The culinary star
Michelin Star rated chef Damiano Nigro started his cooking adventure
in the kitchen of famous Italian restaurants and now works as the
Executive Chef of Relais & Ristorante Villa d’Amelia, Benevello Italy.
The greatness of his dishes is primarily based on creativity and research
of new techniques, the use of great quality and seasonal ingredients.
