A ground floor 30 squared meters apartment, overlooking the characteristic Bulichella’s farmyard. The
apartment has two beds or a double bed (depending on the guests needs) a restroom with a shower and a
wide kitchen. The apartment is also connected to the television room (in common with the first floor’s
rooms) and has the possibility of barbecue on the farmyard.

At the restaurant we serve simple and typical Tuscan’s traditional dishes, prepared with seasonal organic
vegetables and fruits.
Dinner at Bulichella’s Restaurant is the perfect occasion for tasting our Wines.
All the wines and the estate’s food products are Organic certified by the national control ICEA
institute. (since 1984)
*Pino, Ulivo and Ornello apartment and eight of our rooms are located 600 mt from the
main building surrounded from our vineyards. You should reach them with your own car

Contractual Conditions
To reserve your stay, an advanced payment of 30% of the total amount is required.
In case of cancellation, the total advanced payment will be retuned only if cancellation occurs 30 days
before the arrival date.
Reception and Shop are open Monday to Saturday 8.30am-12.30am / 3.00pm-7.00pm
