PREFAZIONE :
Da 35 anni la GRA.BER è al servizio dei clienti nella fornitura di accessori per siderurgia,
operando in diversi paesi del mondo.
La costante evoluzione del mercato è sempre più guidata dalla tecnologia e obbliga le
aziende a muoversi e ad aggiornarsi con la massima flessibilità e ad operare una continua
serie di piccole scelte nell’ambito del proprio stile operativo.
Queste possono dirsi ottimali quando le aziende nella loro crescita dinamica riescono a
mantenere l’elasticità di servizio rispettando, nel tempo, il rapporto di collaborazione e di
fiducia instaurato con la propria clientela.
La GRA.BER. sposando questa filosofia, con questo catalogo intende fornire ai propri
clienti uno strumento idoneo ad una valutazione tecnico/qualitativa dei suoi prodotti per
una rapida e appropriata scelta.
Grazie alla particolare lavorazione, che permette di ricavare il tubo utilizzando l’asta
piena, la GRA.BER. è in grado di soddisfare ‘just in time’ anche le commesse più
impegnative rispettando elevati standard qualitativi.
Per quanto eventualmente non disponibile o per dimensioni fuori serie è nelle condizioni
di proporre soluzioni in tempi di realizzazione decisamente contenuti.
Il nostro ufficio tecnico è l’interprete più idoneo all’evoluzione del mercato
contemporaneo, ed è l’interlocutore ideale a disposizione della clientela per sviluppare
nuove tecnologie.

GRA.BER. has been serving the steel industry for over 35 years with products and an
emphasis on service to its clients.
The constant evolution of the market is more and more governed by technological
advancements and the need to cut costs. At GRA.BER we have remained in the forefront of
these developments with our philosophy of quality, maximum flexibility, continuous
development and many small improvements to our manufacturing and operating
methods. This has allowed us to become a successful and trusted supplier to our many
clients worldwide.
Extensive investment in new plant and technology, together with our particular
manufacturing process of producing hollow drill bars from solid bars, has ensured that our
product quality, flexibility and ability to produce “just in time” if required, continues to
match world best standards.
In addition to our standard tapping tools (solid and hollow drill bars, drill bits, couplings,
taphole millers, etc.) we specialize in producing tailor made tools for our clients that can
resolve and eliminate problems particular to their tapping process.
Our design department is ideally suited to interpret client’s specific requirements and
constantly strives to evaluate and further develop new technologies and improvements to
existing ones.
Current and future clients are invited to challenge our technical staff by submitting their
particular tapping process problems.

La nostra fresa permette di variare il diametro del disco tagliente semplicemente
sostituendolo con un altro di diversa misura, il sistema si rileva particolarmente
versatile anche perché permette l’intercambiabilità di ogni singolo tagliente.
Our tap hole miller is designed to allow for a quick changing of the diameter, by
simply replacing it with another cutting head of the required diameter.
Furthermore, each of the cutting tools of the head is individually changeable.
