza della
collettività: le membrane per autoclavi possono essere
impiegate per la distribuzione di acque ad uso potabile,
mentre le guarnizioni per camini e canne fumarie sono un
elemento fondamentale per la corretta evacuazione dei
fumi di combustione delle caldaie.
