The International Workshop on Recent Advances in Digital Security:
Biometrics and Forensics (BioFor 2015) is a satellite event of ICIAP 2015
that will be held in Genova, Italy, September 7, 2015. BioFor 2015 will
provide a forum for researchers from academia and industry with interest in
the ongoing research on security, forensics and biometrics. The workshop
calls for submissions addressing, but not limited to, the following topics:















Biometrics and soft biometrics
Mobile biometrics
Audiovisual biometrics for multimedia forensics
Biometric spoofing and liveness detection
Biometric and forensic analysis of crime scene traces
Forensic behavioural biometrics
Security assessment for multi-biometrics systems
Audio forensics
Image and video forgery detection
Machine learning techniques in image forensics
Multimedia forensics
Source identification
Security of information in social media
Adversarial learning
Counter-forensics
BioFor 2015 invites original previously unpublished contributions which
are not submitted concurrently elsewhere. All accepted papers will be
published in Springer's LNCS proceedings. Authors of accepted papers will
be expected to present their work in the form of oral presentations. All
papers and presentations will be in English.
Submission Format: Authors must follow Springer's LNCS guidelines and
technical instructions for paper preparation, as reported on the webpage.
The BioFor 2015 paper format is the same as for the ICIAP 2015
Conference, with a maximum manuscript length of 8 pages. Authors may
consider downloading and using the ICIAP2015 Author Kit.

The authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version
to a special issue of Multimedia Tools and Applications.
