WEGH Group works in the sector of design and production of precast elements and

A long experience as a result of numerous plants for precast elements realized in the world,
allowed us to design and manufacture machines and specialized equipment, developing
and proposing the Flexible Building, an innovative solution consisting of a modular
system for the production of different precast elements, which can be applied according to

operations; only few specialized workers are requested;
Fast construction: precast concrete system can shorten
the project timetable when compared with steel or other

Scheduling advantages: fabrication of precast elements
during site preparation and foundation casting in situ saves
time resulting in fast efficient construction regardless of

Tecnologia semplice: le operazioni sono semplici e
ripetitive, velocemente assimilabili e richiedono solo pochi
operai specializzati;
Costruzione rapida: i sistemi di prefabbricazione in
calcestruzzo possono ridurre i tempi di realizzazione del
progetto, se paragonati alle opere realizzate in acciaio o ad
altri sistemi;
Vantaggi di pianificazione: la realizzazione di elementi
prefabbricati durante le fasi di preparazione del sito e di
colata delle fondamenta riduce i tempi di costruzione in
modo veloce ed efficiente a prescindere dalle condizioni
meteorologiche;
Materiali e costruzione: un severo controllo qualitativo
assicura la consistenza uniforme delle componenti in fase di
produzione;
Sicurezza durante l’edificazione: la modalità di costruzione
permette di mantenere il sito in ordine; generalmente la zona
di stoccaggio non è richiesta; i manufatti sono direttamente
prelevati dal camion e posizionati nel punto finale dall’
apposita gru.

maintenance then others built using different materials;
thanks to precast technology, long lasting structures are

Flexibility: long-span precast concrete systems minimize
the need of interior columns, provide flexibility to interior
requirements and help users to adapt to to any future

High load capacity: precast also provides high load
capacity at a little added cost;
Aesthetic variety: precast concrete panels offer a wide
range of styles. Panels can be produced in a variety of colors
and finishes, providing a large range of aesthetic options;
Costs: elements repetition reduces costs. Effective pricing
costs can be more accurately estimated. The project
budgets are accurate and achievable.
Resistenza alle scosse sismiche: i componenti sono
progettati per resistere sia alle scosse sismiche di moderata
intensità evitando danni strutturali, sia alle scosse di intensità
elevata scongiurando crolli;
Resistenza al vento: le strutture prefabbricate in calcestruzzo
presentano un peso maggiore rispetto a quelle costruite
in acciaio e sono in grado di affrontare e resistere meglio ai

Flessibilità: gli edifici di grande ampiezza minimizzano
l’esigenza di predisporre colonne all’interno della struttura
dando maggior flessibilità alle esigenze interne e favoriscono gli
utilizzatori che possono adattarne l’uso ai cambiamenti e ai futuri

Elevata capacità di carico: i prefabbricati consentono
un’alta capacità di carico ad un costo aggiuntivo minimo;
Varietà estetica: i pannelli in calcestruzzo prefabbricato
offrono un’ampia gamma di stili. Possono essere prodotti in
colori e finiture differenti fornendo una vasta scelta estetica;
Costi: la ripetizione degli elementi permette un notevole
risparmio. I costi effettivi possono essere stimati più
accuratamente. I budget di progetto sono affidabili e
