Il sistema SPACE è caratterizzato dalle
cerniere a due ali o a pettine, ricavate da
proﬁlo estruso, dal sistema brevettato di
rinvio d’angolo di rapido montaggio con
integrata falsamanovra a bandiera.
Riduzione dei particolari da montare e
registrazioni su tutti gli assi sono elementi
pensati per facilitare ed accelerare il
lavoro dei serramentisti con l’aiuto di dime
ed istruzioni.

operations for the frame-makers with the
help of drilling jig and instruction sheets.

Per il perfezionamento del contratto, l’acquirente dovrà restituire la conferma d’ordine controﬁrmata e solo allora verrà dato
corso all’ordine stesso e di conseguenza
decorreranno i termini di consegna concordati. I termini di consegna non sono
vincolanti. Qualunque ritardo dovuto per
causa di forze maggiori non darà luogo
all’annullamento del contratto.
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo
dell’acquirente, anche se venduto in porto
franco destino. Non si accettano contestazioni trascorsi 8 gg. dal ricevimento
della merce. Nessun reso sarà accettato
se non preventivamente autorizzato e
comunque sempre in porto franco. Per
qualsiasi controversia il Foro competente
è quello di Brescia.

only after having received by the seller
the “order conﬁrmation” duly signed the
buyer. Only at that time the order will be
executed. The above date of reciept of
order conﬁrmation is considered as the
starting date for the forwarding terms.
The delivery terms agreed between the
parties are not binding. Any delay due
to reasons/circumstances beyond the
cintrol of seller will not cause annulment
of the contract. All risks concernig the
forwarding of the goods are at buyer
account. This clause is valid also for
goods “sold free of charge”.
Any claims have to be comunicated to
the seller within 8 days from the receipt
of the goods. The return of the goods
seller must be authorized by the same,
and in any case is to be effected “free
of any expenses” for the seller. For any
claim / dispute the competent place of
jurisdiction is Brescia.
