Nelle collezioni Londra e Charter Mixed l’italianità riguarda unicamente la ricerca. Le due

ambienti di estremo carattere, Charter la fascia più giovane della porposta Flywood, ma
entrambe ricercate specificamente per meglio soddisfare il connubio tra eleganza, stile

An offer collected and put together around the world with the eyes, style, taste and
flavour of a typically Italian choice. More specifically, the Dresda, Vienna, Firenze and
Praga Slim collections are processed within the European territory, arrive as raw
materials in Tuscany and are entirely finished in Italy by expert craftsmen who lend
them a unique and original style. These collections are characterised by the ITALIAN
RESEARCH & FINISHING brand. You can choose from selected colour shades and
premium quality finishes or ask for our advice to select a customised plan.
In the Londra and Charter Mixed collections, the Italian style relates to research only.
The two collections are at complete odds: Londra stands out for its premium range
and is suitable for spaces with an outstanding character; while Charter is the latest
collection added to the Flywood offer. Both are the result of a specific research aimed
at meeting the combination of elegance, style and uniqueness to the full advantage of

ricerche otteniamo la collezione Flywood.
Lo stile italiano va dal più classico pavimento in piastrelle delle antiche dimore, passando
per il materico ed affascinante parquet antico, arrivando alle grandi plance dai colori
caldi e concludendo il suo percorso nelle tavole della collezione Firenze e Praga più
moderne e pulite. Un percorso virtuale che inizia dagli antichi palazzi toscani passando
per importanti ville palladiane fino ai grattaceli lombardi.
We carefully select the best European manufacturers, we accurately study the
chromatic trends and the styles of home living, finally combining the precious results of
this research to obtain the Flywood collection.
The Italian style goes from more classic tile floors of ancient mansions, tactile and
fascinating antique parquet, large panels with warm colours, to the boards of the
Firenze and Praga collections that are more modern and clear. A virtual itinerary that
starts from the ancient Tuscan palaces, passes through the great Palladian villas and
ends with Lombard skyscrapers.

Since 1951, the Zanaga Group has been working in the flooring and interior finishing
fields, initially in the Italian market and later in different foreign markets, satisfying the
needs of a professional continuously changing demand. The best European raw

concentrated detergent. It is a sanitizing product for Flywood® floors, suitable for the
ordinary washing of coated, oiled or waxed surfaces because it protects the structure of
every type of surface. It cleans and sanitizes the floor, eliminating every type of bacteria
and pathogen germs. Being low-foaming, it does not need to be rinsed and releases a
pleasant sensation of freshness and purity.
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
PAINTED FLOOR RESTOREpaint
This matt treatment for the ordinary maintenance of coated floors creates an ultra-thin
protective layer and gives the floor a neat and bright appearance. It can be used every
two months or as needed if the floor is very matt due to heavy wear.
OILED and POLISHED FLOOR RESTOREoil
Protective product containing water-based natural oil waxes for the ordinary maintenance

STANDARD RULES
I pavimenti in legno vengono generalmente definiti “vivi”, in quanto modificano il loro
assetto col variare delle condizioni climatiche dell’ambiente. Vivere un parquet all’interno
di un ambiente richiede il rispetto di alcune semplici regole da considerare al momento
della scelta.
I pavimenti in legno dovranno essere installati in ambienti idonei ed è necessario un
controllo effettuato da personale competente, per valutare le condizioni dei sottofondi,
degli infissi ed elementi generali di strutture, specialmente nel caso di una ristrutturazione.
Il parquet una volta installato, richiede una temperatura ambientale compresa tra i
14/15° C ed i 30° C. Mantenere la percentuale di umidità compresa tra i il minimo del
45% e il massimo del 65% significa poter garantire “l’habitat” ideale al Vostro pavimento.
Le collezioni Firenze e Praga Slim realizzate secondo norme produttive europee riportate
su catalogo e listino, vengono classificate secondo diversi gradi di scelte aziendali
denominate Exclusive, Lounge, Business e Smart.

