Available exclusively for manual operation, Sikurtec is the structure with 120 mm
side jambs in 15/10 mm gauge steel sheet (like Sikura) and standard 110 mm
transom (like Spazio). Can be supplied up to the maximum size of 3500 mm
in width and 2650 mm in height. Made of pressed, galvanized steel sheet, the
mobile leaf has 60 mm section electrowelded tubular perimeter profiles. Complete
with side stops and counterstops and removable counterweight sleeves (to
allow inspection of cables and counterweights) made of galvanized, prepainted
steel sheet with mock Ral 9016 finish. The Sikurtec structure is equipped with
an anti-fall device against accidental closure of the mobile leaf, manufacturer’s
identification nameplate and CE Declaration for manual operation.

Available for manual or power operation, Sikurtec is the structure with 120 mm
side jambs in 15/10 mm gauge steel sheet (like Sikura) and standard 110 mm
transom (like Spazio). Can be supplied up to the maximum size of 3500 mm in
width and 2650 mm in height.
Thanks to the provision for fitting HF operators, this structure can be retrofitted
with an operator in full compliance with the EN 13241-1 Product Standard. This
is because the HF retrofit provision includes 25 mm safety clearances between
lever mechanisms, perimeter seals between mobile leaf and fixed frame (side
jambs and transom), reinforced lever arms and self-centring brackets to ensure
correct closing of the mobile leaf. The technical characteristics are the same as
those of the Sikurtec model. Sikurtec HF is equipped with an anti-fall device
against accidental closure of the mobile leaf, manufacturer’s identification
nameplate and CE Declaration for manual operation.

lamiera di spessore 15/10 di mm.
Costruita in lamiera d’acciaio, stampata e zincata, prevede l’anta mobile in
tubolare elettrosaldato di sezione 80 mm. È completa di battute e controbattute laterali, foderine laterali asportabili (per ispezionare funi e contrappesi) in
acciaio zincato preverniciato simil Ral 9016.
La struttura Sikura è dotata di dispositivo paracadute contro la chiusura accidentale dell’anta mobile, targhetta identificativa del costruttore e Dichiarazione CE per l’uso manuale.

utilizza. Per essere a norma, hanno l’obbligo di:
- ottenere il certificato del superamento delle tre prove richieste (resistenza al carico del
vento, sicurezza aperture, forza di funzionamento, riservata alle porte motorizzate) da parte di
un Ente Notificato;

Marcatura CE
In tutte le automazioni il motoriduttore
24V viene gestito dal sistema di controllo VISg (Verified Instant Safety-g): la
centralina a bordo, con pulsanti di comando, a basso consumo che utilizza
il nuovo Accelerometro di Gravità
brevettato.
Il dispositivo di limitazione delle forze,
interrompe - e inverte - il movimento in
presenza di un ostacolo (sforzo massimo consentito 400 N). L’azione del limitatore di sforzo è evidenziata dalla linea
blu nel grafico, ben al di sotto di quelli
stabiliti per legge (linea rossa).
Le porte basculanti dotate di automazione sono a Marcatura CE e corredate
di Dichiarazione di Conformità CE per l’uso automatico. Tutti i componenti
elettrici ed elettronici sono a Marcatura CE in conformità alla Direttiva europea sulla compatibilità elettromagnetica.

Con il kit la porta
è subito pronta all’uso
Per le automazioni SIM / ERG / ISY / ERG-2 CITY sono previsti tre kit alternativi:
KIT ORO - KIT ARGENTO - KIT BASE.
Con la scelta del KIT, la porta viene fornita completa di automazione preferita installata, non
necessita di collaudo in cantiere perchè l’impianto elettrico è già inserito e precablato. A tutti
gli effetti può essere paragonata a un “elettrodomestico” che non ha bisogno di un elettricista
per la messa in funzione. E’ sufficiente collegare la porta all’impianto elettrico del garage ed è
subito pronta all’uso, con un risparmio di tempo ed economico più che evidente.
- Con il KIT ORO la porta viene fornita completa con l’automazione scelta e full optional.
- Con il KIT ARGENTO la porta viene fornita completa di automazione come per il KIT ORO,
ma senza il lampeggiante a led con l’antenna integrata.
- Il KIT BASE è per chi cerca una automazione conveniente, sempre già installata nella
porta.

choice because all operators are entirely designed in-house.
On all operators, the 24V gearmotor, complete with on-board control unit (with “open-close”
button) and force limiter device, interrupts and inverts movement on detection of an obstacle
(maximum permissible force of 400 N). The action of the force limiter device is shown by the
blue line in the graph, well below the legally required value (red line).

