Equipment – the equipment can be mounted
on a chassis with mechanical or air suspension,
provided with cycle-guards, PVC tool box and
spare wheel.

Body – the bottom is made with aluminium
beams. Also the sides and the roof are made of
aluminium extruded joint shapes, high resistant
to bending, having the internal part with
thickness varying from 1.8 and 5 mm; the ends
of extruded are welded to the strong beams of
the case edge.
Heavy duty – in case of heavy duty, bringing
high side wear, it is possible to mount reinforced
beams.

Moving floor – it is built with extruded
aluminium beams, made in alloy 6082 T6, which
ensure low sliding wear on the bottom, when
used together with our special anti-friction guide
blocks. Among the extruded, there is a rubber to
limit sewage and dust losses.
Movement group – the extruded shapes of the
floor are operated by three crosspiece having a
200 mm stroke when sliding on polyzen plates.
Sewage collection – the semi trailer
ZC 22 is provided with sewage collection tanks.
These tanks are made of galvanized steel and
are under the moving floor; they are easy to
clean and provided with a tap for unloading.
Optionally, it’s possible to order the seal-tight
model, which maintain all the sewage waters
inside the moving floor box.
Top shutter – The semi trailer have a shutter
on the top to allow loading from this way. The
shutter is 4170 mm long and 2500 mm wide.
It is operated by a hydraulic system and can be
opened by sliding on the semi trailer roof.
Rear shutter – It can be opened upwards with a
180° rotation, in order to lean against the upper
part of the body side, so having more safety and
stability and to avoid to force the rack hydraulic
movement. It is provided with an anti-acid seal
to prevent sewage losses, and a safety lock with
hydraulic jacks.
On customer’s demand, a double wing door with
manual lock can be mounted.
Electrical panel – protection level IP 65,
control panel and remote control for mobile floor
activation.
Paintings – RAL color chosen by the customer.
“Formula” solution
The moving floor ZC 22 “formula” variant is
mounted on a light chassis made of special steel.
Without loosing resistance and stability, it allows
a considerable reduction of the mounted semi
trailer weight, and consequently an increase
of the loading weight; moreover, the chassis is
lowered of 150 mm, that means more available
space for loaded material.

Allestimento – L’attrezzatura può essere
montata su telaio con sospensioni pneumatiche
o meccaniche, allestito con parabiciclette,
cassa porta attrezzi in PVC e ruota di scorta.
Struttura – Il fondo è mensolato con traverse
estruse in alluminio. Le fiancate ed il tetto sono
realizzate anche esse in estrusi in alluminio, ad
incastro, molto resistenti alla flessione e con
parte interna di spessore variabile tra 1.8 e 5
mm; alle estremità vengono saldati alle robuste
travi scatolate degli spigoli della cassa.
Uso gravoso – in caso di lavoro pesante che
possa comportare usura elevata delle pareti, è
possibile richiederle tutte spessorate.

Pianale mobile – E’ costituito da stecche
di alluminio estruso realizzate anche esse in
lega 6082 T6, che assicura una bassa usura
a scorrimento sul fondo, quando accoppiata
coi nostri speciali pattini antiattrito e di guida.
Tra le stecche è presente una guarnizione per
limitare filtrazioni di polveri e liquame.
Gruppo di movimentazione – Le stecche
del pianale sono mosse da tre traverse che
compiono una corsa di 200 mm scorrendo su
pattini in polizene.
Gestione liquami – Il semirimorchio a pianale
mobile ZC22 è dotato di vaschette di raccolta
liquame in acciaio zincato poste al di sotto del
pianale mobile, facilmente pulibili e dotate di
rubinetto di scarico. Alternativamente, quale
opzione, è possibile richiedere un pianale a
tenuta stagna, che conserva tutti i liquami
all’interno del veicolo.
Portellone superiore – Il portellone superiore
per il caricamento si apre per scorrimento ed
è azionato idraulicamente; ha un’apertura di
4170 x 2500 mm.
Portellone posteriore – Il portellone di
scarico si apre verso l’alto con una rotazione
fino a 180°, in modo da andarsi ad appoggiare
sulla parte superiore delle fiancate, per
maggior sicurezza, stabilitaà e per non sforzare
l’azionamento idraulico a cremagliera; è dotato
di una guarnizione antiacido per impedire
la fuoriuscita di liquami e di una chiusura di
sicurezza con martinetti idraulici.
Su richiesta del cliente si può montare
alternativamente un portellone a libro con
chiusura di sicurezza manuale.
Quadro elettrico – Con grado di protezione
IP65 , pulsantiera e telecomando.
Verniciatura – Del colore RAL scelto dal
cliente.
Telonatura – E’ possibile richiedere copertura
superiore con telo, in luogo del tetto.

Soluzione Formula
Il piano mobile ZC 22 modello “Formula”,
è montato su un telaio leggero in acciai
speciali. Senza perdere resistenza e stabilità
consente una notevole riduzione del peso
del semirimorchio allestito, permettendo un
notevole aumento del peso utile trasportabile;
inoltre, essendo il telaio ribassato di circa
150mm, consente una maggiore altezza utile
del veicolo che comporta anche un aumento di
capienza volumetrica.
