Composizione
Matrice resinosa: Diurethandimetacrilato; Iso-propyliden-bis[2(3)-hydroxy-3(2)-(4-phenoxy) propyl]-bis (methacrylat) (Bis
GMA); 1,4 Butandioldimethacrylat.
Contenuto del riempitivo: 55% in peso (36% in volume). Riempitivo vetroso: particelle del riempitivo, dimensione media 0,7
µm. Biossido di silicio ad alta dispersione: dimensione media delle particelle 0,012 µm
Indicazioni
Massa a bassa viscosità ed alta elasticità da utilizzare come sottofondo in cavità nei restauri in composito
Controindicazioni.
Resina non polimerizzata può causare allergia alla pelle: l'operatore dovrebbe proteggersi con guanti. In caso si sia a conoscenza di
allergia a uno dei componenti, evitarne l'utilizzo.
Effetti collaterali.
In cavità profonde si consiglia l'uso di un sottofondo per evitare una reazione della polpa.
Materiali da evitare.
Materiali contenenti fenolo (come eugenolo) possono inibire la polimerizzazione del composito. Evitare l'uso di questi materiali come
sottofondo.

DOSI E ISTRUZIONI PER L'APPLICAZIONE
Informazioni sulla polimerizzazione
Per la polimerizzazione é necessario usare una lampada con uno spettro di 350 - 500 nm. I risultati fisici richiesti si ottengono solo
utilizzando delle lampade a più pareti; per questo bisogna controllare periodicamente l'intensità della luce secondo le istruzioni del
fabbricante. La profondità della polimerizzazione in questi apparecchi dovrebbe raggiungere i 4,6 mm. Il valore ottimale si raggiunge a
2,3 mm.
APPLICAZIONE MASSE DENTINA FLOW
Estrarre Enamel Plus HRi Flow dalla siringa ed applicarlo, utilizzando la punta monouso , con il pennello Enamel Plus M, nella cavità
come sottofondo, prima delle masse micro-ibride (vedere istruzioni Masse microibride Enamel plus HRi). In caso il Flow sia utilizzato
come sottofondo per intarsi, applicarlo prima della presa di impronta. Polimerizzare come indicato in “METODO DIRETTO”.
Nota istruzioni siringa Flow: Dopo aver svitato il coperchio, applicare una punta monouso sulla siringa. Essendo il composito fluido,
premendo il pistone si genera una spinta iniziale sul materiale per la quale questo continuerà a defluire. Per arrestare il flusso è
sufficiente tirare indietro il pistone di appena 1mm. Ma attenzione: non eccedere nel ritirare il pistone altrimenti si inserirà dell’aria nella
siringa e quindi si genereranno bolle nelle successive emissioni di materiale. E’ sufficiente solo un minimo movimento opposto, tanto
ridotto che il pistone ritornerà in posizione elasticamente, senza così generare alcuna bolla. Per evitare che fuoriesca del materiale si
consiglia di tenere la siringa con il puntale all’insù fino alla successiva applicazione sullo stesso paziente. E’ inoltre consigliabile iniziare
a far fuoriuscire la prima goccia di materiale in questa posizione, in modo che, qualora si fosse inserita dell’aria nella siringa, le bolle
d’aria possano uscire prima del materiale. A fine seduta rimuovere la punta monouso e riposizionare il tappo avvitandolo
completamente.
UTILIZZO E STOCCAGGIO
Non conservare a temperatura superiore a 25°C.
Non utilizzare il prodotto dopo la data di scadenza (vedi etichetta siringa o su contenitore "tips").
Per motivi igienici le "Tips Enamel Plus HRi " e i puntali per le masse fluide devono essere utilizzate solo una volta.
Prima dell'utilizzo il materiale deve raggiungere la temperatura ambiente.
Prodotto medico, solo per uso dentale: tenere lontano dalla portata dei bambini.
Dopo aver prelevato il materiale dare un giro al pistone della siringa in senso antiorario, per evitare che del materiale possa fuoriuscire,
chiudere il contenitore e mantenerlo chiuso.
Evitare l'esposizione diretta con i raggi del sole.
Materiale non completamente polimerizzato può essere soggetto a discolorazioni, le proprietà meccaniche possono peggiorare e
potrebbe avvenire un'infiammazione della polpa.

