Il sistema di iniezione dei motori SAME DIESEL, di tipo P-L-D- (Pompa singola
per ogni cilindro-Tubo-Iniettore), può essere controllato da un regolatore elettronico integrato nel motore stesso. Questo dispositivo è stato progettato e sviluppato assieme al motore e quindi offre: eccellenti caratteristiche di regolazione, ingombri ridotti e elevata robustezza ed affidabilità.
I gruppi elettrogeni, equipaggiati con motori SAME-DIESEL, grazie a questo
dispositivo, possono offrire i seguenti vantaggi:
The fuel injection systems on SAME DIESEL engines of the type P-L-D- (unit
injection pump and injector for each cylinder), can be controlled by an electronic governor incorporated in the engine. This device has been designed and
developed in conjunction with the engine and thus offers: excellent control
characteristics, compact dimensions, durability and reliability.
Generator sets equipped with SAME-DIESEL engines and electronic governor
offer the following advantages:
• Generazione di corrente elettrica a frequenza rigorosamente costante (50
o 60Hz) indipendentemente dal carico elettrico applicato (regolazione isocrona);
• Electrical power generation at a frequency (50 or 60Hz) that remains rigorously constant regardless of changes in the applied electrical load (isochronous control);
• Elevata stabilità della frequenza;
• Excellent frequency stability;
• Reazione rapidissima a carichi istantanei elevati (elevata presa di carico);
• Very rapid response to instantaneous load increases (high load take up);
• Possibilità di essere collegati in rete, in parallelo con altri gruppi elettrogeni;
• The possibility to be connected in parallel with other generator sets;
• Rampe di accelerazione rapide, ma graduali all’avviamento ed all’applicazione del carico su motosaldatrici.
• Acceleration ramps that are rapid but gradual on starting and on application of the load in motor welding sets.
Queste caratteristiche rendono i motori SAME DIESEL particolarmente adatti
per l’utilizzo su gruppi elettrogeni e motosaldatrici, per i quali il regolatore elettronico è standard, soprattutto quando queste unità devono alimentare apparecchiature sofisticate controllate da computers o macchine elettroniche.
These characteristics make the SAME DIESEL engines particularly suitable for
use in generator sets and motor welding sets, for which the electronic governor is standard, especially when these devices are used to power sophisticated machines controlled by computer or electronic systems.

CONTINUOUS POWER: (C.O.P. - ISO 8528) - È quella potenza che un gruppo
elettrogeno è in condizione di erogare in maniera continua per un numero illimitato di ore all'anno fra gli intervalli di manutenzione programmati (come da
prescrizione del costruttore) e alle condizioni ambientali specificate. È ammesso un sovraccarico del 10% per regolazione.
CONTINUOUS POWER: (C.O.P. - ISO 8528) - Is that which a generating set is
capable of delivering continuously for an unlimited number of hours per year
between the stated maintenance intervals and under stated ambient conditions, the maintenance being carried out as prescribed by manufacturers. It is
allowed a max. overload of 10% for regulating porpouse.
PRIME POWER: (P.R.P. - ISO 8528) - È la potenza massima disponibile per un
ciclo a potenza variabile che può avvenire per un numero illimitato di ore per
anno, tra gli intervalli di manutenzione programmata (secondo quanto prescritto dal costruttore). La potenza media prelevabile durante un periodo di 24
ore non deve superare una percentuale del 65% della P.R.P. Non è ammesso
sovraccarico.
PRIME POWER: (P.R.P. - ISO 8528) - Is the maximum power available during a
variable power sequence, wich may be run for an unlimited number of hours
per year, between stated maintenance intervals and under the stated ambient
conditions, the maintenance being carried out as prescribed by the manufactures. The permissible average power output during a 24 h period shall not
exceed 65% of the prime power.
STAND-BY / Potenza per periodi di tempo limitati (L.T.P. - ISO 8528): è la
potenza massima che il gruppo può erogare per non più di 500 ore all'anno,
di cui un massimo di 300 ore di funzionamento continuo * tra gli intervalli di
manutenzione programmata (secondo quanto prescritto dal costruttore). È
accettato che il funzionamento a questa potenza condizioni la durata del
motore. Non è ammesso sovraccarico.
STAND-BY / LIMITED-TIME RUNNING POWER (L.T.P. - ISO 8528): Is the maximum power which a generating set is capable of delivering for up to 500 h
per year of which a maximum of 300 h is continuous * running, between stated maintenance intervals and under the stated ambient conditions, the maintenance being carried out as prescribed by the engine manufacture. It is
accepted that operation at this rating will affect the life of the set.
* Nota: le ore di funzionamento continuo non sono da intendersi a potenza
continuativa (C.O.P.), ma a carichi variabili, per un periodo massimo
al 100% del carico di 1 h di seguito ogni 12 h di funzionamento.
* Note: "Continuous running" hours cannot be considered at continuous
power (C.O.P.) but rother at variable load, with a maximum period at
100% L.T.P. of 1 h continuously, every 12 h of running.
