Benvenuti a Chioggia/Sottomarina alla 10a edizione del Torneo Coppa Clodia
Cari amici sportivi,
E` con immenso piacere che porgo a tutte le squadre partecipanti al Torneo “COPPA CLODIA” un caloroso benvenuto a nome del Comitato Direttivo e della Direzione
della Fondazione Euro-Sportring. Mi auguro che tutti i partecipanti trascorrano un piacevole soggiorno a Chioggia e Sottomarina e che contribuiscano ad instaurare
un’atmosfera sportiva sia sui campi sia nel tempo libero. Colgo infine l’occasione per ringraziare sentitamente il Comitato Organizzatore del “COPPA CLODIA”, i Dirigenti
del Sottomarina Lido Calcio ed il Comune di Chioggia per il loro prezioso contributo indispensabile alla realizzazione di quest’avvenimento sportivo.

Liebe Sportfreunde,
Ich freue mich sehr, im Namen von Vorstand und Direktion der Stiftung Euro-Sportring alle Mannschaften beim Turnier “COPPA CLODIA” willkommen heißen zu
können. Ich hoffe, dass die Teilnehmer ihren Aufenthalt in Chioggia und Sottomarina genießen und dass sie ihren Teil beitragen können zu einer sportlichen
Atmosphäre rund um die Spielfelder. Ich bedanke mich zugleich bei den Mitgliedern des Organisationskomitees des “COPPA CLODIA”, beim Vorstand des
Sottomarina Lido Calcio sowie der Gemeinde von Chioggia für den Einsatz, der dieses Ereignis möglich macht.

Chers amis sportif,
C’est au nom du Comité Directeur de la fondation Euro-Sportring, que je souhaite avec grand plaisir la bienvenue à toutes les équipes présentes. J’espère que tous les
participants passent un séjour agréable à Chioggia et qu’ils contribuent à l’esprit d’amitié internationale. C’est par cette voie que je veux remercier les membres du comité d’organisation de la X Cup, Le Comité Directeur de Sottomarina Lido Calcio et ainsi que la municipalité de Chioggia pour avoir permis à ce tournoi de figurer sur le
programme d’Euro-Sportring.

ll Saluto dell’Assessore allo Sport Nicola Boscolo Pecchie
L'anno scorso, alla nona edizione, scherzando, ho salutato le rappresentative delle squadre dicendo "benvenuti alla decima edizione della Coppa Clodia", il senso era
quello di fare l'augurio ad una manifestazione ormai consolidata che e' diventata un appuntamento classico ed indiscutibile per le amministrazioni comunali. Gia' l'anno
scorso eravamo certi che ci sarebbe stata la decima edizione. Ed eccola qui con l'immancabile e proficuo lavoro di Guido Boscolo “Moretto” ed il suo staff, la professionalita' di Euro Sportring, la gioia e le ambizioni delle squadre, i campi da calcare, la disponibilita' delle locali associazioni sportive, la soddisfazione dell'amministrazione comunale di vedere colorata la citta' dalle vostre divise e dai vostri visi desiderosi di sport e di vittoria. Chissa' in questi dieci anni dove sono finite le centinaia di
atleti che hanno calcato i campi di Chioggia, alcuni saranno atleti di successo, altri avranno scelto il il calcio come prospettiva di vita, altri ricorderanno Coppa Clodia
come una piacevole esperienza, ma tutti avranno avuto un rapporto con i sani valori della vita e dello sport: l'identita', la disciplina, il sacrificio, il rispetto, la correttezza del confronto, la nobilta' della vittoria e della sconfitta. Valori sempre validi, per atleti e per uomini ed e' quindi questo l'augurio di sempre, fatevi guidare dai valori
dello sport, dello sport come maestro di vita. Fatelo qui, a Chioggia, ancora una volta. Fatelo! Nel vostro interesse. Date tutto quello che avete.

Letztes Jahr, anlässlich der neunten Veranstaltung, habe ich die Vertreter der Mannschaften scherzend mit “herzlich willkommen zur 10. Veranstaltung der Coppa Clodia” begrüsst. Der Sinn war, einer
bereits fundierten Manifestation, die ein klassischer und unbestrittener Treffpunkt für die Stadtverwaltung geworden ist, alles Gute zu wünschen. Schon im vergangenen Jahr waren wir uns sicher, dass
es eine 10. Veranstaltung gegeben hätte. Und da sind wir, mit der unausbleiblichen und nützlichen Arbeit von Guido Boscolo Moretto und seiner Mannschaft, der Professionalität des Euro-Sportrings,
der Freude und dem Ergeiz der Mannschaften, auf den Plätzen zu spielen, der Bereitschaft der hiesigen Sportvereine, der Zufriedenheit der Stadtverwaltung, die Stadt mit Eurer Vereinskleidung und
ruhmbegierigen Gesichter zu schmücken. Wer weiss, wo in diesen zehn Jahren die Hunderte von Atlethen, die die Fussballplätze “zerstampft” haben, hingekommen sind? Einige werden erfolgreiche
Atlethen geworden sein, andere werden den Fussball als Lebensperspektive gewählt haben, wieder andere erinnern sich an die Coppa Clodia als eine vergnügliche Erfahrung, aber alle werden eine
Verbindung mit den gesunden Lebenswerten und dem Sport gehabt haben: die Identität, die Disziplin, das Opfer, der Respekt, das Fairness der Konfrontation, die Nobilität des Gewinns und der
Niederlage. Immer gültige Werte für Atlethen und Menschen und aus dem Grunde dieser immer währende Wunsch: lasst Euch von den sportlichen Werten leiten - Sport als Lebensmeister!
Macht es hier in Chioggia, nochmals… macht es! In Eurem Interesse. Gebt Euer Bestes.

