Schrauben kontrolliert anziehen
Kontrollierter Schraubenanzug ist ein Muss für Betriebssicherheit und die
Langlebigkeit von Schrauben und Bolzen. Der manuelle Anzug ohne
Drehmomentkontrolle ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Je nach persönlicher
Konstitution wird die Schraubverbindung überlastet und es besteht
Bruchgefahr oder die Schraubverbindung kann sich bei einem zu geringen
Krafteintrag lösen. Regelmäßig kalibrierte Drehmomentschlüssel unterstützen
beim Schraubenanzug vorgegebene Klemmkräfte zu erreichen oder eine
Überlastung zu verhindern.

Kompetenz und Service
Als Ausdruck für unsere Kompetenz werden die bei uns eingesetzten Messgeräte und Prüfeinrichtungen durch ein durch den deutschen Kalibrierdienst
(DKD) akkreditiertes Labor ständig überwacht und bei Notwendigkeit justiert.
Die Kalibrierung erfolgt durch Vergleich mit Bezugsnormalen, die auf nationale
Normale rückführbar sind. Dies sichert unsere Kompetenz auf den Gebiet des
kontrollierten Schraubenanzuges und langfristig die Qualität unserer
Drehmomentwerkzeuge.
Drehmomentschlüssel und Drehmoment-Prüfgeräte sind Messwerkzeuge;
wie jedes Messwerkzeug müssen diese regelmäßig gepflegt und mit dafür
geeigneten Messmitteln kalibriert und bei Bedarf justiert werden.
Die Prüfintervalle sind abhängig von der Häufigkeit der Nutzung.
Unser Service umfasst kostengünstig sowohl den
normalen Werkskalibrierschein nach DIN EN ISO 6789
als auch bei Anforderung kostengünstig den
Kalibrierschein nach DKD Richtlinien.
Wir warten, kalibrieren und justieren Eigenfabrikate
innerhalb von 5 Werktagen nach Wareneingang
nach Norm DIN EN ISO 6789
inklusive Werks-Prüfzertifikat
und Prüfplakette.

The importance of torque control
Fastening a threaded fastener in a controlled manner is essential for
operational safety and the long service life of screws and bolts. Manual
fastening without any torque control is a safety risk.
Depending on personal constitution, the screwed fitting can be over-tightened
and there is the risk of breakage or the screwed fitting can become loose and
open with very low application of force.
A torque wrench that has been calibrated regularly helps to achieve the
specified fastening torques or avoids over-tightening.

Competence and service
Our competence is expressed by the measuring instruments and test
equipment used by us, which are monitored continuously and, if required,
adjusted, by a laboratory that is accredited by the DKD (German Calibration
Service). They are calibrated by comparing them with standard reference
units, which are traceable to the national standards.
This ensures our competency in the field of controlled fastening of screws and,
in the long term, the quality of our torque wrenches and equipment.
Torque wrenches and torque test instruments are measuring tools; just as any
other measuring tool, they must also be serviced regularly and calibrated with
suitable measuring instruments and, if required, adjusted. The test interval
periods depend on the frequency of use.
Our service includes the affordable requirement of both
the normal calibration certificate in accordance with
DIN EN ISO 6789 and on request, the calibration
certificate in accordance with DKD (German
Calibration Service) guidelines.
We maintain, calibrate and adjust those of our own
manufacture within 5 working days after goods are
received in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 6789
standards including the factory test certificate and the
control sticker.

Serraggio controllato
Il controllo del serraggio è un dato fondamentale per garantire sicurezza in
produzione e una lunga durata degli elementi di bloccaggio quali viti e bulloni.
L’avvitamento manuale senza controllo del carico torcente è un rischio per la
sicurezza. E’ evidente che, in un serraggio senza controllo,
la diversa costituzione fisica degli operatori darebbe luogo a differenti coppie di
torsione di viti e bulloni, provocando rotture per sovraccarico - nel caso di troppa
forza - o serraggi troppo deboli - nel caso opposto. E’ quindi necessario l’utilizzo
di chiavi dinamometriche calibrate che consentono di raggiungere la forza di
serraggio consigliata, evitando possibili sovraccarichi.

