Nachweis Normkonformität Betonstähle und Bewehrungsmatten
Riedo Bau + Stahl AG mit Niederlassungen in Oberbipp, Heimberg und Eschlikon ist
als zertifizierter Weiterverarbeiter von Ringmaterial im Register der
Normenkommission SIA eingetragen.
Die im Register aufgeführten Weiterverarbeiter von Ringmaterial unterliegen einer vertraglich
geregelten periodischen Überwachung und werden nur so lang im Register geführt, als die
Resultate der Eigen- und Fremdüberwachung des aufgeführten Ringmaterials und
Durchmesser die Anforderungen der Norm SIA 262:2003 genügen.
Die Lieferanten für Betonstähle und Bewehrungsmatten sind aufgrund einer erstmaligen
Prüfung und eines Überwachungsvertrags ebenfalls im Register normkonformer Betonstähle
Norm SIA 262:2003 eingetragen. Die im Register aufgeführten Betonstähle und
Bewehrungsmatten erfüllen die Anforderungen der Norm SIA 262. Sie unterliegen einer
vertraglich geregelten periodischen Überwachung und werden nur so lang im Register
geführt, als die Resultate den Überwachungsprüfungen der Norm SIA 262 und den
Bestimmungen der jeweiligen Überwachungsverträge mit der EMPA genügen.

Manufacturiers
Les manufacturiers des fils en torche
mentionnés dans le Registre sont soumis à une surveillance périodique réglée contractuellement et ne sont spécifiés dans le registre qu'aussi longtemps que les résultats de contrôle interne et externe de fils en torche spécifié et de diamètre suffisent aux exigences de la norme SIA 262.
Information: l'inscription dans le registre
ne se réfère qu'au traitement de fils en
torche d’aciers d’armature; des classes
d’aciers d’armature ou diamètres qui ne
sont pas mentionnés peuvent aussi être
couvertes par le traitement des matériaux en barres.

I fabbricanti di rotoli registrati sono
assoggettati ad un controllo periodico
regolato tramite contratto. Essi rimangono registrati solo se i risultati
dell'autocontrollo e del controllo esterno, inerenti i rotoli e il diametro, rispettano le esigenze definite nella norma
SIA 262.
Indicazione: la registrazione si riferisce
unicamente alla fabbricazione di rotoli
per acciaio d'armatura; le classi
d'acciaio d'armatura o diametri non
menzionati possono pure esser coperti
dalla lavorazione di materiale sottoforma di barre.

Register normkonformer Betonstähle
nach Norm SIA 262:2003
Die Betonstähle sind aufgrund einer
erstmaligen Prüfung und eines Überwachungsvertrags im «Register normkonformer Betonstähle» eingetragen. Die im
Register aufgeführten Betonstähle erfüllen die Anforderungen der Norm SIA 262.
Sie unterliegen einer vertraglich geregelten periodischen Überwachung und
werden nur so lang im Register geführt,
als die Resultate den Überwachungsprüfungen der Norm SIA 262 und den Bestimmungen der jeweiligen Überwachungsverträge mit der EMPA genügen.
Die Überwachungsprüfungen stellen
Momentaufnahmen dar. Im konkreten
Anwendungsfall sind Prüfergebnisse
direkt beim Hersteller zu hinterfragen und
auf Normkonformität zu überprüfen.

Registre des aciers d’armature conformes à la norme SIA 262:2003
Les aciers d’armature sont inscrits dans
le «Registre des aciers d’armature conforme aux normes» sur la base d’un
examen initial et d’un contrat de surveillance. Les aciers consignés dans le
registre remplissent les exigences de la
norme SIA 262. Ils sont soumis à un
contrôle périodique contractuel. Ils ne
restent inscrits au registre que pour
autant que les résultats des contrôles de
surveillance prévus par la norme SIA 262
soient satisfaisants et que les prescriptions du contrat de surveillance avec
l’EMPA soient respectées.
Les essais réalisés dans le cadre du
contrôle externe des manufacturiers
d’acier représentent une perception de
l'état de qualité momentanée. Pour une
application concrète, les résultats d'essais sont à réclamer au manufacturier et
à évaluer selon la conformité de la
norme.

Gli acciai di armatura sono iscritti nel
«Registro degli acciai di armatura conformi alle norme» sulla base di un esame
iniziale e di un contratto di sorveglianza.
Gli acciai di armatura elencati nel registro
soddisfano le esigenze della norma SIA
262. Sottostanno a controlli periodici
contrattuali e rimangano iscritti nel registro solo fintantoché i risultati degli esami
di sorveglianza rispondono alle esigenze
della norma SIA 262 ed alle disposizioni
del rispettivo contratto di sorveglianza
con l’EMPA.
Le prove eseguite nell'ambito di questa
sorveglianza rappresentano unicamente
lo stato momentaneo. Per un utilizzo
concreto, è necessario esigere dal produttore i risultati delle prove e valutarne
la conformità con le norme vigenti.