L’année dernière, à sa neuvième édition, en plaisantant, je salue le représentant de l’équipe en disant: «Bienvenue à la dixième édition de la Coppa Clodia”, le sens était de faire le vœu d’un événement
habitué qui est devenu un rendez-vous classique et indiscutable pour l’administration municipale. Déjà l‘année dernière, nous étions certains qu’il y aurait la dixième édition. Voici donc le travail immanquable et avantageuse de Guido Boscolo Moretto et son équipe, le professionnalisme de l’Euro-Sportring, la joie et les ambitions des équipes, des terrains de football, la disponibilité des associations
sportives locales, la satisfaction de l’ administration municipale de voir la ville colorée de vos uniformes et vos visages avides de sport et de la victoire. Qui sait dans dix ans, des centaines d’athlètes
de Chioggia où sont arrivés, certains athlètes seront couronnés de succès, d’autres ont choisi le football comme l’espérance de vie, d’autres se rappellent de la Coupe Clodia comme une expérience
agréable, mais tous ont eu un relation avec des valeurs de vie saine et du sport: l’identité, la discipline, du sacrifice, le respect, l’équité de comparaison, la noblesse de la victoire et la défaite.
Les valeurs sont toujours valables pour les athlètes et les hommes et qui est donc l’espoir de toujours être guidées par les valeurs du sport comme un maître de vie.
Fais-toi ici à Chioggia, une autre fois. Fais-toi! Dans votre meilleur intérêt. Donnez tout ce que vous avez.

Last year, during the ninth edition, joking, I greeted the teams saying “welcome to the tenth edition of the Coppa Clodia“, the sense was to wish you an almost usual event, a classic and unquestionable appointment for the municipal administration. Last year we were already sure that there would have been the tenth edition. And here it is, with the unfailing and helpful work of Guido Boscolo
Moretto and his staff, the professionalism of Euro-Sportring, the joy and the ambitions of the teams, the football fields, the willingness of the local sports associations, the satisfaction of the municipal
administration in seeing the city coloured by your uniforms and by your faces, so eager for sport and for win. I wonder what the hundreds of athletes have been doing for these ten years. Someone will
have become successful athletes, others will have chosen football as prospect of life, others will remember Coppa Clodia as a pleasant experience, but everyone will have known the real values of life
and sport: identity, discipline, sacrifice, respect, the fair contest, the win and the defeat’s nobleness. These values are always valid, for athletes and for human beings and so this is the usual wish: let
yourselves be guided by the values of sport, sport as teacher of life. Do it here , in Chioggia, once more. Do it! In your interest. Give everything you have.

REGOLAMENTO
X° Torneo Internazionale
di calcio COPPA CLODIA
Art. 1 - ORGANIZZAZIONE
Il Torneo Internazionale di calcio “COPPA CLODIA”, organizzato dalla Società A.s.d.
Sottomarina Lido Calcio (con sede in Viale Verona n. 13/a, 30019 Sottomarina di Chioggia,
tel.: 041-5541571, fax: 041-5542990) in collaborazione con il Comune di Chioggia e la
Fondazione Euro-Sportring, sarà diretto secondo le regole della International Football Associations Board (IFAB) (Ultima Edizione) fino a quando non intervenga un altro articolo descrivente qualcosa di diverso. Il torneo si disputerà nei giorni 22 e 23 Maggio 2010 presso
l’impianto sportivo di Chioggia e comuni vicini.
La Società organizzatrice ha ricevuto dalla FIGC l’autorizzazione necessaria per
l’organizzazione di questo Torneo.
Art. 2 - ATEGORIE/DURATA GARE/ FORMUL A DEL TOR NEO
A. Juniores nati dal 01.01.1991 al compimento anagrafico del 16° anno di età - durata partita: 2 x 20 min. senza intervallo. Finalissima 2 x 25 minuti.
A causa delle differenti categorie di età, stabilite dalle Federazioni di Calcio delle varie nazioni Europee, l’organizzatore del torneo può concedere nella cate goria A dei fuori quota alle
squadre provenienti dai seguenti paesi:
• Italia: 5 giocatori nati il o dopo il 01.01.1990;
• Svizzera: tutti i giocatori nati il o dopo il 01.01.1990;
• Stati Uniti: tutti i giocatori nati il o dopo il 01.08.1990.
Attenzione : NON SONO CONSENTITI PRESTITI.
B - Giocatori nati dal 01.01.93 al compimento anagrafico del 14° anno di età.
Per gara due tempi della durata di 15 minuti ciascuno, senza intervallo.
Formula del torneo: Due gironi da 4 squadre. Gironi all’italiana.
Semifinali per 1^ e 2^ classificate dei gironi. Finalissima 1^-2^ posto e finali dal 3^ all’8^
posto.
C - Giocatori nati dal 01.01.95 al compimento anagrafico del 12° anno di età.
Per gara due tempi della durata di 15 minuti ciascuno, senza intervallo
Formula del torneo: Due gironi da 5 squadre. Gironi all’italiana. Semifinali per le prime due
classificate e Finali 1^-2^ e 3^-4^ posto.
D - Giocatori nati dal 01.01.97 al compimento anagrafico del 8° anno di età.
Per gara due tempi della durata di 15 minuti ciascuno, senza intervallo
Undici giocatori per squadra. Con un massimo di 5 giocatori nato in 1998.
Formula del torneo: Due gironi da 5 squadre. Gironi all’italiana. Semifinali per le prime due
classificate e Finali 1^-2^ e 3^-4^ posto.
E/6 - Giocatori nati dal 01.01.99 al compimento anagrafico del 8° anno di età. Per gara
due tempi della durata di 15 minuti ciascuno, senza intervallo. Ogni gara si articola in una partita 6 contro 6 su campi di dimensioni ridotte con porte ridotte (mt. 4x2) e utilizzo di palloni
n. 4.
Formula del torneo: Saranno formati tre gironi da n. 4 squadre ciascuno che si incontreranno
tra di loro con gare di sola andata. Le prime e la miglior seconda disputeranno successivamente un quadrangolare per i posti dal 1^ al 4^. Le rimanenti saranno suddivise in due
quadrangolari per i posti dal 5^ al 8^ e dal 9^ al 12^.
Art. 3 - PRE STITI
Sono consentiti nelle sole categorie Allievi e Giovanissimi un massimo di 3 calciatori, non intercambiabili e validi per l’intera durata del torneo. Tali prestiti possono essere convenuti solo con
Società non partecipanti al torneo. Ogni giocatore avuto in prestito deve presentare prima dell’inizio del torneo un nulla-osta rilasciato dalla società di appartenenza.
Art. 4 - ELENCHI GIOCATORI ( Deroga F.I.G.C. – S.G.S. per il numero di giocatori).
Le società partecipanti dovranno presentare all’organizzazione del torneo, prima del suo inizio
(all’arrivo), l’elenco dei calciatori che intendono utilizzare, fino ad un massimo di n° 20 giocatori (cat. E con 6 giocatori: nº 16), incluse le sostituzioni. Dopo l’avvenuta consegna è proibito apportare modifiche a tali elenchi. Nella distinta da presentare all’arbitro prima della gara
saranno indicati fino ad un massimo di 20 giocatori (cat. E con 6 giocatori: nº 16)
L’età dei partecipanti sarà controllata per mezzo di tesserini federali di identificazione prima
dell’inizio di ogni incontro, anche da parte del responsabile di campo. A tal fine ogni atleta
dovrà essere presente sul campo almeno 30 minuti prima dell’inizio della partita.
Lo stesso giocatore non potrà partecipare che in una sola squadra durante la durata intera del
torneo.
Art. 5 - SOSTITUZIONI
a. Nella Categoria A sono consentite cinque sostituzioni.
Nelle categorie B e C sono consentite sett e sostituzioni di giocatori per squadra in qualsiasi
momento della gara e independentemente dal ruolo.
b. Nelle categorie D ed E sono consentiti i cambi “liberi” per l’intera durata della gara (Deroga
F.I.G.C. - S.G.S.)
Art. 6 - SOCIETÀ PARTECIPANTI
Al torneo prenderanno parte le sottoindicate società: vedere lista separata.
Art. 7 - CLASSIF ICHE
Le classifiche nei gironi eliminatori verranno stabilite in base ai seguenti criteri: tre punti per la
vittoria, un punto per il pareggio e zero punti per la sconfitta. Nella prima fase di qualificazione, se due o più di due squadre finiscono il loro girone a parità di punti, valgono i criteri in
ordine elencati: esito degli incontri diretti; b) differenza reti totale degli incontri disputati; c)
maggior numero di reti segnate sul totale degli incontri disputati; d) sorteggio.
Art. 8 - TEMPI DI GARA
Le gare si svolgeranno in due ( Deroga F.I.G.C. – S.G.S. per le categorie D ed E) tempi:
Cat. A (2 X 20) Cat. B/C/D/E: 2 x 15 minuti
Finali: categoria A-B (2 x 25 minuti), categoria C (2 x 20 minuti), categoria D (2 x 20 minuti)
Art. 9 - CALCI DI RIGORE
(Previsti nelle finalissime/finali, semifinali o altre partite ad eliminazione diretta.) In caso di
parità al termine dei due tempi regolamentari si procederà all’esecuzione dei calci di rigore con
le modalità stabilite dalla regola 7 delle regole di gioco e delle decisioni ufficiali. Nella categoria Pulcini i calci di rigore sono vietati.

