lampadina, che dall’evoluzione dalla stessa sarebbero nate grandi idee tali da creare elementi
di luce capaci di stupire ed emozionare?...
DAMA Design srls ® con l’esperienza maturata in molteplici settori tecnologici, ha creato
e sviluppato FYLed ® , un prodotto unico e rivoluzionario coperto da Brevetti mondiali. Gli
elementi FYLed ® sono realizzati in EPS fibrorivestito con sistema CORTEX ®, che
garantisce loro una straordinaria durezza e resistenza.
FYLed ® oltre ad avere una vasta gamma di prodotti, offre ai progettisti la possibilità di
disegnare la luce in qualsiasi ambiente. Inoltre sono stati anche studiati per inserire nei
sistemi di isolamento cappotto all’esterno degli stabili, per disegnare ed illuminare le parti
esterne senza minimamente alterare le strutture e l’isolamento stesso.
Tutti i prodotti di DAMA Design srls ® sono realizzati artigianalmente in ITALIA
da personale qualificato.

DAMA Design srls ®, with the experience gained in many areas of technology, has created and
developed FYLed ®, a unique and revolutionary product covered by worldwide patents. The
FYLed ® components are made of fibre-coated EPS with CORTEX ® system, which guarantees
them an extraordinary hardness and strength. FYLed ®, as well as having a wide range of
products, provides designers with the ability to draw the light in any environment. Moreover
they were also studied to be included in the insulation system outside of buildings, to design
and light up the exterior without altering the structures and insulation itself in any way.
All DAMA Design srls ® products are handcrafted in ITALY by qualified personnel.

Il peso contenuto, la durezza in superficie del rivestimento CORTEX ® , la possibilità di
realizzare molteplici forme e specialmente la grande facilità e velocità di montaggio, lo
rendono un prodotto UNICO ed INDISPENSABILE per creare in pochissimo tempo
linee di luce e giochi di colori che colpiscono ed emozionano.
The reduced weight, hardness of the surface of the CORTEX ® coating, the ability
to make multiple shapes and especially the ease of use and speed of installation, make
it a UNIQUE and ESSENTIAL product for creating, in no time at all, lines
of light and colour games that target and excite.

Guarda alcuni nostri lavori. Con DAMA Design srls ® è possibile installare innovativi
elementi a battiscopa con la particolarità di poter accedere all’interno della struttura sotto il
cartongesso inserendo, per esempio, impianti elettrici, reti informatiche cablate, oppure tubi
di riscaldamento, in poco tempo e senza intaccare o deteriorare la superficie esterna.
Here are some our works. With DAMA Design srls ® is also possible to install innovative
baseboard components with the special feature of being able to access the inside of the
structure under the plasterboard by putting in, for example, electrical systems, wired
computer networks, or heating pipes, in a short time and without affecting or damaging

Gli elementi FYLed ® possono essere installati su pareti di qualsiasi tipo, a qualsiasi altezza,
su soffitti di qualsiasi dimensione, all’interno o all’esterno oppure in ambienti sottoposti ad
alti tassi di umidità e/o salinità. Essi vanno incollati con prodotti poliuretanici o collanti per
polistirolo oppure colle per rivestimenti cappotto.
The FYLed ® components can be installed on walls of any kind, at any height, on
ceilings of any size, inside or outside environments subjected to high rates
of humidity and/or salinity. They are glued with or polyurethane products adhesives
for polystyrene or glues for insulation coating.

