navale, tutti provenienti da significative esperienze professionali.
È una società che si colloca nei settori sopracitati, ergendo a peculiarità aziendale l’esperienza e la professionalità tecnica connessa a
profonda coerenza imprenditoriale.
Le competenze acquisite dai collaboratori in tanti anni di attività

La Sogem srl offre servizi di manutenzione, assistenza e riparazione, ordinari e straordinari su vari settori
industriali: Agro-alimentare, chimica, produzione energia, oil&gas, linee di produzione e lavorazione di
vari materiali, Intervenendo su parti meccaniche e oleodinamiche come: pompe, scambiatori, riduttori,
cuscinetti, alberi, martinetti, distributori, rulli, nastri, boccole, cinghie, distribuzioni, giunti e pulegge.
Inoltre lo staff vanta un esperienza ultra ventennale nella manutenzione e revisioni di tutte le parti
meccaniche di motori a scoppio, alimentati a gasolio, oli vegetali, bio gas e grassi animali. Obiettivo principale dei nostri tecnici è garantire un valido appoggio alle aziende nei vari processi di mantenimento e
manutenzione, offrendo, competenza e professionalità, soprattutto nei casi di emergenza. Gli interventi
condotti sulle parti meccaniche sono sempre eseguiti in conformità alle specifiche costruttive e di funzionamento dei macchinari come da manuali della casa costruttrice.

Sogem srl provides ordinary and extraordinary services of maintenance, assistance and repair activities in
different industrial areas : Agribusiness, chemical, energy production, Oil and gas, production lines and
processing of various materials with experience in mechanical and Hydraulic equipment such as pumps,
heat exchangers, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, distributors, rollers, belts, bushings, transporting belts,
distributions, couplings and pulleys. In addition, the staff has a over twenty years experience in the maintenance and overhaul of all mechanical parts of internal combustion engines, fueled by diesel, vegetable
oils, bio gas and animal fats. The main objective of our technicians is to provide a valuable support to businesses in the various processes of retention and maintenance offering, competence and professionalism,
especially in cases of emergency. The interventions carried out on the mechanical parts are always executed in accordance with the specific design and operation of machinery as per manuals of the manufacturer.
La SOGEM si colloca nella manutenzione e riparazione navale, grazie a meccanici con esperienza ventennale nel settore. Lo staff può operare su tutto il territorio nazionale, con massima disponibilità ad
interventi in navigazione e presso cantieri, ponendo come obiettivo un alto livello di assistenza, qualità e
soddisfazione del cliente.
L’esperienza dei tecnici garantisce di affrontare qualsiasi problematica di tipo meccanico a bordo nave,
come revisione di turbine, testate, pistoni, camicie, valvole, pompe (olio-acqua-gasolio-carico), scambiatori (aria-olio-acqua), compressori, riduttori, gruppi elettrogeni e di propulsione (Wartsila-Sulzer-PolarDeutz-Caterpillar-Volvo Penta-Detroit-ecc..), sfilamenti assi portelica, timoni, eliche, Shotter, Bow Thruster, argani e verricelli.

SHIPBUILDING INDUSTRY
Sogem lies in the maintenance and reparation of shipbuilding Industry thanks to mechanics and technicians with more than twenty years of experience in the Industry. The staff can operate throughout the
national territory with maximum availability to offshore and infield interventions targeting a high level
of service, quality and customer satisfaction.
The experience of our technicians guarantees to deal with any mechanical problem on board the vessel, such as revision of turbines, cylinder heads, pistons, valves, pumps (oil-water-oil-laden/load), heat
exchangers (air-oil-water) compressors, gearboxes, generators and propulsions (Wartsila-Sulzer-PolarCaterpillar-Deutz-Volvo-Penta-Detroit etc. ..), helix bear slipping out , rudders, propellers, Shotter, Bow
Thruster, hoists and winches.
La Sogem vanta di uno staff esperto nel campo della tubisteria, carpenteria e saldatura, sia per il
settore industriale che navale.
Nel campo della carpenteria è in grado di affrontare l’assemblaggio/costruzione/montaggio di strutture leggere e pesanti, rispettando nei minimi particolari i disegni di costruzione.
Nel campo della tubisteria, gli addetti sono in grado di costruire e riparare tubazioni in ferro a carbonio, inox e leghe varie, di qualsiasi diametro, inoltre un gruppo di addetti a questa mansione è in
grado di operare su caldaie per qualsiasi uso industriale.
Nel campo della saldatura, vi è uno staff esperto e certificato, per saldature a Tig, Arco Sommerso,
Argon, filo e elettrodo, per materiali di ogni genere, in grado anche di usare apparecchiature e macchinari per saldature eseguite su costruzione di alcuni tipi di tubazioni e fasci tubieri di scambiatori.

PIPING
Sogem is proud to have an experienced staff in the field of piping, carpentry and welding, both for
industrial and marine industry. In the carpentry field is able to address the assembly / construction
/ installation of heavy and light structures, observing in detail the construction drawings. In piping
world, our technicians are able to build and repair iron pipes in carbon, stainless steel and various
alloys, of any diameter, also a group of workers in this task is able to operate on any boilers for industrial use. In the field of welding, Sogem has an experienced and certified staff in Tig welding,
Submerged Arc, Argon, wire and electrode to weld materials of all kinds, able to use equipment and
machinery for certain types of welding on construction of some types of pipe and tube bundles of
heat exchangers.
