Art. 1 - ORDINI
Art. 1 - ORDERS
Tutti gli ordini conferiti si intendono soggetti a conferma da parte della Venditrice Rubinetterie Eurorama.
All orders placed are subject to approval by the Seller Rubinetterie
Eurorama.
Art. 2 - PREZZI
Art. 2 - PRICES
I prezzi di listino si intendono franco ns. stabilimento di Roccapietra e al netto
d’I.V.A. Ci riserviamo di modificare i dati contenuti senza preavviso.
Prices can be subject to change and are intended as net of V.A.T. They are
therefore not binding for us and are applicable for delivery free our warehouse of Roccapietra.
Art. 3 - SPEDIZIONI
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente anche se spedita franco destino. La responsabilità della venditrice cessa al momento della consegna al vettore. Non rispondiamo di eventuali ritardi, anomalie o ammanchi
verificatesi durante il viaggio.
Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati dal Committente stesso presso
le Amministrazioni Ferroviarie, Compagnie di navigazione aeree o nautiche
o altri trasportatori. Le date per la consegna non sono tassative, sarà comunque nostro principio rispettarle.
Art. 2 - SHIPMENTS
The goods travel at the exclusive risk and peril of the Commitant even if
shipped franco destination. The seller’s responsibility ceases the moment
the goods are delivered to the shipper, we are not liable for delays, anomalies, and/or shortages resulting from the shipment and any and all
complaints must be adressed by the Commitant directly to the shipping
companies, railway carriers, air or shipping lines, the delivery dates are not
binding but it will be our commitment to respect them in any case.
Art. 4 - RECLAMI
Art. 4 - COMPLAINTS
L’acquirente dovrà sempre e comunque provvedere alla verifica, controllo
della qualità e stato del materiale ricevuto; eventuali contestazioni saranno
prese in considerazione solo se segnalate per iscritto e non oltre giorni 8
(otto) dal ricevimento della merce. Eventuale materiale, reso franco nostro
magazzino previa autorizzazione della Rubinetterie Eurorama sarà da noi
valutato. Se risulteranno conseguenze dirette da attribuirsi a errata installazione o scorretto impiego saranno escluse tutte le sostituzioni eventualmente richieste; in caso contrario, andremo a sostituire tutti i prodotti da noi
giudicati difettosi.
The Buyer must always verify and control the quality and status of the materials received, complaints will be taken into consideration only if filed in
writing within and no later than eight days from receipt of the goods. All
materials returned free our warehouse following approval by Rubinetterie
Eurorama will be evaluated by us and if found defective as a result of incorrect installation or use they will not be covered by the guarantee and will not
be replaced, if otherwise the products are found defective by us Rubinetterie
Eurorama will replace them free of charge.
Art. 5 - GUARANTEE
Art. 5 - GARANZIA
ART•DESIGN garantisce dalla data di acquisto, per tutti i prodotti elencati a
catalogo le seguenti garanzie:
5 ANNI sulla cartuccia
5 ANNI per i vitoni ceramici
2 ANNI per le parti di movimento meccanico
5 ANNI sulle superfici cromate, a condizione che queste vengano trattate
correttamente.
L’acquirente non potrà avvalersi del diritto di garanzia anche per i seguenti
motivi:
A) Utilizzo di acque aggressive, calcaree, non potabili o dove siano presenti
corpi estranei.
B) Uso di pagliette, solventi, sostanze corrosive, abrasive o aventi contenuti
alcolici sulle superfici.
C) Montaggio non corretto dei prodotti o eventuali manipolazioni, installazioni aventi scopi diversi da quelli cui sono destinati.
AVVERTENZE
L’uso di abrasivi, detersivi e saponi di ogni genere adottati nella pulizia dei
nostri prodotti, può danneggiarli seriamente.
Consigliamo pertanto di pulire i nostri rubinetti semplicemente con acqua,
e di asciugarli con un panno morbido.
In caso di controversie, il foro competente é quello di VERCELLI (Italy).
Il presente listino annulla quelli precedenti.
Per migliorare le caratteristiche tecniche e qualitative della nostra produzione, ci riserviamo di apporre, anche senza preavviso, tutte le modifiche
che si rendessero necessarie.
ART•DESIGN grants all its products listed on catalogue from the date of purchase the following guarantee:
5 YEARS for the cartridge
5 YEARS for the ceramic screwdowns
2 YEARS for mechanic movable parts
5 YEARS for chromed surface if treated correctly.
The products will not be covered by guarantee in case of:
A) Use on treated surfaces of too hard water, possibly containing limestone
or residues, non-drinkable water or similar.
B) Use on the treated surfaces of steel wool, solvents, corrosive and/or abrasive substances, or cleaning products containing alcohol.
C) Incorrect installation of the products or possible manipulation or installation for puposes other than the ones they were originally meant for.
WARNING
The use of abrasive substances, detergents or soaps of any kind could damage our products seriously.
We therefore advise to clean them simply with water and dry them with a
soft cloth.
All controversies will be referred to the Court of VERCELLI (Italy).
The present price list will cancel all previous ones.
In a continuing effort to improve our products, technical characteristics
are subject to change without notice.