Indications
Enamel plus HRi Flow is used as liner in cavities of composite restorations, where a low viscosity and high elasticity are required
Contra-indications
Uncured resin could cause skin allergy: User should use gloves. In case of known allergy to some of the components do not use it.
Side effects
In deep cavities we suggest to use a liner in order to avoid pulpal reactions.
Materials to be avoided
Materials containing phenolics (like eugenol) could inhibit composite curing. Avoid the use of these materials as liners.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE
APPLICATION OF DENTINE FLOW
Take Enamel Plus HRi Flow out from syringes using the application needles and apply it as liner in the cavity with a brush (Enamel plus
M brush) before the application of the microhybrid bodies (see above instructions of Enamel plus HRi).
In case the Flow is used as a liner for Inlays, apply it before taking the impression. Cure as described in “DIRECT METHOD”
Note: instructions for Flow syringe. Apply the unidose tip on the syringe after unscrewing the cap. Being composite flowable, when
you push the piston you will activate a thrust and the material will start and continue to come out. To stop the flow it is enough to pull
the piston back of only 1mm. Careful: avoid pulling piston excessively, otherwise air can come into syringe and air bubbles will enter in
the following emissions of material. A minimum opposite movement is enough, the piston will return in position elastically, avoiding air
bubbles. To avoid the excessive emission of material we suggest to hold the tips of the syringe direct upwards till next application on
the same patient. We also suggest starting pushing the piston in this position, so if there would be air in the syringe, bubbles will come
out before the material. At the end of the restoration, remove the unidose tip and place again the cap on the syringe screwing it.
USE AND STORAGE
Do not store above 25°C.
Do not use the product after the expiration date (see label on syringe or on “tips” container).
Due to hygienic reasons “Enamel Plus HRi Tips” and flow application needles should be used only once.
Use the material at room temperature. Medical device, for dental use only: keep away from children.
Turn back the spindle after taking out the material, to avoid sticking of the material.
After use, close container with cap and keep it closed. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
If the material is not completely cured, it may discolour, mechanical properties deteriorate and pulpal inflammation can occur.

Indicaties

Contra-indicaties
Ongepolymeriseerd kunsthars kan huidallergie veroorzaken. De gebruiker dient handschoenen te dragen. Gebruik het niet in gevallen
van bekende gevoeligheid voor een van de componenten.
Neveneffecten
In diepe caviteiten raden wij, ter voorkoming van pulpareacties, het gebruik van een liner aan.
Niet te gebruiken materialen
Materialen die fenolverbindingen bevatten (zoals eugenol) kunnen uitharding van composiet tegengaan. Gebruik deze materialen niet
als liner.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE
APPLICATIE VAN DENTINE FLOW
Gebruik de applicatienaald om Enamel Plus HRi Flow vanuit de spuit te appliceren. Verdeel het in de caviteit met een kwastje (Enamel
plus M brush) alvorens de microhybride composiet wordt aangebracht. (zie bovenstaande instructies voor Enamel plus HRi)
Wanneer de Flow wordt gebruikt als liner voor inlays, breng het dan aan voordat de afdruk wordt genomen. Hard uit zoals beschreven
onder ‘DIRECTE METHODE’.
N.B.: instructies voor de flow spuit. Plaats de unidose tip op de spuit nadat de dop is verwijderd. Vanwege de vloeibaarheid zal eens
de plunjer wordt ingedrukt het materiaal uit de spuit blijven lopen. Om dit te stoppen dient de plunjer slechts een fractie teruggetrokken
te worden. Voorzichtig! Zorg ervoor dat de plunjer niet te ver wordt teruggetrokken, anders kan er lucht in de spuit komen en zal een
volgende dosis materiaal luchtbellen bevatten. Om uitvloeiing van teveel materiaal tegelijk te voorkomen dient de spuit direct na
applicatie met de tip omhoog gehouden te worden tot de volgende applicatie bij dezelfde patiënt. Ook is het aan te bevelen om te
beginnen met druk uitoefenen op de plunjer met de spuit in deze positie. Eventueel aanwezige lucht kan zo ontsnappen. Na gebruik
dient de tip verwijderd en de dop teruggeplaatst te worden.
GEBRUIK EN OPSLAG
Niet bewaren bij een temparatuur hoger dan 25 °C.
Niet gebruiken na de vervaldatum (zie het label op het spuitje of op de verpakking van de “tips”)
Om hygiënische redenen moeten Enamel Plus HRi tips en flow applicatietips slechts één maal worden gebruikt.
Gebruik het materiaal op kamertemperatuur.
Medisch hulpmiddel alleen voor tandheelkundige toepassing. Buiten bereik van kinderen houden.
Schroef ter voorkoming van het moeilijk verwerkbaar worden van het materiaal na gebruik de plunjers enkele slagen terug.
Na het uitnemen van composiet de spuit direct afsluiten met de dop en gesloten houden. Voorkom blootstelling aan direct zonlicht.
Als het materiaal niet goed wordt uitgehard kan het gaan verkleuren, zullen de mechanische eigenschappen achteruit gaan en kunnen
er pulpaire klachten ontstaan.