Une technologie conviviale. Télécommander l’ouverture et la fermeture de la porte de
son garage est d’une grande commodité. Grâce à Ballan, ce simple geste correspond
aussi au choix le plus sûr car tous les automatismes proposés sont entièrement
conçus au sein de l’entreprise.
Sur tous les automatismes, le motoréducteur 24 V avec unité électronique à bord (avec bouton
d’ouverture et de fermeture) et dispositif de limitation des forces interrompt - et inverse – le
mouvement en cas d’obstacle (effort maximal admis : 400 N). L’action du limiteur d’effort
est indiquée par la ligne bleue sur le graphique, bien au-dessous du standard prévu par la

L’automazione SIM-1 e SIM-2 Ballan (sviluppata e brevettata da Ballan) integra motore,
sistema di controllo VISg con Accelerometro di Gravità brevettato e comando in un unico
elemento, racchiuso in una protezione in materiale plastico nero e posto sull’anta mobile, con
cavi elettrici esterni inseriti in una guaina.
I punti di forza dell’automazione SIM Ballan sono:
- il monobraccio di sostegno e di movimentazione della parte mobile, opportunamente
sagomato per rispettare gli spazi di sicurezza che evitano il pizzicamento o cesoiamento
delle dita;
- la realizzazione di una forza variabile durante i movimenti di apertura e di chiusura.
- l’aggiornamento a ogni ciclo della forza impiegata, questo rende l’automazione più sensibile
e nello stesso tempo più affidabile, perché compensa automaticamente le variazioni dovute
ad attrito, temperatura e alimentazione elettrica;
- la presenza di un’interfaccia con l’utente che consente di programmare il funzionamento
della porta e di essere informato sullo stato dell’automazione, sui malfunzionamenti e su
un’eventuale necessità di manutenzione.
3. Il monobraccio di sostegno e di movimentazione della parte mobile, brevetto Ballan, è stato opportunamente sagomato.
L’automazione è integrata con la porta e si avvale di due motoriduttori irreversibili a bassa tensione. La luce di cortesia è
inserita nella protezione.
Ballan SIM: the safe and reliable operator. This operator is supplied in three

The Ballan SIM-1 and SIM-2 operator incorporates the motor, VISg control
system with patented gravity accelerometer, and control panel in a single unit
accommodated in a black plastic housing and mounted on the mobile leaf, with
electrical wiring routed through a conduit. Strengths of the SIM Ballan operator:
- the single support and drive arm on the mobile section is shaped to comply
with the safety clearances and avoid finger pinching and shearing hazards;
- variable force during opening and closing movements.

more sensitive and reliable because it provides automatic compensation for
variations due to friction, temperature and electrical power;
- the presence of a user interface to enable programming of door operation and
constant information on the operator status, any malfunctions and the need for

fonctionnement de la porte et d’être informé sur l’état de l’automatisme, sur

Onda: the practical sectional door for high comfort levels.
The first great advantage of the Onda sectional door is its practicality: it lifts up
vertically then slides away parallel to the ceiling, occupying no space inside or
outside the garage.
This convenience is even more invaluable when the garage opens straight onto a
pavement or street, and of course when it is a tight fit for the car.
The comfort factor is provided by the panels insulated with flame retardant,
completely HCFC-free polyurethane foam, which provide the inside of the
garage with thermal insulation and soundproofing. A barrier against heat loss
from the garage to the outdoors, and against temperature variations, all year
round. With the obvious benefits this brings, including cost savings.
The panel that guarantees strength and safety.
The panels of the Onda sectional door are 40 mm thick and 500 mm high:
dimensions chosen by testing to ensure no panel deformation and guarantee the
door’s strength and solidity. They are made from two galvanised sheet steel walls
with flame retardant, HCFC-free polyurethane foam injected between them.
Thanks to the anti-trapping profiles and non-pinch hinges, they offer excellent
protection against accidents.
But this safety extends well beyond the panels. Onda sectional doors are
fitted with spring anti-fall device and come complete with the EC Declaration
of Conformity, issued by the manufacturer and authenticated by the Notified
Body, which certifies compliance with all mechanical requirements, additional
compulsory performance requirements and, for motorised doors, the provisions
for automated operation specified by the EN 1324-1 Product Standard.

I pannelli della porta sezionale Onda hanno uno spessore di 40 mm e un’altezza
di 500 mm: le dimensioni testate per
assicurare indeformabilità al pannello e
garantire resistenza e solidità alla porta.
Sono realizzati con due pareti in lamiera
d’acciaio zincata, al cui interno è iniettata la schiuma poliuretanica, ignifuga e
priva di HCFC.
Grazie al profilo “salvadita” e alle cerniere
antipizzicamento, offrono la migliore protezione contro gli infortuni.
Una sicurezza che non si limita però al
solo pannello. Infatti, le porte sezionali
Onda sono dotate di dispositivo paracadute molle e corredate dalla Dichiarazione di Conformità CE, rilasciata dall’azienda e convalidata dall’Ente Notificato,
che certifica il rispetto di tutti i requisiti
meccanici, delle prestazioni aggiuntive
obbligatorie e, per le porte motorizzate,
delle disposizioni per il funzionamento
automatizzato stabilite dalla Norma di
Prodotto EN 13241-1.

