2016 filmmaker Entry Form for the Ferrara Film Festival 6 The submission of your film through this form doesn't imply or guarantee its selection for the 1st edition of the
Ferrara Film Festival. The film will be judged by the festival's program committee, which will select the titles
to be included in the program.
Every participant claims to:
- Accept the festival's rules and regulations.
- Be aware, according to the provisions of the US law, of the aims and the means of personal details processing,
deliberately indicated in the attached form, and to authorize its filing into the festival's database.
- Take responsibility for the content of the work submitted.
Every participant commits to:
- Sending a DVD / BLU-RAY (NTSC or Region 1), a USB FLASH DRIVE or a ONLINE SCREENR of the film in its
original language with English subtitles (if the original language is anything other than English), which won't be
returned. The copy will be kept by the Ferrara Film Festival at its disposal. If the film is selected for the festival,
the Festival will inform the person in charge of its submission, using the contact information provided in the
present entry form (PRODUCER), which therefore needs to be filled out properly and kept updated.

L'iscrizione del film alla 1°edizione del Ferrara Film Festival attraverso il presente modulo non garantisce la
partecipazione allo stesso. Il film sarà sottoposto all'insindacabile giudizio della Direzione Editoriale del Festival
la quale decreterà liberamente ed incondizionatamente i film della selezione finale.
Il sottoscritto dichiara di:
- Accettare il regolamento e di non avere nulla a pretendere dal Festival.
- Ai sensi degli artt. 7 e 13 del D. Leg.vo 196/03 e successive modificazioni, dichiara di essere a conoscenza delle
finalità e modalità del trattamento dei dati personali, consapevolmente indicati nella presente Form,
autorizzandone l'archiviazione nella banca dati del Festival.
- Di rispondere per il contenuto della propria opera. Il sottoscritto si impegna a:
- Inviare copia in DVD / BLU-RAY (NTSC o Regione 1), una USB PEN DRIVE o un ONLINE SCREENER del film in
lingua originale con sottotitoli in inglese (se in lingua diversa dall'inglese) che non verrà restituita. La copia
resterà a disposizione del Ferrara Film Festival anche oltre le date della manifestazione. In caso di selezione il
Comitato Editoriale provvederà ad informare il diretto interessato responsabile dell'iscrizione del film al Festival
usando i dati qui forniti che, pertanto, devono essere completi.