Art. 14 - ARTICOLI SUPPLEMENTARI
Ogni squadra è tenuta a mettere a disposizione dell’arbitro un guardalinee per le partite in cui
è impegnata.
Sono ammesse nello stesso torneo e nella stessa categoria più di una sola squadra della stessa società (Deroga F.I.G.C. - S.G.S.)
Nei gironi il risultato della gara in oggetto di una squadra sarà dichiarato nullo (salvo decisione del G.S.) nel caso in cui:
- quella squadra, senza ragione valida, non si presenti in tempo per una gara,
- quella squadra abbia giocato con un giocatore non autorizzato,
- l’arbitro decida di sospendere una gara a causa della cattiva condotta dei giocatori di quella squadra.
Nel turno intermedio di qualificazione (e liminazione diretta) e nelle finali nei casi suindicati, la
squadra in oggetto sarà dichiarata sconfitta con il risultato di 0-3.
Ogni squadra deve essere accompagnata da almeno un dirigente maggiorenne. I suoi dati
(nome-indirizzo-data di nascita) debbono essere menzionati sulla lista dei giocatori. Il dirigente è responsabile per il comportamento dei giocatori, sia sul campo sportivo che in altri luoghi
messi a disposizione dei partecipanti.
Qualsiasi tipo di rapporto per cattiva condotta nel contesto del torneo sarà
Inoltrato alla Federazione Nazionale del paese ospitante che a sua volta provvederà ad inoltrarli alle rispettive Federazioni.
Le maglie di gioco dovranno recare la numerazione progressiva da 1 a 20 (cat. E con 6 giocatori: 1-16). Ogni club è obbligato a procurarsi una seconda maglia di colore contrastante.
Se, prima che l’incontro abbia inizio a giudizio dell’arbitro i colori sociali di entrambe le squadre mostrassero minima differenza, la squadra che viene nominata per prima nello schema
delle gare dovrà cambiare maglia.
Il Comitato organizzatore si riserva la facoltà di variare il calendario degli incontri in caso di circostanze impreviste.
Responsabilità. Le Società partecipanti sono tenute ad avere un’adeguata Assicurazione sui
giocatori. La/le Società organizzatrice(i), il Comitato Organizzatore, il Comune e la
Fondazione Euro-Sportring non sono responsabili per danni e perdite o furti alle persone ed alle
proprietà di qualsiasi partecipante al Torneo, ad eccezione degli Arbitri impegnati nella direzione delle gare, per i quali valgono le norme FIGC.
Art. 10 - ARBITR I
Le gare saranno dirette da arbitri federali F.I.G.C./A.I.A. Nella categoria E le gare saranno dirette da tecnici o dirigenti messi a disposizione dalla società organizzatrice. In ogni caso i rapporti gara con le allegate distinte giocatori saranno trasmesse al comitato di competenza nei termini previsti per la necessaria visione del G.S.
I. - Comitato del Torneo
Sarà predisposto un comitato di torneo che, sarà responsabile per qualunque disputa, protesta, reclamo o circostanza non prevista. Il Comitato sarà composto dalle seguenti persone:

Art. 12 - AUTOMATISMO DELLE SANZIONI (per i tornei a rapido svolgimento)
(Deroga F.I.G.C. - S.G.S. per le categorie D ed E).
E’ previsto l’automatismo delle sanzioni con le seguenti modalità:
- Il giocatore espulso durante una gara non potrà partecipare alla gara successiva salvo maggiori sanzioni inflitte dal G.S.;
- Il giocatore che nel corso del torneo incorre nella seconda ammonizione sarà squalificato per
una gara su declaratoria del G.S.
Il Comitato non accetterà proteste o reclami sulle decisioni prese dagli arbitri.
Il Comitato provvederà a segnalare alla propria Federazione nazionale o internazionale preposta ad adottare i provvedimenti ritenuti opportuni per ogni giocatore ed ogni membro delle
delegazioni partecipanti rutenuti colpevoli di condotta antisportiva durante il Torneo
Art. 13 - RECLAMI
Reclami contro le decisioni dell’arbitro non sono ammessi. Eventuali reclami contro altri dovranno essere presentati al G.S. entro 10 minuti dalla fine della gara in questione, accompagnata

Per quanto non previsto dal presente regolamento, valgono le disposizioni dei regolamenti
federali in quanto compatibili, e quelle riportate sul Comunicato Ufficiale n° 1 del Settore
Giovanile e Scolastico relativo alla stagione sportiva in corso.