Per le porte sezionali Eko sono disponibili diverse automazioni a soffitto con sistema di trazione a catena.
Le motorizzazioni sono formate da un motoriduttore meccanico irreversibile 24 V in corrente
continua con quadro comando, lampada di illuminazione incorporata e sistema di azionamento manuale in caso di guasto o di black-out elettrico.
Le automazioni a soffitto, con sistema a trazione, diventano un blocco di chiusura
grazie all’irreversibilità.
Sono antischiacciamento in virtù della maggiore sensibilità del motore e hanno una
centralina elettronica incorporata che provvede al check-up dei dispositivi di sicurezza ad ogni movimentazione e che è interfacciabile per gestirne la manutenzione
ed eventualmente per riprogrammarla.

Various ceiling-mounted operators with chain drive system are available for Eko
sectional doors. The motorisations consist of a 24 VDC irreversible mechanical
gear motor with control panel, integral light and system for manual operation in
the event of failure or electrical blackout.
Since they are irreversible, the ceiling-mounted operators with traction system
double as effective locking devices.
With crushing prevented by their extra-sensitive motor, they have integral
electronic control unit that checks the safety devices at each operation and can
be interfaced for control of maintenance and for reprogramming if necessary.
The side operator for residential or industrial use is available as an alternative.
These motorisations consist of an electromechanical operator complete with
control panel with “open and close” buttons, spring shaft adapter, “sicurstop”
safety device and a couple of photocells for wall mounting.
Pour les portes sectionnelles Eko, différents automatismes de plafond, avec
système d’entraînement à chaîne, sont disponibles. Les motorisations sont
constituées d’un motoréducteur mécanique irréversible 24 V en courant
continu avec tableau de commande, lampe d’éclairage incorporée et système
d’actionnement manuel en cas de panne ou de coupure de courant électrique.
Les automatismes de plafond, avec système d’entraînement, assurent un
blocage en fermeture grâce à l’irréversibilité.
Ils sont anti-écrasement grâce à la plus grande sensibilité du moteur et ont
une unité électronique incorporée qui effectue un contrôle des dispositifs de
sécurité lors de chaque mouvement ; elle est interfaçable pour pouvoir en gérer
la maintenance et éventuellement la reprogrammer.
L’automatisme latéral à usage résidentiel ou industriel est également disponible.
Ces motorisations sont constituées d’un opérateur électromécanique équipé
d’un tableau de commande avec boutons d’ouverture/fermeture, d’un
adaptateur pour l’arbre porte-ressorts, d’un dispositif de sécurité « Sicurstop »
et d’une paire de photocellules murales.
Für die Sektionaltore Eko sind verschiedene Automatisierungen an der Decke
mit Kettenzugsystem erhältlich. Die Antriebe bestehen aus einem mechanischen
selbst hemmenden 24V-Antrieb mit Gleichstrom und Schalttafel, integrierter
Lampe und manuellem Betrieb im Falle einer Störung oder Stromausfall.
Die Automatisierungen an der Decke, mit Zugsystem, werden dank der
Selbsthemmung zu einem Schließsystem.
Sie weisen dank der hohen Empfindlichkeit des Motors einen Quetschschutz
auf und besitzen ein integriertes elektronisches Steuergerät, das den CheckUp der Sicherheitsvorrichtungen bei jeder Bewegung vornimmt und über eine
Schnittstelle verbunden werden kann, um die Wartung zu überwachen und
eventuell eine Neuprogrammierung vorzunehmen.
Alternativ ist die seitliche Automatisierung für private oder industrielle Nutzung
erhältlich. Diese Antriebe bestehen aus einem elektromechanischen Operator
einschließlich Schalttafel mit Druckknöpfen „Öffnen/Schließen“, Adapter für
Federwelle, Sicherheitsvorrichtung „Sicurstop” und ein Paar Wandphotozellen.

Thanks to the new, exclusive radius of curvature, the Flexa garage door is safe,
with no risk of trapping fingers between panels.
The panels which make up the Flexa door, insulated and 42 mm thick, are
available in various finishes: in the standard shades similar to the Ral colours or
as optional in any Ballan Ral colour chart shade, with wood-effect film or in solid
wood. Can also be combined with existing shutters or sectional doors.
The panels are available with vertical planks in three different widths: 120 mm,
