condizioni di vendita
- Tutti gli ordini che ci pervengono si intendono subordinati alla accettazione della nostra sede.
- La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente anche se venduta franco destino. Le contestazioni per danni causati dal trasporto dovranno essere fatte al ricevimento della merce. Eventuali
reclami per merce difettosa saranno ammessi solo se effettuati entro 8 (otto) giorni dalla consegna.
- Per singole consegne di importo inferiore a 300 Euro netti verrà addebitato in fattura un contributo
spese in misura fissa di 25 Euro. Per le isole, per singole consegne di importo inferiore a 500 Euro sarà
addebitato un contributo pari a 35 Euro.
- Non saranno accettati resi di merce se non preventivamente autorizzati per iscritto alla venditrice.
- La venditrice si riserva il diritto di apportare ai suoi prodotti modifiche tecniche ritenute opportune.
- La merce venduta rimane di proprietà della venditrice fino al pagamento totale da parte dell’acquirente. In caso contrario la venditrice si riserva la facoltà di ritirarla in qualsiasi momento.
- Per ogni controversia si elegge foro competente quello di TREVISO anche se i pagamenti potranno
essere effettuati presso il domicilio del committente.
