Tubazioni Standard / Standard Pipelines
ST52
I tubi ST52 sono realizzati con leghe di acciaio di prima qualità e
hanno una durezza di 30 HRB. Alla produzione vengono certificati
materiali e pressione di esercizio.
ST52 pipes are made of top quality steel and the hardness is 30
HRB. Raw materials and working pressure are certified.
Tubazioni Temprate / Tempered Pipelines
HB400
Le tubazioni in acciaio HB400 hanno un’ottima resistenza all’usura
e una durata media di utilizzo superiore del 90% rispetto alle
tubazioni in ST52.
Tempered HB400 pipes are surprisingly wear resistant and last over
90% than standard ST52 pipes.

installazione.
Anello standard, utilizzato per curve e tubi ad
alto spessore.
Anello MF, utilizzato per le tubazioni ausiliarie e
consente una connessione rigida.
Anelli ORZ con la sua chiusura conica consente
una connessione rigida e resistente alle alte
pressioni.
The most common rings are:
Self-centred ring, for an easier and faster
installation on straight pipes
Standard ring, for high thickness pipes and
bends .
MF ring, for auxiliary pipes. It allows a firm
connection.
ORZ ring with his conical lock allows a firm

Disponiamo di tutti i sistemi di connessione
normalmente utilizzati per le linee di trasporto
calcestruzzo. Hanno caratteristiche diverse a
seconda dell’utilizzo. Il sistema standard viene
di norma utilizzato per le linee del braccio e
la guarnizione sopra l’anello ne consente la
rotazione. Il sistema MF viene spesso utilizzato
per le tubazioni ausiliarie e consente una
connessione rigida. Il sistema ORZ con la sua
chiusura conica consente una connessione rigida
e resistente alle alte pressioni.
All most common connecting systems for
concrete delivery lines are avalilable. They
have different characteristics for different uses.
The Standard system is specially fitted for the
connection of the delivery boom pipes and the
gasket upon the ring allows the rotation. MF
system is often used for the auxiliary pipelines
and allows a firm connection. ORZ system with
his conical lock allows a firm connection and
high pressures resistance.

The stabilization plates are used to sabilize arms

truck-mixed pumps and portable-concrete pumps
in very difficult sites.
Il Fine Black è un materiale nuovo che per
caratteristiche meccaniche è simile al PE
vergine. Durante la realizzazione delle piastre
in Fine Black viene monitorata la percentuale di
materiale riciclato (inferiore al 30%) garantendo
una qualità costante del prodotto finito.
Fine Black is a new material with mechanical
properties close to PE virgin. During the
production of Fine Black Stabilization Plates the
percentage of regenerated PE is controlled (max
30%), in this way the quality of the product is
constant.
