È la vera sinergia tra Design e costruzione che focalizza l’attenzione sull’uomo, nella ricerca del benessere
psico-fisico, nella riscoperta della comunione con la natura e nella creazione di emozioni. Un’abitazione
BIOclimatica consente di salvaguardare il comfort ambientale in ogni stagione, grazie all’utilizzo di materiali
e tecnologie all’avanguardia e di poco costo. Essa risulta autosufficiente da un punto di vista energetico
e consente di diminuire l’impatto ambientale, che potrebbe derivare dall’uso degli impianti (riscaldamento,
elettrico...) e dall’utilizzo di risorse inquinanti e che presentino una certa emissività. Un’abitazione
BIOclimatica permette di incrementare la qualità della vita in termini di salute fisica, mentale e di guadagno
economico. L’uso del legno si concretizza nella percezione di un ambiente sano, di continuità con
l’esterno, in cui ci si possa sentire a proprio agio in armonia; inoltre la progettazione e la realizzazione
della struttura vengono fatte tenendo conto delle esigenze del compratore e del costo di mantenimento
futuro. L’uomo moderno è figlio di una società che affida grande importanza al gusto e all’estetica e, di
conseguenza, vivere significa anche ricerca dell’arte e della bellezza. Da qui A&R ha creato un design
aperto all’innovazione e alla richiesta di mercato, ma ancor più ha affidato la costruzione a chi veramente lo

It is the true synergy between design and construction that focuses the attention on man, in the pursuit
of physical and mental well-being, the rediscovery of the communion with Nature and the creation of
emotions. A Bioclimatic home helps safeguard environmental comfort in any season of the year, thanks
to the use of inexpensive but cutting-edge materials and technologies. It is self-sufficient from an energy
standpoint and enables a reduction in the environmental impact possibly resulting from the use of
various systems (heating, electrical, etc.) and the use of pollutant resources which have a particular
emissivity. A Bioclimatic home offers a better quality of life in terms of physical and mental health and
also saving. The use of wood is expressed in the perception of a healthy environment, and continuity
