Courses will be held in English. The maximum number of participants has been fixed at 30 in order to allow resonable laboratory number. The school will make possible a virtual 4 attendanceof couses via webconferencing Aims of the School To present relevant aspects of conservation science to chemistry students To introduce conservation and restoration students to specialized science personnel, methods and instrumentation To create networking opportunities between North European and Mediterranean countries 5 The School’s main topic Diagnostic methods for cultural heritage Portable techniques Laboratory advanced techniques 6 …for Cultural Heritage studies Leather, wood and paper Glass and glazers Possible applications for the study of Stone, ceramics and mortars Metals and 7 metallic alloys Lecturers A multinational team of scientists and experts from Erasmus, Tempus and Mediterranean Basin countries have been invited. 8 List of lecturers Rachid Benslimane (Morocco); Carole Mathe – de Souza (France); Latifa Bousselmi (Tunisia); Pascal Mimero (France) Warren Cairns (United Kingdom); Biljana Minceva-Sukarova (FYROM); Luigi Campanella (Italy); Paolo Piccardo (Italy); Delia F.
