This table has to be used to ﬁnd the price of the wished door version.
The price has to be searched in the column with the number corresponding to the version. If in a price column
there is no price corresponding to an element, it means that for the considered version the wished element is
not available.
Under the drawing of the product there are the abbreviations of the kitchen models for which the element is or
is not on sale.

De kolommen worden gebruikt om de juiste prijs bij het frontmodel te vinden.
De prijs van het desbetreffende front vindt u in het kolom die overeenkomt met het prijskolomnummer.
Indien er bij een element geen prijs is vermeld, is dat betreffende element niet leverbaar in het door u gekozen frontmodel.
Onder de tekening van het element staan e.v.t. afkortingen van het keukenmodel, waarvan geen enkel
frontsoort mogelijk is te leveren in het betreffende element.

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
■ Price list:
This price list cancels and replaces all the previous ones. It cannot be considered as an offer to the end users.
The company Composit spa reserves the right to make at any time and without notice any change which becomes necessary and declines all responsibility for possible imprecisions it contains, if resulting from misprints or clerical errors.
■ Catalogues and price lists:
all the printed texts and materials displaying Composit products keep on being exclusive ownership of the company and cannot be even partially copied neither used to make advertising without prior authorisation. On request of the company, the material must return. For signs or other advertising
material to be placed inside or outside the showroom, the advertising fees or other taxes are charged to the dealer.
■ Prices:
All prices are expressed in Euro and they don’t include VAT. Prices refer to furniture units packed on boxes. Planning, porterage and assembling are
not included in the price. The plinth and the handle are not included in the prices of base units and columns. The handle is not included in the prices
of wall units.
■ Transport:
Goods are shipped at the dealer’s risk even when they are sold with carriage paid. In this case the portage or other unloading expences are at the
dealer’s expences. In case of transport damages, the claim has to be made at the collecting time and the exemption written directly on the transport
document.
■ Orders:
In case of carriage paid goods ( to Italian places), the minimum amount must be € 350,00 net price, for lower amount the orders will be delivered exworks. Changes might be asked and accepted only if made within three working days after the order confirmation’s receipt. After that time, the order
confirmation becomes definitive and cannot be changed. The order is binding and irrevocable for the dealer for 40 days from the its signing, or in case
of missing signature from the date in which the order is received by Composit.
It is compulsory for the purchaser to verify and check the correctness of the order confirmation( description, article code, delivery date etc.) as Composit declines all its responsibility for possible mistakes included in the mentioned document. Special elements or parts made according to the length
included in orders that Composit had previously accepted the cancellation but which are already produced, will be nevertheless delivered and invoiced.
■ Delivery terms:
The delivery times are indicated in the card ‘price table’ at the beginning of the price list. They are expressed in weeks and divided in the various finishes. The delivery time stars when the company has received all the information necessary for the development of the order and it is purely indicative.
Composit commits itself to deliver the goods in the shortest time. Notwithstanding due to the wide range of accessories and custom-built elements (
often made of fragile materials such as glasses, bright lacquer etc.) ordered from our supplier just in time, delivery delays might occur. Stoppages or
delays won’t anyway entitle the buyer to compensation or either to cancel the order.
■ Product uniformity:
technical data, colors and descriptions given in the price list are not binding. Moreover, the company reserves the right to make any change, improvement and cancellation of items deemed right at any time and without notice. The samples may not match fully with the finish product both in the first as
well as in the further deliveries. A certain degree of variation in colour, materials and dimensions might occur and is to be accepted especially for marbles and granites which are made by natural blocks. Due to supplying reasons, the company might decide to buy components from other suppliers. In
this case the components can slightly differ but the substantial and functional characteristics of the product will be unchanged. All finishings, in particular
the veneered and lacquered ones might get a different shade due to light, steam and ageing. In case of completion, there might be shade differences
which anyway will diminish because of ageing. These factors cannot be reason of complaint or return of the good.
■ Guarantee:
Composit guarantees the free replacement of the good as follows:
mistakes made by Composit itself, transport damages( see TRANSPORT section), defects in the material or in the productive process. Complains with
replacement request are to be written made and done within 15 days from the delivery date. The document has to fully describe the defect claimed and
the delivery reference. Changes or manipulations of the goods from the dealer cause the cancellation of any kind of guarantee. Composit declines all
responsibility for wrong product fitting, wrong position and working of electrical appliances, gas and hydraulic system or defects and damages caused
by electrical appliances for which the manufacturers’ certificate is valid.
Composit reserves the right to make enquires on the claimed goods within 30 days from the complaint request through a technician or an entrusted
person. The claimed goods that according to the company are not suitable to return in Composit are left at the dealer’s disposal.
■ Return of goods:
the company does not accept the return of goods without prior written authorisation from Composit. The authorisations are allowed only for integral and
perfectly packed goods, not for special or according to the length items. Return goods are to be accompanied by a regular transport document, while
those without prior authorisation of the company cannot be credited.
■ Payments:
payments conditions are decided by Composit. During the working collaboration a partial change might happen due to new agreements with the dealer or to a decision of Composit for the safeguarding of its credits. Changes will be on force after a written communication from Composit. In case
of payment by instalment, for goods lower than € 200,00 a single receipt will be issued. Payments are valid only if made directly to Composit or to an
entrusted person provided with a written authorisation.
■ Place of jurisdiction:
for any dispute the sole place of jurisdiction is the Court of Justice in Pesaro.

