MECHANISM FOR WARDROBES
WITH FOLDING AND SLIDING DOORS
• it uses the same wardrobe’s structure and the same rails of the system “PS10”;
• the doors, once folded, can slide towards any of the two sides of the wardrobe;
• smooth, silent and strong sliding system with the minimal overall dimensions.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

Inserire gli stop superiori
PS11FS700X nella sede del binario
superiore e fissarlo sul cappello del
mobile.
2 Inserire gli stop inferiori PS10FI8B01
necessari nelle sedi del binario inferiore
e fissarlo sul fondo del mobile.
Esistono tre tipi diversi di fissaggio dei
binari sul mobile:
3a montaggio dei binari superiori ed
inferiori con avvitamento esterno;
3b montaggio dei binari superiori ed
inferiori con avvitamento interno tramite:
viti autofilettanti VA12103927A per
cappello e fondo spessore mm. 20, viti
autofilettanti VA12103932A per cappello e fondo spessore mm. 25 (vedi
disegni tecnici 1, 2 e 3 a pag. 5);
3c montaggio dei binari superiori ed
inferiori su armadi componibili con
montaggio TE03820011.
4 Montare la cerniera centrale
CC01090001 (superiore ed inferiore)
facendo attenzione che le due semiante
siano allineate.
5-5a Fissare i pattini superiori
PS11SD6202 - PS11SS6202 ed inferiori PS11ID6202 - PS11IS6202 sull’anta.

1 Insert the upper locks PS11FS700X in
the seat of the upper rail, then fix the rail
to the top of the furniture.
2 Insert the lower locks PS10FI8B01 in
the seats of the lower rail, then fix the
rail to the bottom of the furniture.
There are three different ways of assembling the rails to the furniture:
3a assembly of the upper and lower
rails with external screwing;
3b assembly of the upper and lower rail
by internal screwing: selftapping screws
VA12103927A for furniture’s top and
bottom thickness mm. 20, selftapping
screws VA12103932A for furniture’s top
and bottom thickness mm. 25 (see technical drawings 1, 2 and 3 at pg. 5);
3c upper and lower rail’s assembly with
plastic setting up gear TE03820011 for
modular furniture.
4 Mount the central hinge
CC01090001 (upper and lower) paying
attention that the two half-doors are perfectly aligned.
5-5a Fix the upper slides PS11SD6202
- PS11SS6202 and lower slides
PS11ID6202 - PS11IS6202 to the door.

6 Mount the alignment coupler
AG02900001 (upper and lower) and
the save-door TE10810001.
7 Insert the co-extruded profile
TE22XX0001 into the proper groove
done inside the frame door.
8 Assembly the door, inserting the lower
slides into the seats of the lower rail then
leaning the upper slides on the upper
rail.
9 Align the screw hole of the two-wheels
trolley with the hexagonal-headed screw
mounted on the hinged upper slide,
fixed to the door, then tigh strongly the
mentioned screw.

6 Montare l’aggancio di allineamento
AG02900001 (superiore ed inferiore) e
il salva-anta TE10810001.
7 Inserire il profilo coestruso
TE22XX0001 nell’apposita fresata ricavata nell’interno dell’anta.
8 Montare la porta inserendo i pattini
inferiori sulle rispettive guide e appoggiando i pattini superiori sul binario.
9 Allineare il foro vite del carrello a due
ruote con la vite a testa esagonale montata sul pattino superiore incernierato
alla porta, quindi avvitare la vite.

10 Inserire e fissare con le viti il sistema
“raddrizzaporte” nella semianta fresata.
11-12 Regolare la tensione della
semianta tramite l’apposita chiave.
ATTENZIONE: per ogni semianta applicare un kit raddrizzaporte.
10 Insert and fix with screws the strai-
ghten-door gear into the grooved halfdoor.
11-12 Adjust the tension of the halfdoor with the proper key.
WARNING: each half-door requires one
kit straighten-door.