Farben:

Zusammensetzung:

GESAMTFÜLLSTOFFGEHALT: anorganischer Füllstoff: 55 Gew.-% (36 Vol.-%). Glasfüller (mittlere Korngröße: 0,7 µm). Pyrogene
Kieselsäure (mittlere Korngröße: 0,012 µm)
Indikationen:
Enamel plus HRi Flow wird für Restaurationen eingesetzt, für die eine geringe Viskosität und eine hohe Elastizität des
Füllungsmaterials erforderlich ist. (z. B. als erste dünne Kompositschicht vor der Anwendung des herkömmlichen Komposites).
Gegenanzeigen. Unpolymerisierter Kunststoff kann zu Hautallergien führen. Der Anwender sollte geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen
(z.B. Tragen von Handschuhen) ergreifen. Sollte eine Allergie gegen einen der in der Zusammensetzung aufgeführten Stoffe bekannt
sein, ist auf die Anwendung zu verzichten.
Nebenwirkungen. Zur Vermeidung einer möglichen Pulpenreaktion ist bei Kavitäten mit freiliegendem Dentin für einen geeigneten
Schutz der Pulpa zu sorgen.
Wechselwirkungen mit anderen Mitteln. Phenolische Substanzen (wie z. B. Eugenol) inhibieren die Polymerisation. Daher keine
derartige Substanzen enthaltenden Unterfüllungsmaterialien verwenden.

DOSIERUNG UND ART DER ANWENDUNG
APPLIKATION VON DENTINE FLOW
Die benötigte Menge Füllungsmaterial aus der Spritze unter Anwendung der Einmalkanülen entnehmen und mit einem Pinsel (z.B.
Enamel plus M brush) in die Kavität einbringen und verteilen. Anschließend aushärten. Danach wird mit der Schichtung des normalen
Komposites begonnen (siehe Applikation von Komposit (Füllen) sehe oben). Im Falle der Anwendung des Flows als Liner für Inlays
sollte dieses vor der Abdrucknahme angewendet werden. Aushärten, wie unter „Direkte Methode“ beschrieben.
Achtung: Anwendung der Flow-Spritzen: Setzen Sie die Einmalkanüle auf die Spritze, nachdem Sie die Kappe abgeschraubt
haben. Da das Komposit fließfähig ist, beginnt es nach dem Drücken des Stempels sofort kontinuierlich zu fließen. Um den Fluss zu
stoppen, genügt es, den Stempel ca. 1 mm zurückzuziehen. Vermeiden Sie es, den Stempel stärker zurückzuziehen - dies könnte Luft
in die Spritze ziehen, die dann bei künftiger Materialentnahme als Luftblasen erscheint. Ein geringes Zurückziehen genügt schon. Der
Stempel wird dann elastisch in seine alte Position zurückgehen, und keine Luftblasen werden eingesogen. Um überschüssiges
Ausfließen von Material zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir auch, bis zur nächsten Applikation am gleichen Patienten die Spritzen mit der
Spitze nach oben zu halten. Halten Sie auch die Spritze in dieser Position, bevor Sie beginnen, auf den Stempel zu drücken. Falls sich
Luft in der Spritze befindet, so tritt diese dann aus, bevor Material erscheint. Nach dem Legen der Füllung entfernen Sie die
Einmalkanüle und verschließen Sie die Spritze wieder durch Aufschrauben der Verschlusskappe.
HINWEISE ZUM GEBRAUCH UND ZUR LAGERUNG
Nicht über 25 °C lagern.
Nach Ablauf des Verfalldatums, siehe Etikett der jeweiligen Spritze und “Tips” Verpackung , nicht mehr anwenden.
Aus hygienischen Gründen sind die “Enamel Tips” und die Einmalkanülen für Flow nur für den einmaligen Gebrauch geeignet.
Vor Gebrauch sollte das Material Raumtemperatur erreicht haben.
Das Medizinprodukt für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahren. Nur für zahnärztlichen Gebrauch.
Drehkolben nach Materialentnahme eine Umdrehung zurückdrehen, um ein Verkleben der Austrittsöffnung zu vermeiden.
Spritzen nach Materialentnahme sofort schließen und immer im geschlossenen Zustand aufbewahren.
Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung vermeiden. Nicht vollständig ausgehärtetes Material kann sich verfärben, die mechanischen Eigenschaften
verschlechtern sich und eine Pulpairritation ist nicht auszuschließen.

