Anyway is an elegant Pop/Rock album with an emotionally intense build of original lyrics that are
rich with sensational imagery.
All songs are written by Maria Olivero (music) in collaboration with the English writer Matt Lindsay
(London), and produced by Maria Olivero and Giorgio Bellossi (Los Angeles).
Maria Olivero sang and arranged all songs, playing acoustic guitars, dulcimer, keyboards and also
bass on the song “The Last Child”, all this blended with a powerful mix of drums-section and
electric guitars creates the unique style that characterize Maria's music.
Maria has a warm mellow voice whilst at the same time having a powerful and capable captivating
strong presence in her vocals. Her guitar style represents freshness and a pulsating rhythm that
has come about from sheer hard work from being on the road, made up from many concerts and
meetings with great personalities along the way, a path which started with a big love for English
folk-rock and American singer songwriters like Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, Bruce Springsteen,
Stevie Nicks, Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morissette, etc. these influences have has brought forward
Maria’s talents and have helped Maria find her very own uniqueness right up to this day.

Anyway è un album Pop/Rock elegante, emotivamente intenso costruito intorno ai testi originali,
ricchi di immagini e sensazioni che “registrano” momenti.
Tutte le canzoni sono state composte da Maria Olivero (musiche) in collaborazione con il paroliere
Inglese Matt Lindsay (Londra).
L'album e' stato prodotto da Maria Olivero e Giorgio Bellossi (Los Angeles).
Maria Olivero ha interpretato e arrangiato tutti i brani, suonando inoltre diversi strumenti come
chitarra acustica, dulcimer, tastiere e anche il basso nel brano "The Last Child", tutto questo
condito da un incisivo mix di chitarre elettriche e una sezione ritmica aggressiva e potente che crea
lo stile musicale unico e inconfondibile di Maria .
Maria ha una voce calda e dolce e allo stesso tempo potente; la sua chitarra ha un ritmo vivo
e pulsante, frutto di un lungo lavoro “on the road”, di innumerevoli concerti, incontri e
collaborazioni. Un percorso che passa attraverso il folk-rock inglese, i cantautori americani come
Bob Dylan, LouReed, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Nicks, Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morissette, ecc. e che
porta Maria a sviluppare una musica originale e personale.
