posa
Consigli per la posa e la manutenzione
Posa: prelevare le piastrelle da più scatole per ottenere un mix cromatico ideale. Utilizzare una fuga di 2 mm per i prodotti rettificati e di 3 m
per i prodotti non rettificati. Per la posa in esterno, stendere il collante anche sulle piastrelle. Questa procedura riduce al minimo gli spazi liberi
e garantisce un miglior ancoraggio.
Stuccatura: l’utilizzo di malte o riempitivi colorati deve essere effettuato con i seguenti accorgimenti: eseguire sempre una prova preliminare.
Per le superfici levigate del Gres Porcellanato a causa della microporosità provocata dall’azione delle mole durante il processo di levigatura,
non si possono usare malte o riempitivi colorati a contrasto (piastrelle bianche e stuccatura antracite, rossa…). Per poter usare malte o riempitivi colorati con pigmenti e ossidi consigliamo di trattare le superfici dei pavimenti levigati con FILA MP/90, un protettivo antimacchia che
penetra in profondità proteggendo il pavimento senza generare film superficiali: per questo motivo FILA MP/90 non altera il colore della
superficie.
Pulizia finale del pavimento: a posa e stuccatura effettuate procedere al lavaggio del pavimento o del rivestimento. Il lavaggio dopo posa è
una fase di fondamentale importanza per tutti gli interventi successivi e per la manutenzione. E’ bene sapere, infatti, che oltre il 90% delle contestazioni in cantiere è dovuto ad un cattivo, o addirittura inesistente, lavaggio dopo posa. Con il lavaggio dopo posa si eliminano i residui di
posa (malta, colla, vernice, sporco da cantiere di varia natura). Si rimuovono eventuali residui superficiali del materiale. Per questa operazione
FILA propone Detertek, disincrostante acido che non sviluppa fumi nocivi e unisce all’azione disincrostante anche una efficace azione pulente.
Detertek è certificato dal Centro Ceramico di Bologna, perché pulisce ma non aggredisce il materiale.
Manutenzione ordinaria: per i pavimenti con superficie levigata consigliamo di effettuare periodici trattamenti con cere o impregnanti antimacchia al fine di proteggerli da eventuali danni provocati da pennarelli, inchiostro, ruggine o altri prodotti ad altissima penetrabilità. Per
quanto riguarda la manutenzione ordinaria dei pavimenti in Gres Porcellanato consigliamo di consultare la tabella 1.
Guidelines for installation and maintenance
Installation: pick tiles from several boxes to achieve more effective colour mix. Use a joint of 2 mm for rectified products and 3 mm for unrectified products. For outdoor installations, apply adhesive to the tile as well as the wall. This procedure fills almost all the gaps and ensures
superior anchorage.
Grouting: the following measures are necessary when using coloured mortars or fillers: always carry out a test before installing. With polished
Porcelain Stoneware, as the action of the grinding wheel during polishing leaves microscopic pores in the surface, contrasting coloured mortars or fillers must not be used (white tiles with anthracite or red grout, etc..). Before using mortars or fillers coloured with pigments or oxides,
we recommend treating the surface of polished floors with FILA MP/90 will not alter the colour of the surface.
Cleaning floors after installation: after installing and grouting, clean the floor or wall tiles. Cleaning the tiles after installation is vitally important to ensure the effectiveness of all future maintenance. Bear in mind that over 90% of clients complaints are due to the fact that the tiles
were either inadequality cleaned or even not cleaned at all after installation. Cleaning after installation removes all installation residues (mortar, glue paints, building site dirt and contaminants) as well as remaining surface residues from manifacture. Fila recommends Detertek, an
acid descaling floor cleaner that does not release harmful fumes and combines a descaling action with an effective cleaning action. Detertek
is certified by Centro Ceramico of Bologna, because it cleans without harming the material.
Regular maintenance: for floor with polished surfaces, we recommend periodically applying wax or impregnating stain-resistant treatments,
to protect the floor from damage caused by marker pens, ink, rust or other highly penetrating products. For the regular maintenance of floors
in Porcelaine Stoneware, please see table 1.
Conseils pour la pose et l’entretien
Pose: prendre les carreaux dans plusieurs boîtes, afin d’obtenir un bon mélange chromatique. Prévoir des joints de 2 mm pour les produits
rectifiés, et de 3 mm pour les produits non rectifiés. Pour la pose à l’extérieur, étaler l’adhésif même sur les carreaux. Cette procédure limite au
minimum les espaces libres et permet une fixation meilleure.
