PRESENTAZIONE
INTRODUCTION
I bracci autoportanti serie B-A by AERNOVA sono
sicuramente indispensabili per aspirare ed eliminare
i fumi prodotti nelle lavorazioni.
The self-supporting arms of the series B-A by AERNOVA are absolutely indispensable for sucking and eliminating the fumes produced during work processing.
Essendo posizionati in alto e montati su ralla ruotante
di 360° sono molto maneggevoli, flessibili e non occupano superficie nelle zone di lavoro.
As they are positioned high and assembled on a pivot
turning 360°, they are very easy to handle, flexible,
and do not take up any space within the working areas.
Queste caratteristiche unite alla vasta gamma di versioni
e di accessori rendono i bracci B-A un elemento
indispensabile per le aziende moderne.

IL PRODOTTO
THE PRODUCT
Il braccio aspirante B-A è costituito da una serie di
tubazioni realizzate in lamiera (verniciata antigraffio)
raccordate tra loro per mezzo di giunti snodati realizzati
con braccetti di pressofusione e tubo flessibile ad alta
resistenza che consentono un semplice e comodo movimento del braccio e da una cappetta snodata, dotata di
serranda di esclusione e taratura.
The B-A sucking arm consists of a series of sheetmetal
pipes (with scratch-proof paint) connected together by
means of articulated joints made of fie-cast levers and
a high performance flexible pipe, which allow a simple and
comfortable movement of the arm, and of an articulated
hood, provided with cutting-off and adjusting shutter.
Il braccio aspirante B-A è stato progettato e costruito
nel pieno rispetto delle vigenti normative relative alla
sicurezza sul posto di lavoro e all’evacuazione dei
fumi nocivi e delle sostanze inquinanti dall’ambiente
di lavoro.
The B-A sucking arm has been devised and designed
in full compilance with the present regulations concerning the safety on the working place and the
withdrawal of harmful fumes and polluting substances
from the working environment.
Il braccio aspirante B-A è dotato di certificazione CE.
The B-A sucking arm is E.E.C. certified.
Il braccio aspirante autoportante B-A rappresenta la
migliore soluzione tecnica per l’aspirazione dei fumi di
saldatura, gas, vapori, aerosol, fumi di olio, polveri ecc.
Il braccio viene prodotto in tre diversi diametri 125mm,
150mm e 200mm in varie lunghezze.
The B-A self-supporting sucking arm represents the
best technical solution for the sucking of welding fumes,
gases, vapours, aerosol, oil vapours, dust etc.
The arm is manufactured with three different diametres
125mm, 150mm and 200mm and in various lengths.
É possibile, quando richiesto, applicare ai bracci stessi
delle prolunghe per aumentare la superficie di copertura.
When required, it is possible to apply an extension to
the arm itself, in order to increase the covered surface.

FUNZIONAMENTO
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
L’aria inquinata viene aspirata tramite la cappetta
snodata, attraversa le tubazioni in lamiera e viene convogliata al ventilatore ad alta efficienza o, a seconda
della versioe, alla tubazione centralizzata dell’impianto e
di qui al sistema di filtrazione dell’aria utilizzato nelle
specifiche applicazioni.
The polluted air is sucked in through the articulated
hood, flows inside the tin piping and is conveyed to the
high efficiency fan or, according to the model version,
to the plant centralized piping, and from there to the air
filtering system utilized in the specific applications.
Il braccio B-A è inoltre dotato di una ralla che permette
una rotazione di 360° e di una molla con cavo di sicurezza
che alleggerisce la movimentazione dello stesso.
The B-A arm is also equipped with a pivot allowing a
360° rotation, and a spring wit safety cable, which lightens
the movement of the arm.
Il flusso dell’aria inquinata che attraversa il canale di
aspirazione creato nel braccio non viene quindiostacolato
da snodi o articolazioni interne. Date le contenute
dimensioni del tubo flessibile usato nei gomiti, risultano
perdite di carico notevolmente inferiori ad altri sistemi
analoghi presenti sul mercato il che si traduce in minore
potenza richiesta al ventilatore e quindi in risparmio
energetico.
Therefore the flux of polluted air flowing through the
sucking channel created within the arm, does not find
any obstacle such as joints or internal connections.
Due to the limited dimensions of the flexible pipe
utilized at the elbows, the load losses are considerably
lower than those in other similar systems on the market,
which means less power required from the fan and
therefore energy saving.
La ridotta velocità dell’aria attraverso l’impianto permette inoltre il massimo contenimento della rumorosità.
Furthermore, the reduced air speed throught the system
allows the maximum noise containment.
L’estrazione dei fumi nocivi dagli ambienti di lavoro nella
stagione invernale crea solitamente una riduzione della
temperatura. Il braccio aspirante B-A rappresenta la
soluzione ideale a questo inconveniente in quanto,
grazie alla serrandina di regolazione incorporata, è
possibile dosare la quantità di aria da aspirare.
The withdrawal of harmful fumes from working areas during
the winter season usually causes a reduction of the
temperature. The B-A sucking arm represent the ideal
solution to this inconvenience, as by adjusting the
incorporated shutter, it is possible to dose the quantity
of air to be sucked.
É inoltre possible depurare l’aria inquinata con appositi
filtri forniti come opzional e riciclarla nel locale (serie A.R.,
T.A., C.A. ecc.).
It is also possible to purify the polluted air with suitable
filters which are supplied as optional and recycle it into
the room (series A.R., T.A., C.A. etc.).
INSTALLAZIONE / INSTALLATION
L’installazione dei bracci B-A autoriportanti è di notevole semplicità seguendo i consigli illustrati sul manuale
di uso e manutenzione.
The installation of the B-A self-supporting arms is
done extremely simply by following the advice the steps
as illustrated on the operation and maintenance manual.
Grazie alla notevole quantità di accessori i bracci BA riescono a soddisfare la quasi totalità delle esigenze
delle Aziende utilizzatrici. Infatti i bracci possono essere
posizionati a muro, a soffitto od al centro dello stabilimento mediante robuste piantane tassellate solidamente
al pavimento.
Due to the large quantity of accessories the B-A arms
can satisfy almost the entire range of requirements
on the part of the end-user. In fact the arms can be
positioned on the wall-mounted mounted, ceiling
mounted, or positioned in the middle of the factory
through strong support stands firmly secured to the floor
by means of rawlplugs.
Il loro collegamento all’impianto di aspirazione è
facilitato grazie alla dotazione particolare attacco
idoneo per tubo flessibile.
Their connection to the sucking system is made easier
by the supply of the special fitting suitable for flexible
pipes.
