Concept: Design on the move is an exhibition of projects and objects which are convertible, modular or designed
for sports/Design in movimento è una mostra dedicata a progetti ed oggetti trasformabili, componibili o ideati per lo
sport.

Communication/Comunicazione: Venice Design Week
How to enter the competition: Designers and curators are invited to enter the contest with projects or objects (up
to a maximum of 3) in which they emphasize the convertibility of the form, the modularity or the function for
movement and sport.
Come partecipare: I designer e creativi sono invitati a partecipare con progetti o oggetti (fino a un massimo di tre)
nei quali vengano evidenziate la trasformabilità della forma o la modularità o la funzione per il movimento e lo sport.
Admission/Ammissione: Admission to the exhibition is evaluated by Venice Design Week committee/L'ammissione
all'esposizione è valutata dal comitato organizzatore della Venice Design Week.
Participation fee: € 250,00 and it includes:
- exhibition area 50x50 cm;
- pubblication in the Venice Design Week flyer and in the exhibition page on the VDW website.
Costo di partecipazione: € 250,00 ed include:
- area espositiva 50x50 cm;
- pubblicazione nel flyer della Venice Design Week e nella pagine del sito relative all'esposizione.
Deadline for admission: 12th September, 2015.
Images in Pdf or Jpg format and 300 dpi (50x50 cm), the studio's brief description in Word and Pdf format (500
characters including spaces) have to be sent to: [email protected]
Termine per l'ammissione: 12 Settembre 2015.
Le immagini in formato Pdf o Jpg e 300 dpi (50x50 cm), il profilo dello studio in formato Word e Pdf (500 caratteri
spazi inclusi) devono arrivare all'indirizzo e-mail: [email protected]
Selection criteria: The committee will meet on 14th September 2015 and communicate by email the list of selected
projects for the exhibition on the 21st September.
Selezione: Il comitato organizzatore della Venice Design Week si riunirà il giorno 14 settembre 2015 e comunicherà
entro il 21 settembre via email la selezione finale dei progetti.
Payment: Selected designers have to advice the payment of € 250,00 within 28th September 2015.
Pagamento: I progettisti selezionati devono eseguire entro il 28 Settembre il versamento di € 250,00.
Delivery: Objects and projects have to be shipped within (and not later) Monday, 30th September 2015 to the
address reported on the selection notification. Shipping fees and assurance costs to be paid by the designers.
Spedizione: Oggetti e progetti devono pervenire all'indirizzo che verrà indicato nella lettera di selezione entro il 30
settembre all'indirizzo che verrà segnalato dall'organizzazione. Spese di trasporto e assicurazione sono a carico dei
designer partecipanti.