Competenza e assistenza
Per garantire la qualità totale, tutti gli strumenti di misura e i
dispositivi di prova che utilizziamo vengono controllati continuamente da laboratori accreditati DKD (Servizio di Assistenza di Calibratura Tedesco) e, in caso di
necessità, revisionati e ricalibrati La calibratura viene effettuata attenendosi alle
norme di riferimento internazionali. Tutto ciò assicura la nostra competenza nel
settore del serraggio controllato e, a lungo termine, la qualità dei
nostri strumenti dinamometrici.
Le chiavi dinamometriche e i dispositivi di calibratura sono strumenti di misura e,
in quanto tali, devono essere controllati con regolarità, calibrati con
strumenti adeguati e al bisogno riparati.
Gli intervalli di controllo dipendono dalla frequenza di utilizzo.
La nostra assistenza comprende, con un basso costo,
sia il normale attestato di calibratura secondo
DIN EN ISO 6789 così come, a richiesta e sempre
a prezzo contenuto, l’attestato di calibratura secondo
norme DKD. Offriamo assistenza, calibratura e
riparazione degli strumenti di nostra produzione
nell’arco di 5 giorni lavorativi dall’entrata merce,
secondo le norme DIN EN ISO 6789,
certificato di fabbrica e targhetta di controllo inclusi.

Schroeven gecontroleerd aanhalen
Gecontroleerd aanhalen van schroeven is een must voor de bedrijfszekerheid
en de lange levensduur van bouten en moeren. Het handmatig vastzetten zonder controle van het aanhaalmoment is een veiligheidsrisico. Afhankelijk per
persoon wordt de schroef-verbinding overbelast en bestaat de kans op afbreken, of de schroef-verbinding kan bij een te gering aanhaalmoment los raken.
Regelmatig gecalibreerde momentsleutels zijn een vertrouwd hulpmiddel
voor het bereiken van het opgegeven moment waardoor overbelasten wordt
voorkomen.

Bevoegdheid en service
Als bewijs voor onze bevoegdheid worden bij ons gebruikte meetgereedschappen en testapparatuur door een door de Duitse kalibratiedienst
(DKD) erkende instelling gecontroleerd en indien noodzakelijk geijkt.
De kalibratie vindt plaats op basis van standaarden, die tot nationale
standaarden zijn te herleiden. Dit is onze waarborg op het gebied van
gecontroleerd aanhalen van schroeven en op lange termijn de kwaliteit van
onze momentgereedschappen.
Momentsleutels en testapparatuur zijn meetgereedschappen;
en zoals alle meetapparatuur moeten deze regelmatig
worden gecontroleerd en gekalibreerd met daarvoor
bestemde meetmiddelen. De test en controle intervallen
zijn afhankelijk van gebruik en gebruiksduur.
Onze service is gebaseerd op marktconforme prijzen
voor zowel normale certificaten volgens DIN EN ISO 6789,
als voor certificaten volgens DKD richtlijnen.
Wij onderhouden, kalibreren en ijken onze eigen
producten binnen 5 werkdagen na ontvangst volgens
DIN EN ISO 6789 inclusief testcertificaat en testrapport.

Kontrolowane dokręcenie śruby to wymóg dla bezpiecznej pracy oraz trwałości
śrub i szpilek. Ręczne dokręcanie bez kontroli momentu obrotowego stanowi

Potwierdzeniem najwyższej jakości produkowanych przez nas przyrządów
pomiarowych i narzędzi kontrolnych jest ciągła kontrola i w razie konieczności
kalibracja tych narzędzi przez laboratorium akredytowane przez Niemiecki
Urząd ds. Kalibracji (DKD).
Kalibracja następuje przez porównanie z normami dokręcenia, które są zgodne
z krajowymi normami. Potwierdza to naszą kompetencję na polu
kontrolowanego dokręcania śrub oraz najwyższej jakości naszych narzędzi
dynamometrycznych.
Klucz dynamometryczny i dynamometryczny przyrząd kontrolny to narzędzia
pomiarowe; tak jak każdy przyrząd pomiarowy muszą być regularnie
konserwowane i kalibrowane przy pomocy odpowiednich środków.
Interwały serwisowe są zależne od częstotliwości użycia.

Kontrolované utahování šroubů
Kontrolované utahování šroubů je z hlediska provozní bezpečnosti a
dlouhé životnosti šroubů a čepů nutností. Manuální utahování bez
kontroly utahovacího momentu je bezpečnostním rizikem. Šroubový spoj
se může v závislosti na tělesné konstituci přetížit, čímž hrozí riziko zlomení,
případně se může v důsledku nízké vyvinuté síly uvolnit. Pravidelně kalibrované
momentové klíče podporují při utahování šroubů dosažení předepsané upínací
síly, případně brání přetížení.

s národními standardy. To zajišťuje naši kompetenci v oblasti kontrolovaného
utahování šroubů a dlouhodobou kvalitu našeho momentového nářadí.
Momentové klíče a zkoušečky utahovacího momentu jsou měřicí nástroje;
jako každý měřicí nástroj musejí být pravidelně udržovány, kalibrovány měřidly,
které jsou k tomu vhodné, a v případě potřeby seřízeny.
Intervaly kontrol se odvíjejí od četnosti použití.
