ENTERPRISES FOR INNOVATION, PRIZE IXI
FONTANA PIETRO s.p.a. AWARDED
New goal for Fontana Spa: on March, 6th, Thursday, the Company of
Calolziocorte was awarded the national prize IxI Enterprises for Innovation,
endowed by Italian Manufacturers’ Association.
During the Research and Innovation Day, organized by the Italian Manufacturers’
Association at Viale dell’Astronomia, in the technical auditorium, in the presence
of exceptional guests, Chairman Walter Fontana was awarded the prestigious
prize by Minister Luigi Nicolais, by Pasquale Pistorio, Vice Chairman Italian
Manufacturers’ Association for Research and Innovavation, and by Emma
Marcegaglia Deputy Chairman Italian Manufacturers’ Association for Energy and
Political and Environmental Coordination.
365 companies, separated into 3 different categories, took part at the event,
only 16 companies were awarded.
The company of Calolziocorte, world leader in the Automotive sector of press dies
for cars and in the body production was awarded among the 7 first winning
companies as an example for successful innovation.
“It’s a reward for our continuous daily effort in researching – comments the
Chairman – our goal is always a step further to be ahead, the individuation of
solutions anticipating market and to be reliable and long-term partners for our
customers ”.
An audience of more than thousands guests, together with the Chairman of Italian
Manufacturers’ Association Luca Cordero di Montezemolo.