I pavimenti antichi della serie Londra, e antichizzati della collezione Dresda sono proposti
in scelta unica senza suddivisioni di aspetto o classe. Non è possibile determinare dei
livelli estetici nè tantomeno una selezione di appartenenza ad uno standard qualitativo
in relazione alle differenti fonti di approvvigionamento.
Nel pavimento antico ogni doga presenta un differente colore, una diversa fibra ed in
generale ogni listone rappresenta un singolo esempio cromatico. I campioni visionati, le
doghe o i pannelli rappresentati sono da considerarsi solamente come famiglia prodotto
e non possono essere vincolanti verso il cliente circa colore, spessore, forma e tipologia
in quanto non sono realizzati in serie.
REGOLE
Le collezioni Flywood® sono tra loro diverse in virtù delle materie prime e della diversa
conformazione.
Wood floors are generally defined as “living” because they adapt to the climatic changes
of the surrounding environment. Enjoying a parquet floor within a space requires
the observance of a few simple rules that have to be taken into consideration when
choosing the floor.
Wood floors must be installed in suitable areas and it is necessary to ask skilled
personnel to assess the conditions of the foundations, window fixtures and the general
elements of structures, specifically in the case of renovation.
Once installed, parquet must be kept at a room temperature ranging from 14-15°C
to 30°C. Maintaining the percentage of humidity between a minimum of 45% and a
maximum of 65% means guaranteeing an ideal “habitat” for your floor.
Flywood® collections are different from one another due to the raw materials used and
the varying conformation.
Antique floors from the Londra series and the aged ones from the Dresda collection
are offered in a single selection without differences in terms of appearance or class. It
is not possible to determine the aesthetic levels nor select the compliance to a quality
standard in terms of different sources of provisioning.
When it comes to antique flooring, each slat has a different colour, a different fibre and
generally every strip has a unique colour shade. The samples, slats or panels shown
are to be regarded as family of products only and cannot be regarded as binding with
the customer in terms of colour, thickness, shape and typology because they are not
processed in series.
Firenze and Praga Slim collections are processed according to the European standards
specified in the catalogue and price list, and are classified according to different grades
of internal decisions as Exclusive, Lounge, Business and Smart.
Per la posa e l’utilizzo del parquet su sottofondi riscaldati è opportuno rispettare alcune
semplici regole di base ed affidarsi ad un posatore professionista.
Nell’uso normale è importante considerare che il pavimento in legno richiede il minimo
contatto con l’acqua sia nella manutenzione ordinaria che straordinaria e rispettare le
regole di manutenzione suggerite per i pavimenti Flywood®.
L’utilizzo di prodotti non approvati dalla nostra azienda può determinare un decadimento
della qualità e della garanzie su alterazioni del prodotto. È sconsigliato effettuare lavaggi
o manutenzioni usando solo acqua pura perchè alla lunga potrebbero verificarsi delle
difformità a livello cromatico della superficie stessa.
For the laying and use of parquet on heated underfloors, it is advisable to follow a few
basic rules and rely on a professional fitter.
During ordinary use, it is important to consider that wood floors require a minimum
contact with air both during ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and follow the
maintenance rules recommended for Flywood® floors.
The use of products that have not been approved by our company may cause the
deterioration of quality and the forfeiture of the warranties due to the alteration of the
product. It is not advisable to perform frequent washings or maintenance operations using
pure water only because it could discolour the chromatic level of the surface over time.
Nell’uso quotidiano è importante l’utilizzo di uno zerbino esterno o barriere asciugapassi,
davanti agli ingressi, di adeguate dimensioni. Dotare piedi e basi di mobili e sedie con
appositi feltrini per evitare rigature e danni derivanti dalla loro movimentazione. Nel caso
di poltrone con ruote girevoli, le stesse dovranno essere idonee per parquet (ovvero di
gomma morbida).
La presenza e l’uso di sostanze particolarmente aggressive deve essere evivata così
come il contatto con acidi, basi o sostanze similari.
During ordinary use, it is important to place an external doormat or barrier mat of
adequate dimensions in front of the entrances. Fit special felt pads under the feet and
bases of furniture and chairs to avoid streaking and damage when they are moved
around. Sofas with pivoting wheels should be suitable for parquets (i.e. in soft rubber).
The presence or use of particularly aggressive substances should be avoided just as
the contact with acids, products containing ammonia or similar substances.