GENERAL FEATURES
■ Carcase:
The unit is made of 18 mm thick waterproof faced panel, produced with materials in conformity with the V100 (DIN 52365) and EN 317/93 current
requirements; the backs are made of 3 mm fibres; the material type is ecological as per EI rules; the bottom of the 45, 60, 80, 90, 120 and corner
under-sink base units is coated with aluminium, while that of refrigerator columns is in plastic: two systems which guarantee a perfect impermeability.
■ Base units – columns – wall units:
Base units and columns have on the back a 5 cm wide sanitary empty space, which circulates air and allows the passage of possible pipes and
electric cables. Base units, columns and wall units are equipped with 18 mm thick shelves: thickness which allows to carry also rather heavy loads
without danger of bendings.
■ Feet:
Base units and columns are supplied with easy adjustable feet, which allow a perfect levelling of the kitchen even on uneven floors.
- Plinths:
They are made of anodized aluminium or plastic material and supplied with a floor gasket and a quick hooking system for an easy removal. In case
of a depth change the plinth is delivered in one piece with the same shape of the units.
■ Hinges:
The hinges are in chromium plated metal, adjustable in three directions and with automatic joint and shutting bumper. The 110° opening allows a
handy use of the unit. The 155° hinges are current in some types of wall units and columns (as stated in their description); in the other cabinets they
are assembled on request and it is not possible to assemble them on the aluminium frames types 1 and 3 for glass door.
■ Drawers and baskets:
Drawers and baskets, have glides with full opening, which guarantee steadiness, lightness and silent sliding. The bottom is in 16 mm thick grey faced
panel.
Explanations
■ Price-list:
This price list is composed by cards in order to update it easily.
In case of orders of single doors please refer to the drawing of the units, where the door measurements are shown; the schemes of the panels are
drawn in order to explain their position and use in the kitchen. The technical characteristics and themeasures reproduced in the schemes must be
considered just as an indication and can undergo changes. The pages with pictures, for printing reasons, cannot show the real colour shades, therefore they cannot be used as a sample and the Company doesn’t accept any claim regarding possible colour differences.
■ R and L units:
For the correct meaning of the letters R – L please refer to the hinges position on the right or left side of the unit.
■ Measures and dimensions:
In the price-list all measures and dimensions are in cm (centimetres).
■ Shelves:
The shelves inside the units are made of melamine material like the carcase and they can be positioned at various heights for the presence of a
series of holes on the carcase sides. The glass or metal shelves are explicitly indicated in the description of the units where they are placed. In the
description it is written the number of shelves supplied with the unit.
■ Symbols:
Some symbols are used in this price list to make the reading quicker.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To speed up the processing of the order it is absolutely essential to specify the following details:
■ the model of the kitchen unit and the chosen finishings
the list of the units, reading the plan of the kitchen clockwise from left to right, specifying first columns and base units and then wall units,worktops,
shelves and accessories.