ART. 1 - ORGANISATION
The international football tournament Coppa Clodia, organized by A.S. Sottomarina Lido Calcio
(address: Viale Verona n. 13/a, 30019 Sottomarina di Chioggia, tel.: 041.5541571, fax:
041.5542990), in collaboration with the municipality of Chioggia and the Euro-Sportring
foundation, shall be played in accordance with the rules of the International Football
Associations Board (IFAB) (Last Edition) as far as no other article describes anything else. The
tournament will take place on 22 and 23 of May 2010 at the sports grounds of Chioggia and
of other locations in the region.
The organizing club has received from the FIGC the necessary permission to host the tournament.
ART. 2 - CATEGORIES/PLAYING TIME /TOURNAMENT F OR MULA
A. - Boys born from 01.01.1991 up until the 16th birthday
Playing time: 2 x 20 minutes per match without break. Final 2 x 25 minutes.
Due to different deadlines set by National Football Associations for the age category A, the
tournament organizer may grant dispensation to teams from the following countries concerned:
Italy: five players, born on or after 01.01.1990;
Switzerland: all players born on or after 01.01.1990;
United States: all players born on or after 01.08.1990.

Each match is played 6 against 6 players per team on a reduced pitch with reduced goals
(4 x 2 meters) and using balls number 4.
Formula of the tournament: Three groups of 4 teams each. Matches between teams in
every group. The first teams and best second of the group qualify to next final group, where
they will play again groups matches. The other team group for places 5 and 12, where they
will play again group matches. No finals played.
ART. 3 - LEND PLAYERS
Lending players is allowed (max 3 players) only in the age categories, C and D when provided with a clearance and only within teams not participating in the tournament as for F.I.G.C.
regulation.The lended players are not interchangeable for the duration of the whole tournament. Each player must have been lent before the tournament started.
Prior to the beginning of the tournament (at the arrival) the participating clubs must submit
to the organizers a registration sheet with a maximum of 20 players (cat. E with 6 players:
16 players), including substitutions. Those registration sheets cannot be subjected to changes
afterwards. The list to be presented to the referee before the match must mention a maximum
of 20 players (cat. E with 6 players: 16 players).
The ages of the participants will be checked before the beginning of every match, also from
the side of the responsible person on the sports ground, via the identity cards of the federation. Therefore every player has to be present at the playground at least 30 minutes before
the start of the match.
The same player is not allowed to participate in more than one team during the whole tournament.
ART. 5 - UBSTITUTIONS
a. - Cat. A: All five named substitutions on the team sheet may be played at any time during
the game and regardless the role of the players.
In the categories B and C seven substitutions per team are allowed at any time during the
game and regardless the role of the players.
In the categories D and E free substitutions are allowed during the whole game.
(Special permission F.I.G.C. – S.G.S.).
ART. 6 - PAR TICIPATING CLUBS
The following clubs will participate in the tournament: see separate list.
ART. 7 - CLASSIF ICATION
The final positions of teams in the preliminary rounds will be determined according to the following principles: three points for a win, one point for a draw, zero points for a loss.
Where two or more teams are level on points in their group the following will apply:
a) the result of the mutual match(es); b) total goal difference of all matches played;
c) most goals scored in all the matches played; d) drawing of lots.
ART. 8 - PLAYING TIMES
The matches will take place in two (Special permission F.I.G.C. – S.G.S. for the categories D
and E) halves:
Cat. A(2 x 20 ) Cat. B/C/D/E: 2 x 15 minutes. Final: category A-B (2 x 25), category C –
D (2 x 20).
ART. 9 - PENALTIES
(Only in finals, semi-finals or other matches with direct elimination).
In the event of a draw after the two regular halves, penalty kicks will be taken in accordance
with the system laid down in rule 7 of the playing rules and the official decisions. In the E category penalties are not allowed.
ART. 10 - REF EREES
The matches will be controlled by referees affiliated to the F.I.G.C./A.I.A.
In the category E the matches will be controlled by technicians or leaders put at disposal by
the organizing club.
In all cases the match reports, together with the attached players lists, will be handed over to
the organization committee in due time, in order to be checked by the O.J.
ART. 11 - CONTROL OF THE TOURNAMENT
The control of the tournament will be entrusted to the Official Judge (O.J.) appointed or his
substitute of the Competent Committee.
ART. 12 - AUTOMATISM OF THE SANCTIONS (for the tournaments with games of short
duration) (Special permission F.I.G.C./S.G.S. for the categories D and E).
In the following cases the sanctions will be automatically applied:
• The player sent off during a match is not eligible to play in his team’s next game, unless the
O.J. decides to take a more serious disciplinary measure.
• The player who receives a second caution during the tournament will not be eligible for one
match upon decision of the O.J.

