Vi preghiamo di trasferire l’importo entro due settimane dopo l’iscrizione al seguente

Participants & vehicles: All vehicles manufactured before 1960 are allowed to participate. The vehicles must be
original and unmodified and conform to road traffic regulations.
Vehicle categories, classification & reclamation: The regulations of ASI FIVA apply.
Activity Gran Premio Dolomiti: Regularity test with freely chosen timing devices.
Race regulation: The participants are subject to the Italian road traffic regulations. Drivers participate on their own
risk and are directly responsible for their security and the security of their vehicles.
Technical control: All participating vehicles have to pass the technical control at the Parc Fermée at the event.
Disclaimer: At the moment of their entry the participants (contenders, drivers, co-drivers, vehicle-possessors and legal
owners) renounce the right to proceed or to file recourse against the organizers, its representatives, judges, and
assistants authorities and any person involved in the organization of the event in case of accidents or damage suffered
during the event.The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the race in case of severe breaches of the
rules and/or of the road traffic regulations.
Privacy: With their names all participants give their consent to the organization committee for the release of their
data and photos to the media as well as for the publication on the Internet, exclusively for the purposes related to the
event and they will not enter a protest against the organization committee or the media disclosing their data.
Cancellation fee: In case of cancellation the participation fee will be returned, deducting a processing tax of
200,00 EUR for handling. After the 21st May 2015 there has to be paid also a cancellation fee for the Hotel booking.
Until 60 days before event: €200.Until 30 days before event: 50%

Less than 10 days before event: 100%
Other: The organizers reserve the right to undertake any alteration and/or to cancel the event owing to measures
ordered by the relevant authorities, force majeures or to safety reasons, should said measures be required by
extraordinary circumstances. In said cases the organizers are not liable for the compensation of any eventual claim for
damage. This agreement ist valid as of the entry into the event for all participants.

Teilnehmer & Fahrzeuge: Zugelassen sind alle Fahrzeuge mit Baujahr bis 1960. Die Fahrzeuge müssen im
Originalzustand sein und der Straßenverkehrsordnung entsprechen.
Fahrzeugklassen, Wertung & Einspruch: Es gelten die Bestimmungen der ASI FIVA.
Ablauf Gran Premio Dolomiti: Veranstaltung mit Gleichmäßigkeitsprüfungen mit freier Wahl der
Zeitmessungsgeräte..
Rennbestimmungen: Die Teilnehmer unterliegen den Bestimmungen der italienischen Straßenverkehrsordnung. Die
Teilnehmer sind selbst verantwortlich für ihre Sicherheit, sowie die Sicherheit ihrer Fahrzeuge.
Technische Überprüfung: Alle Fahrzeuge, die am Gran Premio Dolomiti teilnehmen, müssen zur technischen
Kontrolle im Parc Fermèe.
Haftungsausschluss: Die Teilnehmer (Bewerber, Fahrer, Beifahrer, Kfz-Eigentümer und -Halter) verzichten durch
Abgabe der Nennung für alle im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung erlittenen Unfälle oder Schäden, auf jedes
Recht des Vorgehens oder Rückgriffs gegen den Veranstalter, dessen Beauftragte, Sportwarte und Helfer
Behörden und andere Personen, die mit der Organisation in Verbindung stehen.Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht
vor, Teilnehmer bei groben Verstößen gegen das Reglement bzw. gegen die Straßenverkehrsordnung auszuschließen.
Datenschutz: Mit der Abgabe der Nennung geben die Bewerber/Teilnehmer Ihr Einverständnis, dass der
Veranstalter alle mit der Veranstaltung verbundenen Ereignisse und Fotos über Medien bzw. Internet verbreiten kann,
ohne dass daraus Ansprüche gegenüber dem Veranstalter oder die veröffentlichenden Medien geltend gemacht
werden können.
Stornobedingungen: Bei einer Absage der Teilnahme durch den Teilnehmer nach erfolgter Anmeldung und
Überweisung erhält der Teilnehmer die Zahlung abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von Euro 200,00 zurück. Ab dem
21. Mai 2015 fällt zusätzlich eine Stornogebühr des Hotels an.
Bis 60 Tage vor Anreise: €200.Bis 30 Tage vor Anreise: 50%
Bis 10 Tage vor Anreise: 80%
Weniger als 10 Tage vor Anreise: 100%
Verschiedenes: Die Organisatoren des Gran Premio Dolomiti behalten sich das Recht vor, alle von den Behörden
angeordneten oder durch höhere Gewalt oder aus Sicherheitsgründen erforderlich werdenden Änderungen der
Ausschreibung vorzunehmen und die Veranstaltung auch abzusagen, falls dies durch außerordentliche Umstände
erforderlich wird, ohne irgendeine Schadenersatzpflicht zu übernehmen. Diese Vereinbarung wird mit erfolgreicher
Anmeldung zum Gran Premio Dolomiti allen Beteiligten gegenüber wirksam.

Partecipanti & veicoli: Sono autorizzati alla partecipazione auto d'epoca degli anni di fabbricazione fino al
1960. Le autovetture devono essere in condizioni originali e conformi al codice della strada.
Categorie autovetture, classifiche & reclami: Come regolamento ASI FIVA.
Svolgimento Gran Premio Dolomiti: Gara con prove di regolarità con strumentazione libera.
Norme di gara: I concorrenti sottostanno al codice stradale in vigore in Italia. I conduttori partecipano a proprio
rischio e sono direttamente responsabili per la loro sicurezza, come pure per la sicurezza del loro veicolo.
Verifiche tecniche: Tutte le autovetture partecipanti al Gran Premio Dolomiti, devono presentarsi alle verifiche
tecniche nel parco chiuso della manifestazione.
Rinuncia di responsabilità: Conduttori, accompagnatori, proprietari dei veicoli partecipanti rinunciano con la
consegna dell'iscrizione ad ogni diritto di procedere a regresso contro l'organizzatore e le persone incaricate alla
manifestazione, per tutti i danni o incidenti avvenuti in relazione alla manifestazione.
Privacy: I partecipanti danno il permesso all'organizzazione di poter usare usare i dati e le foto da distribuire ai
media o in rete Internet, ma solamente per motivi legati alla manifestazione.
Condizioni annullamento: In caso di disdetta della partecipazione la quota d’iscrizione versata viene restituita, si
trattiene una quota per il disbrigo di € 200,00. A partire dal 21.05.2015 sono da pagare anche spese di disdetta
applicate dall’hotel.
Fino a 60 giorni prima del evento: €200.Fino a 30 giorni prima del evento: 50%
Fino a 10 giorni prima del evento: 80%
Meno di 10 giorni prima del evento: 100%
Varie: L'organizzatore si riserva il diritto di procedere a modifiche del bando gara per motivi di sicurezza o per
ordine delle autorità e pure di annullare la manifestazione se le circostanze lo rendessero necessario, senza assumere
alcun obbligo di risarcimento danni. Consegnando l'iscrizione i partecipanti riconoscono questo accordo.
