TRASPORTO
Nei casi in cui il mezzo di spedizione non sia esplicitamente indicato dal Cliente, la spedizione verrà effettuata nel modo ritenuto più idoneo dall’Azienda. La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Cliente, anche
se spedita in “porto franco”. Ogni responsabilità dell’Azienda cessa con la consegna al vettore. L’eventuale
copertura assicurativa viene effettuata solo su specifica richiesta e a spese del Cliente. L’Azienda non si
assume responsabilità per la mancata o ritardata consegna, per ammanchi e/o avarie dovute al trasporto,
di ciò, essendo responsabili i vettori, il destinatario deve fare le riserve prima del ritiro della merce.
PAGAMENTO
Le condizioni sono quelle indicate nell’ordine e sono impegnative per il Cliente anche nel caso di ritardo
nell’arrivo della merce, o di avarie o perdite parziali o totali verificatesi durante il trasporto nonché nei casi
in cui la merce a disposizione del Cliente presso l’Azienda non venga ritirata dal Cliente stesso.Tutte le fatture devono essere regolate alla scadenza. Qualora il Cliente non provvedesse al pagamento delle somme
fatturate, rimarranno a suo carico senza necessità di formale costituzione di mora, gli interessi moratori
nella misura del tasso ufficiale di sconto, in atto alla data convenuta per il pagamento, maggiorato di 4 punti
con decorrenza dalla scadenza delle fatture, nonché tutte le spese che fossero conseguenza diretta della
inadempienza. Restano in ogni caso salvi i danni subiti dall’Azienda per tali ritardi. Nell’ipotesi d’insolvenza
anche parziale da parte del Cliente, l’Azienda ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui agli Art. 1453 e 1456 C.C. ha la
facoltà di sospendere immediatamente la fornitura e di ritenere risolti di diritto il presente ordine ed anche
eventuali altri ordini in corso con il medesimo Cliente.
RISERVA DI PROPRIETÁ
I prodotti forniti al Cliente, resteranno di proprietà dell’Azienda fino al totale pagamento di essi.
RECLAMI
Eventuali reclami riguardanti la quantità, il tipo di prodotto fornito e la specie devono essere fatti
all'Azienda, esclusivamente tramite comunicazione scritta entro i termini di legge dall'arrivo della merce.
Eventuali reclami sulla qualità, devono essere fatti all'Azienda entro i termini di leggi dalla scoperta dei vizi
o difetti contestati. Nessun reclamo riguardante i contestati vizi o difetti del materiale potrà essere fatto
valere, senza alcuna eccezione, se non avrà avuto luogo il regolare integrale pagamento del materiale al
quale il reclamo si riferisce. non potranno essere presi in considerazioni reclami riguardanti la qualità del
materiale venduto a condizioni speciali. Eventuali reclami o contestazioni riguardanti una parte della merce
non esonerano il Cliente dall'obbligo di ritirare la restante quantità entro i limiti dell'ordine.
GARANZIA
I prodotti dell’Azienda si intendono garantiti per i guasti dovuti a difetti di fabbricazione ad essa imputabili. La garanzia decade qualora:
- sia trascorso più di un anno dalla consegna del materiale;
- il materiale sia stato usato al di fuori delle condizioni di esercizio indicate sul catalogo tecnico;
- il materiale sia stato comunque modificato o manipolato.
La garanzia si limita alla sostituzione dei prodotti riconosciuti difettosi; pertanto, l’Azienda non sarà tenuta ad alcun risarcimento per spese di trasporto, installazione, danni sia diretti che a terzi e comunque per
qualsiasi altra causa. Garanzie particolari vengono menzionate sul catalogo tecnico. L’Azienda, è in possesso di una copertura assicurativa di primaria compagnia, relativa ad una Polizza di Responsabilità Civile
Prodotti e risponderà nei termini e nei limiti di tale copertura assicurativa.
CONTROVERSIE
Per controversie o contestazioni, resta convenuto competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Ravenna anche in
caso di spedizioni affrancate.
Al presente contratto si applica la legge italiana.
L’Azienda si riserva il diritto di modificare o sostituire il presente listino in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso.
I dati e le caratteristiche dei prodotti qui riportati si devono intendere a titolo indicativo.
La Bucchi s.r.l. si riserva il diritto di apportare nei propri prodotti tutte le modifiche che riterrà opportune per logiche tecniche e commerciali.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
The terms of delivery are not legally-binding and purely indicative.Any delays in delivery do not entitle the
Client to cancel or reduce orders and will never provide grounds for indemnification of damages derived.
TRANSPORT
Whenever the carrier is not expressly specified by the Client, shipping will be performed in the manner deemed
most appropriate by the Company.The goods travel at the risk of the Client, even when shipped carriage free. All
Company liability ceases when the goods are delivered to the carrier. Insurance coverage will be stipulated only upon
specific request and at the Client’s expense.The Company declines all liability for unperformed or delayed deliveries
and any other inconvenience and/or damages derived during shipping for which the carrier is exclusively responsible and therefore the receiver must advance any claims in regard to this latter prior to accepting the goods.