ART. 13 - PROTESTS
All Protestor complaints shal be made to the Tournament Committee, whose decision shall be
final and binding. The complaint have to be put forward by 10 minutes fron the end of the
match after having paid a tax of Euro 50,00. A copy of the claim has to be put forward to the
contepart by 10 minutes from the end of the match. The committee w ill not acce pt protests
or complaints relating to decisions taken by the re feree.
ART. 14 - ADDITIONAL ARTICLES
A. - Each team must designate one person to act as linesman in the matches of that team.
B. - In the same tournament and the same age category are allowed to play more than only
one team of the same club (special permission F.I.G.C. – S.G.S.).
C. - In case of group matches the result of the match concerned of a team will be rendered
invalid (unless other decision of the O.J.) in the following cases:
• if that team is late for a game without a valid reason,
• if that team uses an ineligible player,
• if the referee has to abandon a game due to misconduct of players of that team.
In the interme diate- and final rounds (where t here is que stion of direct elimination) the team
concerned looses automatically its match with the result 0-3 in the cases mentioned above.
D. - Every team must be accompanied by at least one adult (over 18 years of age). The name,
address and date of birth of this adult must be mentioned clearly on his team’s registration sheet.
This adult will be in the cases mentioned above responsible for the behavior of his players, on the
playground and on all other places available to the group.
All misconduct reports arising from the tournament will be forwarded to the National Association of
the host club who will forward these reports to the National Associations concerned.
F. - The shirts of the players must be foreseen with the numbers from 1 to 20 (category E with
6 players: 1 to 16) . Every team is obliged to bring a second choice strip of contrasting color.
If, according to the referee, before the start of the match, the colors of the clubs are too similar, the team mentioned first in the program of the matches must change.
G. - The tournament committee has the right to alter the competition schedule should
unforeseen circumstances occur.
Responsibility. It is the responsibility of each participating team to make sure that adequate
insurance cover is provided for their players. The organizing club(s), the organizing committee, the city authorities and the Euro-Sportring Foundation are not responsible for damage to
and loss or theft of possessions or equipment of participants or clubs. They are also not responsible for personal harm or injury to participants, with exception of the referees of the matches for which are valid the laws of the FIGC.
I. - Tournament committee

The committee will no accept protest or complaints rlating to decisions taken by the referee.
If necessary the committee will report to their national or international federation responsable
to take the measures deemed appropriate every player and every member of the partecipating delegations found guilty of conduct not sportive during the tornament.
ART. 15 - GENERAL
In all cases not foreseen in these tournament rules, are valid those instructions as laid down
in the rules of the federation for so far compatible and the instructions mentioned in the Official
Communications Number 1 of the Youth– and School section of the federation of the current
season.

Fußballturnier Coppa Clodia
ART. 1 - ORGANISATION
Das internationale Fußballturnier Coppa Clodia, veranstaltet von A.S. Sottomarina Lido (Via
Verona 13/A, 30019 Sottomarina di Chioggia, tel.: 041-5541571, fax: 041-5542990), in
Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde von Chioggia und der Stiftung Euro-Sportring, wird ausgetragen nach den Regeln des International Football Association Board (IFAB) (letzte Edition),
in jedem Falle so lange kein anderer Artikel etwaige Änderungen beschreibt. Das Turnier findet
am 22. und 23. Mai 2009 auf den Sportgeländen von Chioggia und Nachbahrenden
Gemeinden statt.
Der Turnierveranstalter hat die erforderliche Genehmigung zur Turnieraustragung von der FIGC
erhalten.
ART. 2 - KATEGORIEN/SPIE LZEIT/TURNIER-FORMEL
A. - Spieler geboren vom 01.01.1991 bis zum 16ten Geburtstag
Spieldauer 2 x 20 Minuten pro Spiel ohne Pause. Finale 2 x 25 Minuten
Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Stichtage verschiedener nationaler Fußballverbände in der AJugend, spricht der Veranstalter folgende Ausnahmeregelungen aus:
• Schweiz: alle Spieler geboren am oder nach dem 01.01.90;
• Italien: fünf Spieler geboren am oder nach dem 01.01.90;
• Vereinigte Staaten: alle Spieler geboren am oder nach dem 01.08.90.
Achtung: ES IST NICHT ERLAUBT IN EINER MANNSCHAFT SPIELER VON IRGENDWELCHEM ANDREN VEREIN MITSPIE LEN ZU LASSEN.
B - Spieler, geboren nach dem 01.01.1993 bis zum 14. Geburtstag.
Pro Spiel zwei Halbzeiten von 15 Minuten, ohne Pause.
Turniermodus: zwei Gruppen von 4 Mannschaften, Spiele wie beschrieben im Spielschema.
C - Spieler, geboren nach dem 01.01.1995 bis zum 12. Geburtstag.

D - Spieler, geboren nach dem 01.01.1997 bis zum 10. Geburtstag.