■ Composit SpA can supply on payment the FIX SYSTEM drawing programme to draw up the orders using a graphic software. Making the drawing
containing all the components of the kitchen, the programme can print a quotation and the drawings including 3D perspective views with coloured
renderings. The basic rendering programme can be implemented with an additional file which gives excellent graphic results, as shown in the samples below.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The following table shows the handles, which, having the same pitch, can be exchanged in our kitchen models.
In each description of a kitchen model the foreseen handles are shown: for orders of an handle with the same pitch but higher price, it will be charged
the price difference.
If it’s chosen the handle which is standard for the ordered kitchen model, but with a particular position, or an handle with different pitch, it will be
charged the drilling cost equal to € 6 for each handle.
The prices of the handles are listed in the accessories price list.
N.B.: horizontal handles with 224 mm or wider pitch, if assembled on doors less wide than 600 mm, don’t allow to open the door, if the
unit is at the side of a deeper one or a wall. For example a w 45 wall unit near a refrigerator column: in that case it’s necessary to order
the unit with the hinges on the side opposite to the column and ask for 155° hinges.
CONNECTIONS LAYOUT
Considering that a fixed rule doesn’t exist, but that each situation must be considered subjectively, COMPOSIT S.p.A. suggests to place the connections of the water pipes used for sink, dishwasher and washing machine in the wall behind the under sink base unit: this allows easier connections
and checking. We suggest to act in the same way for the gas-pipe connection. Besides, we suggest to place the sockets for the electrical appliances
behind the plinth, in order to reach them without moving the units.

■ Cataloghi e materiale pubblicitario:
tutti gli stampati e i materiali relativi ai prodotti COMPOSIT, restano di sua proprietà esclusiva, non potranno essere riprodotti neppure parzialmente

I prezzi non comprendono la progettazione, il facchinaggio, la posa in opera.
■ Trasporto:
la merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo dell’acquirente anche se venduta franco destino, nel qual caso si intende franco sponda camion. Per eventuali
danni da trasporto il reclamo va fatto contestualmente al ritiro, direttamente sul documento che accompagna la merce.
■ Ordini:
qualora contrattualmente la resa sia pattuita franco destino (per località italiane), l’ordine minimo dovrà essere di almeno € 350,00 netti; ordini di
importo inferiore saranno comunque resi franco fabbrica. Possono essere richieste e concordate modifiche entro e non oltre 3 giorni dalla data di
ricevimento della conferma d’ordine , trascorsi i quali la stessa dovrà intendersi come definitiva. L’ordine resta comunque vincolante ed irrevocabile
per il committente per 40 giorni dalla data di sottoscrizione o, in sua assenza, dalla data di ricezione dello stesso da parte di COMPOSIT. E’ preciso
onere del committente verificare e controllare l’esattezza di tutto quanto nella stessa indicato ( descrizione, codice articolo,data consegna, etc. etc.),
COMPOSIT declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali errori in essa contenuti. Qualsiasi elemento speciale, su misura o a metraggio, se inseriti in
ordini di cui la COMPOSIT ha accettato l’annullamento, se gia prodotti, verranno comunque consegnati e fatturati.
■ Termini di consegna:
I tempi di consegna sono indicati nella scheda “Tabella lettura prezzi” ad inizio listino, sono espressi in settimane ed è divisa tra le diverse finiture.
Il termine di consegna decorre dal momento in cui sono pervenuti in ditta tutti i dati necessari per lo sviluppo della commissione ed assume valore puramente indicativo.La COMPOSIT comunque si impegna a consegnare nel minor tempo possibile. Si fa inoltre presente che data l’estrema
ricchezza di accessori e di possibilità di personalizzazione delle cucine, che spesso sono realizzati con materiali molto delicati (vetri, laccati, etc.),
prodotti pertanto di volta in volta, si potrebbero verificare ritardi nelle consegne. Nessun danno potrà comunque essere richiesto per sospensioni o
ritardi nella consegna ne l’ordine potrà essere revocato.
■ Uniformità del prodotto:
i dati tecnici, colori e le descrizioni riportate sul listino si intendono non impegnativi. La ditta si riserva inoltre il diritto di apportare modifiche, migliorie ed annullamenti di articoli che riterrà opportuni in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso. La conformità ai campioni, sia nella prima che nelle
successive forniture non deve intendersi in senso tassativo, possono sussistere margini di tolleranza sia per quanto attiene ai colori, ai materiali,
alle misure. In modo particolare, grana e colori di marmi e graniti, essendo ricavati da blocchi naturali. Qualora la COMPOSIT, per garantirsi gli
approvvigionamenti, dovesse rivolgersi ad altri fornitori per l’acquisto di componenti, questi potranno risultare diversi anche se saranno rispettate le
caratteristiche sostanziali e funzionali dei prodotti.Tutte le finiture, in particolar modo quelle in legno e laccate, potranno subire nel tempo variazioni
di colore dovute alla luce, ai vapori, all’invecchiamento. In caso di completamenti, si potranno avere delle differenze di tonalità che comunque tenderanno ad attenuarsi nel tempo. Questi fattori non potranno costituire motivo di contestazione o di resa del prodotto.
■ Garanzia:
la COMPOSIT garantisce la sostituzione gratuita della merce nei casi seguenti: errori imputabili alla COMPOSIT, danneggiamenti da trasporto
(vedi punto TRASPORTO), difetti di materiali o dovuti ad anomalie nel processo produttivo. Le contestazioni, con richiesta di sostituzione, debbono
essere fatte per iscritto, entro 15 giorni dalla data di consegna della merce e riportanti l’esatta descrizione dell’anomalia riscontrata ed il riferimento
della consegna. Alterazioni o manipolazioni della merce da parte del committente comportano il decadimento di ogni garanzia. La COMPOSIT
declina inoltre ogni responsabilità per errata istallazione, irregolare collocamento e funzionamento di impianti elettrici, gas, idraulici, difetti o danni
derivati da elettrodomestici, per i quali il committente farà valere i certificati di garanzia delle case costruttrici. La COMPOSIT si riserva in ogni caso
di effettuare, entro 30 giorni dalla data di richiesta di sostituzione, accertamenti sulla merce contestata, tramite un proprio tecnico o persona di
fiducia. La merce oggetto di contestazione, per la quale non sia economicamente conveniente il ritiro, resterà a disposizione del committente per
gli usi che riterrà opportuno farne.
■ Resi:
non si accettano resi se non autorizzati per iscritto dalla COMPOSIT. Le autorizzazioni al reso si intendono per merce integra ed imballata, in nessun
caso per merce speciale o a metraggio. La merce dovrà essere accompagnata da regolare documento di trasporto. Eventuali resi di merce non
autorizzati o non conformi a quanto indicato in sede di richiesta non verranno accreditati.
■ Pagamenti:
le condizioni di pagamento sono quelle stabilite da COMPOSIT. Nel corso del rapporto le stesse potranno essere modificate o per sopravvenuto
accordo o da COMPOSIT per la tutela dei propri crediti. Tali modifiche avranno decorrenza solo dopo comunicazione scritta da parte di COMPOSIT.
Qualora il pagamento sia pattuito in più rate, per forniture inferiori ad € 200, verrà emessa un’unica ricevuta. Sono riconosciuti validi solo i pagamenti
effettuati direttamente a COMPOSIT o ad un suo incaricato munito di autorizzazione scritta.
■ Foro competente:
per qualsiasi controversia è competente, in via esclusiva rispetto a tutti gli altri possibili fori alternativi, il tribunale di Pesaro.

CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI
■ Struttura:
Il mobile è realizzato con pannello di particelle di legno idrorepellente, nobilitato, di spessore mm. 18 costruito con materiale rispondente ai requisiti
standard V100 (DIN 52365 ) ed EN 317/93; gli schienali sono in fibre da 3 mm.; i materiali sono del tipo ecologico come da normativa EI; il piano
di fondo dei sottolavelli da 45, 60, 80, 90, 120 ed angolo è dotato di un rivestimento in alluminio, mentre quello delle colonne frigo è realizzato in
materiale plastico, tutti sistemi che assicurano una impermeabilità assoluta.
■ Basi – colonne – pensili:
Basi e colonne sono provviste posteriormente di un vuoto sanitario di 4,3 cm. che permette la circolazione dell’ aria ed il passaggio di tubi e cavi
elettrici. Basi, colonne e pensili sono dotate di ripiani da 18 mm., spessore che permette anche carichi pesanti senza pericoli di incurvature.
■ Piedini:
Le basi e le colonne sono dotate di piedini facilmente regolabili che permettono un perfetto livellamento della cucina anche su pavimenti irregolari.
■ Zoccoli:
Sono in alluminio dotati di una guarnizione a terra e di un sistema di aggancio rapido per una facile rimozione. In caso di cambio profondità, lo
zoccolo viene fornito intero già sagomato come il mobile.
■ Cerniere:
Sono in metallo cromato dotato di innesto automatico, ammortizzatore di chiusura e regolabile in 3 direzioni. L’ apertura a 110° consente un agevole
utilizzo del mobile.
Le cerniere a 155° sono di serie in alcuni tipi di pensili e colonne (specifica riportata nella descrizione); sugli altri elementi sono a richiesta (non è
possibile montarle sui telai per vetro in alluminio tipo 1 e 3).
■ Cassetti e cestelli:
I cassetti ed i cestelli sono realizzati con spondine ad estrazione totale munite di ammortizzatore di chiusura, che garantiscono stabilità, leggerezza
e scorrimento silenzioso. Il piano di fondo è in pannello nobilitato grigio da 16 mm. di spessore.