PAYMENT
The terms of payment are listed in the order and legally-binding for the Client even when the goods arrive
with delay, damages, or partial or total loss during shipping, and even when the goods placed at the disposal
of the Client at the Company’s premises are not duly collected by the Client.All invoices must be paid when
due.Whenever the Client fails to pay the sums due, interest in arrears will be automatically calculated from
the date of invoice payment due at the official bank rate of discount increased by four percentage points
without the obligation of the Company to declare the same with the right to reimbursement for the expenses directly derived for such breach of contract, while the Company also retains the right to advance claims
for further damage in regard. In the event of even only partial insolvency by the Client, the Company has
the right to immediately suspend the supply in question and consider the order and any others in progress
with the same Client duly annulled as per the sense and effect of Art. 1453 and 1456 in the Civil Code.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
The products supplied to the Client remain the exclusive property of the Company until duly paid for in full.
CLAIMS
Any and all claims regarding the quantity, type of kind of product supplied must be advanced to the
Company in written form only within according to the law of the arrival of the goods. Any and all claims
regarding the quality of the product supplied must be advanced to the Company within according to the
law of the discovery of such defect and in any case within 1 year of the date of delivery. Absolutely no
claims regarding defective goods or materials without exception can be advanced without first paying the
price for such goods in full. No claims regarding the quality of materials sold under special conditions will
be accepted. Claims or disputes regarding a part of the goods delivered will not release the Client from
the obligation to collect the remaining quantities within the times specified in the order.
GUARANTEE
The Company’s products are guaranteed against defects in fabrication. Such guarantee is invalidated whenever:
- more than 1 year has passed since the delivery of the material;
- the material has been used inappropriately and not according to the conditions of use
indicated in the technical catalogue;
- the material has been modified or manipulated in any way.
The guarantee is limited to the replacement of the products recognised
as being defective, and for such reason the Company will not be required to make any sort of indemnification for shipping or installation
expenses, direct damages, damages to third parties, or for any other
reason whatsoever. Special guarantees are mentioned in the technical catalogue.The Company has stipulated Civil Liability insurance coverage with a leading broker for damages caused by its
products and will be liable only within the limits established by
the same.
CONTROVERSY
For any disputes or controversies, the exclusively competent authority will be the Court of Ravenna, even in cases
of free shipments.
This contract is subject to the Italian law.
The Company reserves the right to modify or
replace this price-list in any moment whatsoever
without notice.
The data and features of the products described herein
are purely indicative.
Bucchi s.r.l. reserves the right to make any modifications
to its products deemed necessary by technical and commercial requirements.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
These general terms replace all previous terms and are subject to change without notice.These terms of
sale are considered as having been entirely accepted by the Client with the confirmation of the order.
PACKING
Standard packing in cartons is free. Due to product shipping and traceability requirements, the minimum
order per article must not be less than one standard package as indicated in the price-list.The Company
reserves the right to round off either higher or lower the quantities ordered in order to obtain the package indicated.As regards PPR pipe, see the respective integration that forms an integral part of these general terms of sale.
PRICES
The prices to be quoted are those applicable at the moment of the acceptance of the order by the
Company and listed in the order confirmation note issued by this latter.
COLLECTION OF GOODS
The delivery condition is ex works Bucchi except differently agreed.
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order is defined in the general terms of sale that regulate the relationship with clients and
is transmitted by the Company’s Sales service.
ORDERS
The Company ’will be obliged to fill orders only following the specific acceptance of each order. Orders
are irrevocable and shall be valid for 30 days. Orders may be filled by partial deliveries. In order to avoid
confusion regarding product identification, we recommend using the product identification codes listed in
our official price-list and the instructions provided. No returns will be accepted without previous written
authorisation, and all returns must be paid carriage free by the Client.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA
Queste condizioni generali annullano tutte le precedenti e sono soggette a cambiamenti senza alcun preavviso. Le
presenti condizioni di vendita si intendono integralmente accettate dal Cliente con il conferimento dell’ordine.
IMBALLAGGIO
L’imballaggio standard (in cartoni) è gratis. Per esigenze di spedizione e rintracciabilità del prodotto, l’ordine minimo per articolo non può essere inferiore ad una confezione standard, come indicato nel listino.
L’Azienda si riserva di arrotondare, per eccesso o per difetto, la quantità ordinata per raggiungere la confezione indicata. Per quanto concerne il tubo in PPR, vedi integrazione facente parte integrante delle condizioni generali di vendita.
PREZZI
I prezzi sono quelli in vigore al momento dell’accettazione dell’ordine da parte dell’Azienda e risultanti dalla
conferma d’ordine dell’Azienda medesima.
RESA
Il tipo di consegna è da condizioni ex work Bucchi salvo diverso accordo.
ORDINE MINIMO
L’importo minimo è definito nelle condizioni generali che regolano il rapporto con la clientela e viene trasmesso dal servizio Vendite dell’Azienda.
ORDINI
L’obbligazione dell’Azienda risulterà perfetta solo a seguito di specifica accettazione di ciascun specifico
ordine. Gli ordini hanno carattere irrevocabile e rimarranno fermi per 30 giorni. Potranno essere effettuate eventuali consegne parziali. Inoltre, onde evitare spiacevoli malintesi per l’identificazione dei prodotti è
consigliabile fare riferimento alla nomenclatura ed ai codici riportati sul nostro listino prezzi ufficiale ivi
compreso le relative istruzioni. Non si accettano ritorni se non preventivamente autorizzati per iscritto, ed
in ogni caso solo in Porto F.co.