Mounting system
Per una buona riuscita e durata nel tempo è consigliato incollare le estremità degli elementi
in EPS con una idonea ed uniforme quantità di prodotto. Una volta asciugati i collanti,
si passerà alla fase dello stuccaggio lungo gli accoppiamenti degli elementi stessi, una
seguente carteggiatura delle superfici ultimerà la preparazione, si potrà passare quindi
all’applicazione di fondi e pitture di qualsiasi tipo. Le superfici sulle quali si possono
montare gli elementi sono molteplici, vanno dalla muratura intonacata o grezza, dai pannelli
in cartongesso alle pareti in polistirolo ed altro, sia all’interno che all’esterno, previo l’utilizzo
dell’idoneo collante. Vengono inoltre previsti degli elementi FYLed ® appositamente
studiati per l’inserimento in pareti di cartongesso in singola e doppia lastra da 12mm, in
modo da poter essere installati senza alterare minimamente l’intelaiatura di supporto,
rivoluzionando così tutti i tempi e i sistemi di montaggio offrendo inoltre la possibilità di
essere posti in opera anche in un secondo tempo, dopo cioè che una parete in cartongesso
è già stata completata. E’ inoltre possibile installare innovativi elementi a battiscopa con
la particolarità di poter accedere all’interno della struttura sotto il cartongesso inserendo,
per esempio, impianti elettrici, reti informatiche cablate, oppure tubi di riscaldamento, in
poco tempo e senza intaccare o deteriorare la superficie esterna. Gli elementi FYLed ® si
prestano quindi a molteplici impieghi, fermo restando che per un ottimo risultato si dovrà
attenersi scrupolosamente alle istruzioni di montaggio.
For a good result and durability over time, we recommend gluing the ends of the EPS
components with a suitable and even amount of product. Once the glue is dried, you will
move on to the storage phase along the couplings of those same components, a sanding of
the surfaces will complete the preparation, you can then move on to applying the undercoats
and painting of any type. The surfaces on which the components can be fitted are varied,
ranging from plastered or unpainted masonry, to the plasterboard panels to polystyrene walls
and other things, both inside and outside, before using the suitable adhesive. They are also
provided for the FYLed ® components, specifically designed for insertion into plasterboard in
single and dual slab of 12mm, so they can be installed without altering the support frame in
any way, thus revolutionizing all assembly times and systems while also offering the ability to
be positioned on site a second time, i.e. after a plasterboard wall has already been
completed. It is also possible to install innovative baseboard components with the special
feature of being able to access the inside of the structure under the plasterboard by putting
in, for example, electrical systems, wired computer networks, or heating pipes, in a short
time and without affecting or damaging the external surface. The FYLed ® components lend
themselves well to many uses, with it being understood that for the best results, the
installation instructions should be strictly followed.

FYLed ® è realizzato con uno specifico EPS ad alta densità e autoestinguente, rinforzato
in superficie applicando più strati di resine pregiate e inserendo in esse polveri di quarzi
tedeschi che garantiscono una ottima resistenza meccanica e l’indeformabilità nel tempo.
Sopra ad esso vengono depositate più mani di materiale edile miscelato a resine leganti atte
a garantire un effetto omogeneo e al tempo stesso un buon grado di carteggiabilità per la
preparazione ai materiali a finire. IL sistema CORTEX ® forma una pellicola
ad effetto Sandwich, rigida, sottile ed estremamente leggera.
FYLed ® is made with a specific high-density, self-extinguishing EPS, with reinforced
surface by applying more layers of precious resins and inserting quartz powders in them
to guarantee high mechanical resistance and non-deformability over time. Above this more
coats of building material mixed with binder resins are deposited to ensure a homogeneous
effect and a at the same time good degree of sandability for preparing the materials to finish.
The CORTEX ® system forms a rigid, thin and extremely light Sandwich effect film.

Il bassissimo peso degli elementi, un decimo di un analogo modello in GESSO, garantisce
un’ottima praticità di lavoro, facilità e velocità di installazione, sicurezza nel trasporto e nello
stoccaggio, inoltre la resistenza alle temperature, circa 85°C., rende il prodotto indicato per
l’applicazione all’interno di sistemi illuminanti a LED anche di alta potenza.
Gli elementi FYLed ® vengono generalmente forniti in mt 1 di lunghezza.
The low weight of the components, one-tenth of a similar model made of CHALK, provides
excellent working convenience, ease of use and speed of installation, safety in transport and
storage, as well as resistance to temperatures, about 85°C., makes the product suitable to be
included within even high powered LED lighting systems.
The FYLed ® components are generally supplied 1 mt. in length.