Elf Spieler pro Mannschaft. Mit einem Maximum von 5 Spieler geboren in 1998.
Turniermodus: Zwei Gruppen von 5 Mannschaften, Spiele wie beschrieben im Spielschema.
E/7 - Spieler, geboren nach dem 01.01.1999 bis zum 8. Geburtstag.
Pro Spiel zwei Halbzeiten von 15 Minuten, ohne Pause.
Die Anzahl wird auf 7 Spieler pro Mannschaft reduziert, dieses auf einem verkleinerten
Spielfeld und bei verkleinerter Torgröße (4 x 2 m), sowie unter Verwendung von Ballgröße
Nr. 4.
Turniermodus: Drei Gruppen von 4 Mannschaften, Spiele wie beschrieben im Spielschema.
ART. 3 - SPIE LER AUSLEIHEN
Es ist gestattet Spieler auszuleihen (max. 3 Spieler) in den Kategorien C und D, soweit eine
Freigabe gewährleistet ist.
Zudem ist es auch nur gestattet Spieler von Teams auszuleihen die nicht an dem Turnier teilnehmen (nach F.I.G.C. Reglement).
Die geliehenen Spieler sind, für die gesamte Dauer des Turniers, nicht untereinander austauschbar.
Jeder geliehene Spieler muß vor Beginn des Turniers ausgeliehen werden.
ART. 4 - TEILNEHMER LISTE (Sondergenehmigung F.I.G.C. – S.G.S. für die Anzahl Spieler).
Vor Anfang des Turniers (bei Ankunft) müssen die teilnehmenden Mannschaften den
Veranstaltern eine Liste von höchstens 20 Spielern (Kategorie E mit 7-7 Spielern: 16 Spieler)
vorlegen, einschließlich der Ersatzspieler. Diese Teilnehmerliste ist die endgültige Version,
etwaige Änderungen im Nachhinein sind nicht erlaubt. Auf der Liste, die dem Schiedsrichter vor
dem Spiel überreicht wird, dürfen höchstens 20 Teilnehmer (Kategorie E mit 7-7 Spielern: 16
Spieler) stehen. Das Alter der Teilnehmer wird vor Anfang jedes Spieles überprüft. Dieses
geschieht ebenfalls seitens der verantwortlichen Personen des Sportgeländes, mittels der
Identitätskarten des Verbandes. Zu diesem Zwecke muss jeder Fußballspieler mindestens 30
Minuten vor dem Anfang des Wettkampfes auf dem Spielfeld anwesend sein.
Es ist den Teilnehmern während des gesamten Turniers nicht erlaubt, in mehr als einer
Mannschaft mitzuspielen.
ART. 5 - AUSWECHSE LN VON SPIELERN
a. In Kategorien A alle fünf auf der Spielerliste genannten Ersatzspieler sind berechtigt jederzeit während des Spieles und unabhängig von der Rolle eingesetzt zu werden. Es ist nicht
erlaubt das ein Spieler die während eines Spiels ausgewechselt ist, nochmals in den selber
Spiel wieder als Wechselspieler eingesetzt wird.
In den Kategorien B und C ist es erlaubt siebe n Spieler pro Mannschaft jederzeit während des
Spieles und unabhängig von deren Spielfunktionen auszuwechseln.
Es ist nicht erlaubt das ein Spieler die während eines Spiels ausgewechselt ist, nochmals in
den selber Spiel wieder als Wechselspieler eingesetzt wird.
b. In den Kategorien D und E ist es erlaubt die Spieler jederzeit während des Spieles auszuwechseln. (Sondererlaubnis des FIGC - SGS).
ART. 6 - DIE TEIL NEHMENDEN CLUBS
Die folgenden Fußballclubs werden an dem Turnier teilnehmen: siehe beilegende Liste.
ART. 7 - KLASSIFIZIERUNG
Die Rangliste der Gruppenspiele wird festgestellt auf Grundlage der folgenden Prinzipien:
Sieg drei Punkte, unentschieden einen Punkt und Verlust null Punkte.
Sind zwei oder mehr Mannschaften punktgleich in ihrer Gruppe, gilt folgendes:
das Ergebnis des direkten Begegnung(en); b) die Gesamttordifferenz aller Spiele;
c) wer die meisten Tore in allen Spielen erzielt hat; d) Das Los entscheidet.
ART. 8 - PIELDAUER
Die Spiele werden ausgetragen in zwe i (Sondergenehmigung für die Kategorien D und
E) Hälfte: Kat. A (2 x 20) Kat. B/C/D/E : 2 x 15 Minuten.
Finale : Cat. A-B (2 x 25) Cat. C-D (2 x 20)
ART. 9 - LFMETERSCHIESSEN
(Finale, Halbfinale oder andere Ausscheidungsspiele)
Bei Unentschieden am Ende der beiden Halbzeiten findet ein Elfmeterschießen statt. Dieses in
Übereinstimmung mit dem System, das in Regel 7 der Spielregeln und der offiziellen
Entscheidungen festgelegt ist.
ART.10 - SCHIEDSRICHTER
Die Wettkämpfe werden von Schiedsrichtern, angeschlossen bei der FIGC/AIA, geleitet.
Die Wettkämpfe in der Kategorie E werden von Techniker oder Teamleitern, die zu diesem
Zwecke vom veranstaltenden Verein ausgewählt werden, geleitet.
In allen Fällen wird der Spielbericht, zusammen mit der beiliegenden Teilnehmerliste der
Spieler, zur gegebenen Zeit dem veranstaltenden Ausschuss überreicht, damit er vom „Sport
Richter“ (S.R.) kontrolliert werden kann.
ART. 11 - KONTROLLOR GAN DES TURNIERS
Als Kontrollorgan während des Turniers wird ein S.R. eingesetzt. Er und sein Ersatz werden vom
zuständigen Ausschuss ernannt.
ART. 12 - ANKTIONEN finden automatisch statt (gilt für Turniere mit Spielen von beschränkter
Spieldauer) (Sondererlaubnis der FIGC/SGS bezüglich der Kategorien D und E). In den folgenden Fällen werden Sanktionen automatisch in die Tat umgesetzt:
• Dem Spieler, der während eines Wettkampfes von Feld geschickt wird, ist es nicht erlaubt
beim nächsten Spiel seiner Mannschaft mit von der Partie zu sein. Der offizielle Schiedsrichter
kann jedoch eine schwerwiegendere Disziplinarstrafe verhängen.
• Der Spieler, der eine zweite offizielle Verwarnung während des Turniers erhalten hat, wird
für das nächste Spiel gesperrt, auf Entscheidung des S.R.
ART. 13 - EINSPRUCH
Einsprüche gegen Entscheidungen des Schiedsrichters werden nicht akzeptiert.
Einsprüche auf andren Punkten müssen dem S.R. vorgelegt werden, dieses jedoch nicht später als 10 Minuten nach dem Spielende und zusammen mit einer Einspruchsumme von Euro
50,-. Eine Kopie dieses Einspruches muss auch dem Gegner zugestellt werden, auch dieses
innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach dem Spielende.
ART. 14 - ZUSATZARTIKEL
A. - Jede Mannschaft muss eine Person ernennen, die während der Spiele dieser Mannschaft
als Linienrichter funktioniert.
B. - Im gleichen Turnier und in der gleichen Altersklasse ist es erlaubt mit mehr als nur einer
Mannschaft desselben Vereins teilzunehmen (Sondererlaubnis - FIGC/SGS).
C. - Bei Gruppe nspielen kann das Spielergebnis einer Mannschaft für ungültig erklärt werden
(es sei denn, der S.R. hat eine andere Entscheidung bekannt gegeben), wenn:
• die betreffende Mannschaft ohne gültigen Grund zu spät zum Spiel erscheint,
• die betreffende Mannschaft einen nicht berechtigten Spieler eingesetzt hat,
• der Schiedsrichter ein Spiel abbrechen muss, aufgrund schlechten Benehmens der Spieler
der betreffenden Mannschaft.
In Zwische nrunde und Endspiele (we nn es sich um eine direkte Ausscheidung die Mannschaft,
die obige Vergehen begangen hat, automatisch ihr Spiel mit dem Ergebnis 0-3.
D. - Jede Mannschaft muss von mindestens einem Erwachsenen (älter als 18 Jahre) begleitet
werden. Name, Adresse und Geburtstag dieses Erwachsenen müssen klar und deutlich auf der
Teilnehmerliste erscheinen. Diese Person ist in den Fällen, wie sie oben genannt werden, verantwortlich für das Benehmen seiner Spieler. Dieses gilt nicht nur auf dem Spielfeld, sondern
auf allen Orten, die der Gruppe zugänglich sind.
E. - Alle Berichte bezüglich schlechten Benehmens während der Spiele werden dem Nationalen
Fußballverband der veranstaltenden Verein übermittelt. Von dort aus werden diese
Informationen an die jeweiligen Nationalverbände der betreffenden Gruppen weitergeleitet.
F. - Die Trikots der Fußballspieler müssen mit den Nummern von 1 bis 20 versehen sein (die
Kategorien E mit 7-7 Spielern: von 1 bis 16). Jeder Verein soll sich deutlich von den
Vereinsfarben unterscheidende Ersatztrikots mitbringen. Sind, nach Meinung des
Schiedsrichters, die Farben der Vereine zu ähnlich, dann muss sich die Mannschaft, die zuerst
im Spielplan genannt wird, umziehen.
Der Turnier-Ausschuss behält sich das Recht vor, den Spielplan zu ändern, sollten unvorhergesehene Umstände eintreten.
H. - Verantwortlichke ite n. Jede teilnehmende Mannschaft ist dafür verantwortlich, dass ihre
Spieler adäquat versichert sind. Der veranstaltende Verein, der Turnierausschuss, die Stadt und
die Stiftung Euro-Sportring sind für eventuelle Schäden, Verluste, Diebstahl von Eigentum oder
Ausrüstung von Teilnehmern oder von den Vereinen, weder haftbar noch verantwortlich. Sie
sind ebenfalls nicht für persönlichen Schaden oder Verletzungen der Teilnehmer verantwortlich,
ausgenommen davon sind allerdings die Schiedsrichter der Spiele, für die die
Gesetzmäßigkeiten des FICG gelten.