Jointoiement: la réalisation des joints avec du mortier ou des matèriaux de remplissage à base de pigments colorants, doit étre effectuée en
prenant les précaution suivantes: il convient toujours de faire un test préliminaire. Pour les surfaces polies du Grés Cérame, en raison de la microporoisité provoquée par l’action des meules lors du polissage, il n’est pas possible de réaliser des joints avec des mortiers ou des matériaux
de remplissage d’une couleur qui tranche sur celle des carreaux (carreaux blancs et jointoiement anthracite, rouge…). Pour pouvoir utiliser
des mortiers ou des matériaux de remplissage à base de pigments colorants et d’oxydes, il est conseillé de traiter les surfaces des sols polis
avec FILA MP/90, un produits anti-taches qui pénètre en profondeur, protégeant le sol sans laisser de film en surface. C’est la raison pour la
quelle FILA MP/90 n’altére pas la couleur de la surface.
Nettoyage du sol après la pose: après la pose et le jointment, il est nécessaire de nettoyer le sol ou le mur. Le nettoyage effectué après la pose
est une phase extrêmement importante dont dépendront toutes les opérations qui s’ensuivront, ainsi que l’entretien. En effect, plus de 90%
des contestations concernant les travaux de chantier ont pour object un mauvais nettoyage après la pose, voire un nettoyage inexistant. Le
nettoyage après la pose a pour but d’éliminer les résidus de pose (mortier, adhésif, peinture, saletés en tout genre, propres à un chantier) ainsi
que d’èventuels résidus de surface du matériau. Pour cette opération Fila propose Detertek, un produit enléve-ciment acide qui dégage pas

Entretien Ordinaire: il est recommandé d’effectuer des traitments périodiques sur les sols à surface polie en passant des cires ou des imprégnats anti-taches pou les protéger d’éventuelles marques de feutres, taches d’encre, de rouille, ou d’autres substances qui-généralement
pénètrent profondément dans les matériaux. En ce qui concerne l’entretien ordinaire des sols en Grès Cérame, voir le tableau 1.
Tipps fuer die Verlegung und Pflege
Verlegung: Es wird empfohlen, die Fliesen aus verschiedenen Kartons zu entnehmen, um eine ideale Farbmischung zu erhalten. Bei den
geschliffenen Fliesen ist eine 2 mm und bei den nicht geschliffenen Fliesen eine 3 mm breite Fuge vorzusehen. Fuer die Verlegung in Aussenbereichen sollte der Klebstoff auch auf den Fliesen verstrichen werden. Daduch werden die Freiraeume auf ein Mindestmass begrenzt und es
wird eine bessere Haftung erreicht.
Verfugen: Die Verwendung von farbigen Moerteln oder Fuellmitteln mit Pigmenten darf nur unter Beachtung der folgenden Hinweise erfolgen: Das Produkt immer vorher testen. Bei poliertem Feinsteinzeug duerfen aufgrund der Mikroporositaet, die durch die Schleifscheiben
beim Schleifen erzeugt wird, weder Moertel noch Fuellmittel in Kontrastfarben verwendet werden( z.B. weisse Fliesen mit anthrazitfarbener
oder roeter Verfugung...). Um farbige Moertel oder Fuellmittel mit Pigmenten und Oxiden dennoch verwenden zu koennen, empfehlen wir,
die polierten Oberflaeche mit FILA MP/90 zu behandeln, einem Fleckenschutzmittel, das in die Tiefe der Fliese eindringt und somit den Boden
schuetzt, ohne dass ein Oberflaechenfilm entsteht. Aufgrund seiner Eigenschaften veraendert FILA MP/90 die Farbe der Oberflaeche nicht.
Grundreinigung des Bodens: Nach der Verlegung und Verfugung muessen der Bodenbelag oder die Wandverkleidung abgewaschen werden. Ein Abwaschen direkt nach der Verlegung ist ausgesprochen wichtig fuer die spaetere Reinigung und Pflege der Fliesen. In diesem Zusammenhang moechten wir darauf hinweisen, dass ueber 90% der Beanstandungen auf Baustellen auf eine schlechte oder sogar ueberhaupt
nicht ausgefuehrte Reinigung nach der Verlegung zurueckzufuehren sind. Bei der Reinigung nach der Verlegung werden alle Verlegungsrueckstaende (Moertel, Klebstoff, Lack, Baustellenschmutz verschiedener Art) und auch eventuelle oberflaechliche Materialrueckstaende entfernt. Fuer diesen Zweck bietet Fila Detertek an, einen saeurehaltigen Reiniger fuer Verkrustung, der keine schaedlichen Daempfe entwickelt.

Deterdek ist vom Centro Ceramico in BOLOGNA zertifiziert worden, da dieses Produkt reinigt, ohne das Material anzugreifen.
Regelmaessige Pflege: Fliesen mit polierten Oberflaechenausfuhrung sollten regelmaessig mit Wachs oder Impraegniermitteln gegen Flecken behandelt werden. So werden die Fliesen vor moeglichen dauerhaften Schaeden geschuetzt, zu denen es durch Filzstifte, Tinte, Rost oder
