CINEMA IMAX
The theatre is composed of: main
entrance atrium, the foyer for 320
people, two transition rooms for the
pick-up of 3D glasses and the theatre for
312 people included 5 places for disabled.
In the second floor is located the
projection room that occupies the whole
floor and above of it the office for the
theatre
management.
There were no toilets inside the building.
Restrooms shall be provided by
the theme park services.
The foyer is a structure of steel and fullheight glass that allows a splendid
view to outside day and night. In this is
space the public receives the
necessary preparation to assist the
cinema
3d
show.
We assume that during the projection a
second group of spectators should be
prepared simultaneously. The exit of the
public will through the side doors.
The theatre is proposed in reinforced
concrete structure to ensure the best
acoustics with interior wooden panels and
carpet floor.
The exterior is basically proposed in four
materials: the theatre in metal
panels, the central body in exterior
plaster, the foyer in metal and glass and
the atrium in marble flooring.

Ground level:
The ground level is composed by the main
entrance lobby with a reception on the
front, two interview rooms and the living
room area.
The central corridor
communicates the front area with the two
meeting rooms prepared to allow video
conferences. In the same central area
there are the print room and the break
area, those in central position in order to
give service to the whole floor. At the
rear side there are two conference rooms
for 50 people each; those rooms should be
connected in any time to become one 100
people room. Restrooms are located in
the front side to be used by visitors and a
second group in the rear side for the
conference rooms.
One elevator in the central part
communicates with the second floor and
emergency exit ways are
given by two stairs.

Second level:
The project proposes ten business offices,
four on the front, and two on the central
part and other four on the rear side. Like
the floor below, print room, restrooms
and break area are located on the central
part of the building. Four meeting rooms
are distributed in order to give service to
the whole floor. One big terrace two
allows break time is located on the front
side above the main entrance.

MEDINA
The food area is located nearby the seaside in front of the naval combat area and linked to the rest of the village by the main route leading the anphitheater; its surface is about 7500 m2.
It will be formed by several restaurants, service points and facilities arranged like a little traditional village with narrow roads and small square with plants and basins.
The style will be also traditional with the typical features of meadle-est architecture like wind towers and arabesque windows.
The area will be completed by site plants and a deck (720 m2) dedicated to the main restaurant overlooking the beach.
The complex will contain:
one main restaurant with a surface of 630 m2, one self service of about 720 m2 surface, one snack bar of about 80 m2, an ice cream shop of about 60 m2, two gadget shop with a surface of
70 and 87 mq respectively, an info point (36 m2), one public restroom (54 m2) for men, women and disabled, general offices ( 180 m2), a first aid point with two ambulatory ( 170 m2) and a
security offices ( 180 m2).