der Regeln des Verbandes, insofern sie sich damit vereinbaren lassen, und die Anweisungen

10ième Tournoi de football
international Coppa Clodia
ART. 1 - ORGANISATION
Le tournoi de football international Coppa Clodia, organisé par A.S. Sottomarina Lido (Via
Verona 13/A, 30015 Sottomarina di Chioggia, tel.: 041-5541571, fax: 041-5542990), en
collaboration avec la municipalité de Chioggia et la Fondation Euro-Sportring, sera disputé
conformément à la réglementation du International Football Association Board (IFAB) (dernière édition) à moins de dispositions contraires. Le tournoi aura lieu les 22 et 23 Mai 2010 sur
les terrains de Chioggia et de communes voisines.
L’organisateur du tournoi a obtenu l’homologation pour la mise en œuvre de cette manifestation de la part de la FIGC.
ART. 2 - CATÉGORIES/TEMPS DE JEU/FORMULES
A. - Joueurs nés à partir du 01.01.1991 jusqu’au 16ième anniversaire
Durée de matches: 2 x 20 minutes sans intervalle. Final 2 x 25 minutes
Compte tenu des normes imposées par diverses fédérations nationales concernant les dates
limites de naissance dans la catégorie A, les organisateurs de tournoi se réservent le droit
d’attribuer des dérogations aux équipes de:
Suisse: tous les joueurs nés le ou après le 01.01.90 ;
Italie: cinq joueurs nés le ou après le 01.01.90 ;
Etats Unis: tous les joueurs nés le ou après le 01.08.90.
Attention: il est interdit de faire participer dans un e équipe des joueurs appartenant à d’autres clubs.
B - Joueurs nés à partir du 01.01.93 jusqu’à leur 14ème anniversaire.
Par match, deux mi-temps de 15 minutes chacune sans intervalle.
Formule du tournoi: deux groupes de 4 équipes. Matches comme spécifiés sur le programme.
C - Joueurs nés à partir du 01.01.95 jusqu’à leur 12ème anniversaire.
Par match, deux mi-temps de 15 minutes chacune sans intervalle.
Formule du tournoi: 2 groupes de 5 équipes. Matches comme spécifiés sur le programme.
D - Joueurs nés à partir du 01.01.97 jusqu’à leur 10ème anniversaire.
Par match, deux mi-temps de 15 minutes chacune sans intervalle.
Onze joueurs par équipe. Avec un max du 5 joueurs nés in 1998.
Formule du tournoi : 2 groupes de 5 équipes. Matches comme spécifiés sur le programme.
E/7 - Joueurs nés à partir du 01.01.99 jusqu’à leur 8ème anniversaire.
Par match deux mi-temps de 15 minutes chacune sans intervalle.
Chaque match est joué à 7 contre 7 par équipe sur terrain réduit, avec buts réduits (4 x 2 m)
et avec ballon no 4.
Formule du tournoi: 3 groupes de 4 équipes. Matches comme spécifiés sur le programme.
ART. 3 JOUEUR S EN E NTE NTE
Dans les tournois en Italie, il est autorisé aux équipes en catégories U13 et U15 d’aligner des
joueurs d’un autre club ‘’en entente’’.
Les conditions de la FIGC sont les suivantes:
les joueurs devront être munis d’un accord écrit officiel de la part du club-‘prêteur’ en entente ;
maximum 3 joueurs ‘en entente’ par équipe/tournoi ;
le club-prêteur ‘en entente’ ne pourra pas participer au tournoi en question ;
les joueurs concernés ne pourront pas changer d’équipe pendant la durée du tournoi ;
l’utilisation de joueurs ‘en entente’ devra être officialisée avant le début du tournoi.
ART. 4 - L ISTE DES JOUEURS
(Permission spéciale F.I.G.C. – S.G.S. pour le nombre de joueurs).
Avant le commencement du tournoi (à l’arrivée) les clubs participants doivent remettre à
l’organisation une liste comprenant un maximum de 20 joueurs (cat. E avec 7-7 joueurs : 16
joueurs), inclus les remplaçants.
Aucune modification des listes ne sera acceptée ultérieurement. La liste a présenter à l’arbitre
avant le match doit mentionner un maximum de 20 joueurs (cat. E avec 7-7 joueurs : 16
joueurs)
L’âge des joueurs sera contrôlé avant le début de chaque match, de même que de la part du
responsable du terrain, à l’aide des cartes d’identité de la fédération. Pour cette raison, chaque
joueur doit être présent sur le terrain au moins 30 minutes avant le début du match.
Un même joueur n’est pas autorisé de participer à plus d’une équipe sur l’ensemble du tournoi.
ART. 5 - SUBSTITUTIONS
a. - Catégories A : Tous les cinq joueurs remplaçants (n’importe quel rôle) ont le droit d’entrer
en piste à n’importe quel moment du match. Un joueur qui a été remplacé durant un match
n’est pas autorisé à rentrer de nouveau eu jeu dans le même match.
Dans les catégories B et C sept remplaçants par équipe sont autorisés à tout moment du match
et indépendamment du rôle des joueurs. Un joueur qui a été remplacé durant un match n’est
pas autorisé à rentrer de nouveau eu jeu dans le même match.
b. - Dans les catégories D et E les substitutions sont autorisées librement pendant le match
entier (permission spéciale F.I.G.C. - S.G.S.)
ART. 6 - CLUBS PARTICIPANTS
Les clubs suivants participeront au tournoi : voir liste incluse.
ART. 7 - CLASSEMENT
La position finale des équipes aux éliminatoires sera déterminée selon le principe suivant: trois
points pour un match gagné, un point pour un match nul, zéro point pour un match perdu.
