GENERAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF SALE
DELIVERY TERMS
☛ Immediate for machines available in stock.
☛ 30 days for machines
series FW, SP-E, DP-E, SO, LO.
☛ 60 days for machines series TR-E - HLC - HGL.
☛ 24 hours for urgent spare parts (term subject to
availability in stock).
☛ 7 days for ordinary spare parts orders.
Hoonved Srl reserves the right to despatch the goods on different
terms according to production and customer necessities.
GOODS FREIGHT
All goods are rendered ex Hoonved’s factory. The risk and the cost of
transportation are at customer’s charge and responsibility, even in
case Hoonved undertakes delivery by own or third means and on
behalf of the purchaser.
PACKAGING
In carton included. Wood cage package implies a surcharge of 3%
calculated on goods price. At cost for undercounter models.
WARRANTY
12 months from the date of installation or maximum 18 months from
the date of delivery from Hoonved s.r.l. Warranty covers all parts
resulting defective from factory with the exclusion of electrical parts,
wearing parts and labour.
No warranty is applicable to third par ties other than the ones
undertaking sales/purchase contract with Hoonved s.r.l.
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF GOODS.
Any installation and commissioning costs are excluded from our
prices.
VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
Not included in list prices and therefore at purchaser’s charge.
PAYMENT TERMS
To be agreed.
PROPERTY OF GOODS
According to art. 1523 of the Italian Civil Code the goods object of the
contract and sold by Hoonved Srl. are subject to property reservation
untill full payment has been made. The unpayment of any portion of
the price automatically resolve the contract and entitles Hoonved Srl to
claim all relevant damages.
COMPETENT COURT
The contracts stipulated with Hoonved Srl are subject to the Italian
law. For any dispute, either in Italy or abroad, the Milan court shall be
the competent one.