Indications
Enamel plus HRi Flow est utilisé en tant que liner lors des restaurations au composite, à chaque fois qu’un composite faiblement
visqueux et hautement élastique est nécessaire.
Contre-indications
Les résines non-polymérisées peuvent causer des allergies cutanées. L’utilisateur doit porter des gants. Ne pas utiliser en cas
d’allergie connue à un des composants.
Effets latéraux
Nous suggérons l’utilisation d’un liner dans les cavités profondes afin d’éviter toute réaction pulpaire.
Matériaux à éviter
Les matériaux contenant des dérivés phénoliques (comme eugénol) pourraient inhiber la polymérisation des composites. Eviter
l’utilisation de ces matériaux en tant que liner (fond de cavité).

DOSAGE ET MODE D’EMPLOI
APPLICATION DE DENTINE FLOW
Exprimer une petite quantité de composite fluide Enamel Plus HRi Flow à l’aide d’embouts fournis et l’appliquer en tant que Liner sur
les parois cavitaires à l’aide d’un pinceau (pinceau Enamel plus « M ») avant la mise en place des masses dentines microhybrides (voir
les instructions Enamel plus HRi).
En cas d’utilisation de Enamel plus HRi Flow en tant que liner pour inlays, le placer avant la prise d’empreinte. Photopolymériser
comme décrite dans la “METHODE DIRECTE”.
Note: instructions pour les seringues de Flow. Enlever le capuchon de la seringue et fixer un embout à usage unique sur la
seringue. Etant donné qu’il s’agit d’un composite fluide, il coule et continue à couler après pression sur le piston de la seringue. Afin
d’empêcher le composite de couler, retirer le piston de la seringue de 1 mm environ. Attention : Eviter de retirer excessivement le
piston car cela entraîne le passage de l’air dans la seringue, ce qui risque de gêner l’expression du composite lors d’une nouvelle
utilisation. Un léger retrait suffit et le piston tend à retrouver sa position initiale par un effet élastique tout en évitant l’emprisonnement
de bulles d’air. Pour éviter d’exprimer des quantités trop importantes du composite depuis la seringue, nous vous suggérons de la tenir
verticalement. Nous vous recommandons de commencer à appuyer sur le piston de la seringue dans cette position afin de faire sortir
les bulles d’air éventuellement présentes à l’entrée de la seringue. A la fin de la restauration, retirer l’embout d’application à usage
unique et placer de nouveau le capuchon de la seringue.
UTILISATION ET CONSERVATION
Ne pas dépasser une température de 25°C.
Ne pas utiliser le produit après sa date de péremption (voir l’étiquette sur la seringue ou sur la boîte de compules).
Pour des raisons d’hygiène, les compules “Enamel Plus HRi ” et les embouts d’application ne doivent être utilisés qu’une seule fois.
Utiliser le matériel à température ambiante. Dispositif médical, pour utilisation dentaire seulement. Tenir hors de portée des enfants.
Tourner le piston de la seringue dans le sens inverse après avoir exprimé la quantité suffisante de produit.
Après utilisation, refermer la seringue avec son capuchon et la conserver fermée. Eviter la lumière directe du soleil. Une résine
insuffisamment polymérisée peut montrer une instabilité de teinte, des propriétés mécaniques défaillantes et entraîner une
inflammation pulpaire.