Si deux ou plusieurs équipes obtiennent le même nombre de points dans leur groupe les critères suivants seront appliqués:
a) le résultat du/des match(es) mutuel(s) ; b) différence des buts de tous les matches joués ;
c) le plus grand nombre de buts marqués dans tous les matches joués ; d) tirage au sort
ART.8 - DURÉE DES MATCHES
Les matches auront lieu en deux (Permission spéciale F.I.G.C.-S.G.G. pour les catégories D et
E) mi-temps:
Cat. A (2 X 20) Cat. B/C/D/E: 2 x 15 minutes. Finals : Cat. A-B (2 x 25), Cat. C-D (2 x 20)
ART. 9 - PENALTIES
(finales, demi-finales ou autres matches avec élimination directe)
Dans le cas d’un match nul après deux mi-temps régulières, des penalties seront tirés en
conformité avec le système donné en règle 7 des règles de jeu et les décisions officielles.
ART. 10 - ARBITRES
Les matches seront dirigés par des arbitres affiliés à la F.I.G.C./A.I.A.
Dans la catégorie E les matches seront dirigés par des techniciens ou dirigeants assignés par
le club organisateur.
Dans tous les cas, les rapports des matches, accompagnés de la liste des joueurs y attachée,
seront remis au comité de l’organisation en temps utile, afin d’être contrôlés par le Juge
Officiel (J.O.)
ART. 11 - CONTROLE DU TOURNOI
Le contrôle du tournoi sera assuré par le J.O. assigné ou son remplaçant du Comité Compétent.
ART. 12 - AUTOMATISME DES SANCTIONS (pour les tournois avec matches de courte durée)
(Permission spéciale F.I.G.C./S.G.S. pour les catégories D et E).
Les sanctions seront automatiquement appliquées dans les cas suivants:
• Le joueur renvoyé au cours d’un match ne peut pas rejouer dans son équipe au match suivant, à moins que le J.O. décide d’une mesure disciplinaire plus sévère.
• Le joueur faisant l’objet d’une seconde réprimande (carte jaune) au cours du tournoi sera
exclus d’un match sur décision du J.O.
ART. 13 - RÉCLAMATIONS
Les réclamations à l’encontre de la décision d’un arbitre ne sont pas admises. Toute autre réclamation devra être présentée au J.O. au plus tard 10 minutes après la fin du match concerné,
accompagnée d’un gage de réclamation de Euro 50,-. Une copie de la réclamation doit être
remise à l’adversaire, de même au plus tard 10 minutes après la fin du match.
ART. 14 - ARTICLES ADDITIONNELS
A. Chaque équipe doit désigner une personne pour le rôle de juge de touche dans les matches
de cette équipe.
B. Dans le même tournoi et la même catégorie d’âge plus d’une équipe d’un même club sont
autorisées à jouer (permission spéciale F.I.G.C. - S.G.S.).
C. En cas de matches de poule le résultat du match concerné d’un équipe sera considéré
comme nul (sauf décision contraire du J.O.) dans les cas suivants :
• si cette équipe est en retard au match sans raison valable,
• si cette équipe utilise un joueur non-licencié
• si l’arbitre doit arrêter le match par mauvaise conduite des joueurs de cette équipe.
Dans les rencontres intermé diaires (où il est que stion d’élimination directe) et finales l’équipe
concernée perd automatiquement le match avec un résultat de 0-3 dans les cas mentionnés
plus haut.
D. Chaque équipe doit être accompagnée par au moins un adulte (de plus de 18 ans). Les
nom, adresse, et date de naissance de cet adulte doivent être mentionnés clairement sur la
liste de joueurs. Cet adulte sera responsable, dans les cas mentionnés plus haut, du comportement de ses joueurs, sur le terrain de jeu et tout autre endroit à disposition des joueurs.
E. Tous les rapports de mauvaise conduite du tournoi seront envoyés à la Fédération Nationale
du club organisateur, qui en informera les autres Fédérations concernées.
F. Les maillots des joueurs doivent être numérotés de 1 à 20 (catégorie E avec 7-7 joueurs :
de 1 à 16). Chaque équipe est dans l’obligation d’avoir une tenue de réserve aux couleurs
contrastantes. Si au début du match l’arbitre juge que les couleurs des clubs sont trop similaires, l’équipe la première mentionnée au programme du match doit changer.
G. Le comité du tournoi a le droit de modifier le calendrier des matches en cas de situation
imprévue.
Responsabilité. Il est de la responsabilité de chaque équipe participante de contracter les assurances nécessaires pour les joueurs. Le(s) club(s) organisateur(s), le comité d’organisation, la
municipalité ni la Fondation Euro-Sportring ne peuvent être tenus responsables de quelque
dommage, perte ou vol dont pourraient être victimes les participants ou clubs, non plus que
des lésions corporelles ou blessures des participants, exception faites pour les arbitres des
matches pour qui s’applique la réglementation de la F.I.G.C.

Dans tous les cas non prévus par le présent règlement, seront appliquées les instructions de la
réglementation de la fédération pour autant qu’elles soient compatibles et les instructions du
Numéro 1 des Communications Officielles de la Section Jeunesse et École de la Fédération
(F.I.G.C./S.G.S.), pour la saison en cours.