Il presente listino è stato realizzato a schede per facilitarne l’aggiornamento. Per facilitare eventuali ordini di ante in sostituzione, su tutti i disegni

COMPILAZIONE ORDINI
■ Per rendere più rapido il passaggio in produzione degli ordini è indispensabile compilare l’ apposito stampato ricordandosi sempre di speciﬁcare:
il modello di cucina e gli abbinamenti di colore l’elenco degli articoli leggendo la pianta della cucina in senso orario, cioè partendo da sx verso dx
indicando innanzitutto colonne e basi, quindi i pensili, i piani di lavoro, le mensole e gli accessori.

INFORMAZIONI TECNICHE
In ogni presentazione di modello vengono indicate le maniglie consigliate. Se viene richiesta la maniglia del modello di cucina ordinato, ma con
posizione diversa da quella standard, verrà addebitato un costo di foratura pari a €= 5 a maniglia.
N.B. maniglie orizzontali con interasse mm. 224 o superiore, se montate su ante di larghezza inferiore a mm. 600, non permettono l’ apertura dell’ anta se l’ elemento è affiancato ad un altro più profondo o ad un muro; ad es. un pensile da cm. 45 affiancato ad una colonna
frigo: in questo caso bisogna ordinare l’ elemento con la cerniera dalla parte opposta della colonna e richiedere che la cerniera sia del
tipo a 155°.
SCHEMI DI ALLACCIO
Tenendo conto che non esiste una regola precisa ma che ogni situazione va considerata soggettivamente la COMPOSIT S.p.A. consiglia
il posizionamento dei carichi e scarichi della acqua, utilizzati per sottolavello, lavastoviglie e lavatrice alla altezza della base sottolavello
per consentire un più facile allaccio e possibilità d’ ispezionamento; lo stesso discorso vale per l’ attacco del gas. Per quanto riguarda
le prese elettriche di alimentazione degli elettrodomestici, il consiglio è di sistemarle all’ altezza del vano zoccolo per potervi accedere
senza spostare gli elementi.

Nel caso che il banco a giorno (A) è utilizzato come penisola appoggiato di schiena a delle basi normali (B), la parte finale delle basi
deve essere rifinita con un fianco supplementare (C), mentre fra il muro ed il banco deve e essere inserito il fianco di compensazione

Per rifinire la parte superiore dello spazio (E) che rimane tra il banco e il muro, utilizzare l’alzata soprabase o l’alzatina del piano di

Nel caso di piani in Light Quartz lo spessore dell’alzata non è sufficiente a coprire il vuoto, pertanto occorre utilizzare l’alzatina in

price of the unit to be modiﬁed. In case of several changes in the same unit, sum the prices of the various interventions. COMPOSIT SpA
reserves the right to accept or not orders of particular custom-built units, upon sending of a detailed drawing and subsequent approval
of the technician in charge. In those cases the price of the custom-built unit cannot be estimated, but established with the ﬁnal balance.
It isn’t possible to make any change in units with inside equipments, doors with frame, tables and accessories in general. The doors with
shaped edge will be produced with squared edge.
Due to obvious reasons, the delivery time of custom-built units is above norm.

The bank can be used as a peninsula or island leaning against the back of the base units. To cover the length of the base units, when in the
peninsula version there is a corner base unit, it is necessary to fit in the side between the bank and the wall. The foreseen accessories are the

The guillotine cabinet d.24.4 cm is located behind the base units d.58.5 cm
and it has to be completed with a door with frame. The cabinet width cannot
be modified, for that reason, if necessary, it has to be to be used the jolly element and reduce the width of a wider door. Above there are wall units d.56.6
without door, that have to be completed with doors h.60 cm (base units, wall
units and doors for wall units are in the respective chapters), in the cabinets it
is possible to install the Ribbon accessories.
For cooking area in which it’s fitted the hob, with worktop d.60, please
use up and down door in glass version or linear hobs
L’elemento saliscendi, prof. 24,4 cm. è posizionato dietro le basi p. 58,5
cm., è da completare con l’anta a telaio. La larghezza del mobile non è modificabile, pertanto se occorre, bisogna utilizzare l’elemento jolli e ridurre
in larghezza, l’anta di misura superiore. Nella parte superiore vengono posizionati i pensili p. 56,6. (basi, pensili e ante per pensili, sono nei rispettivi fascicoli). Negli elementi si possono applicare gli accessori serie Ribbon
Per la zona cottura, con top prof. 60 cm., utilizzare anta saliscendi
nella versione vetro, oppure piani cottura lineari.
