Il contenitore Thermo è fornibile completo di manopola. Grande attenzione è stata data
durante la progettazione all’ estetica e alla funzionalità del prodotto. La manopola è
infatti stata realizzata al fine di creare il montaggio dalla parte interna del contenitore.
Questo fatto, oltre a migliorare l’estetica, permette una ritenuta della manopola
evitando la sua perdita nel momento in cui il prodotto è installato. Il montaggio del
circuito stampato avviene sul contenitore. Questo fatto permette la rapida sostituzione
dei dispositivi in caso di necessità e facilita il montaggio/smontaggio del contenitore.
La base è stata progettata per garantire il montaggio a muro o su scatola di derivazione
da 55mm (standard internazionale) o tipo 503 (standard italiano).
The Thermo enclosure is available complete with handle. During its design great
attention has been given to the aesthetic design and to the product practicality. The
handle has been created to allow an inside mounting of the enclosure. As well as
improving the aesthetic, this allows a stronger fitting of the handle avoiding its loss
while the product is being installed. The pcbs are mounted on the enclosure allowing
a rapid substitution of the devices when needed and facilitating the
assembling/disassembling of the enclosure. The base has been designed to allow wall
mounting assembly or the mounting on a standard enclosure of 55mm (international
standard) or of type 503 (Italian standard).

Home Automation, della Building Automation e della HVAC (Heating Ventilation and
Air Conditioning). Il prodotto è fornibile in versione standard nelle dimensioni 80x80 e
120x80. Sono inoltre disponibili le versioni complete di manopola. Al fine di permettere
al Cliente l’accesso a un prodotto con estetica esclusiva, l’Italtronic ha realizzato lo
stampo in modo da rendere possibili delle personalizzazioni del coperchio del Thermo
con un contributo stampo contenuto. Oltre al coperchio, è personalizzabile anche la
manopola. Con questa opzione, il Cliente è in grado di presentarsi sul mercato con una
linea riconoscibile abbattendo drasticamente gli investimenti in stampi.
The Thermo range of enclosures has been developed in the order to offer Customers
a modern and refined design for wall mounting applications. This range is well suited
for the Home and Building Industry as well as HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air
Conditioning). The product can be supplied in the standard versions with dimensions
of 80x80 and 120x80. There are versions available complete with handle. In order
to grant the Customer the possibility to have a product with an exclusive aesthetics,
Italtronic has developed the mould so it will allow cover customisation with a mould
contribution. As well as the cover, even the handle can be customised. With this
option, the Customers can introduce themselves in the market with a recognisable
range decreasing the moulds requirements.

Italtronic allarga la propria offerta di prodotti per il segmento della Building
Automation proponendo per il mercato italiano il contenitore plastico CBox Italia. Il
prodotto sviluppato rappresenta la nuova soluzione ad incasso per scatole di
derivazione 503 : una soluzione che permette ai costruttori di elettronica di creare
e di proteggere il proprio controllo domotico in un contenitore chiuso, semplice e
pratico e di poterlo montare sulle placche di maggiore diffusione nel mercato
italiano della Building Automation. Cbox Italia è composto da un corpo contenitore
con frontale integrato e da un coperchio di chiusura posteriore disponibile sia nella
versione completamente chiusa, sia nella versione con un’apertura fratturabile. La
peculiarità dello stampo permette la personalizzazione della parte frontale con un
contributo stampo contenuto: la realizzazione del prodotto finale direttamente dalla
fase di stampaggio si traduce in un vantaggio in termini di costi abbattendo
l’incidenza delle lavorazioni meccaniche sulle produzione di grosse quantità. Per
essere adattabile alle placche maggiormente diffuse il prodotto nasce in più versioni
ognuna delle quali con la predisposizione per poter montare un circuito stampato
verticale e tre circuiti stampati orizzontali. Il dispositivo domotico che il Cliente crea
rimane comunque per dimensioni e ingombri interscambiabile nelle varie versioni
proposte da Italtronic.
Italtronic is increasing its range of products for the Building Automation Industry
by introducing the new CBOX Italia plastic enclosure into the Italian market. This
product is a new solution for the wall mounting 503 brunch enclosures. This
solution allows electronic manufacturers to create and protect their own domestic
control in a closed, simple and practical enclosure and allows the possibility to
mount it on the most common plates in the Italian Market of Building Automation.
The Cbox Italia enclosure is composed of a body enclosure with an integrated front
panel and a closing rear cover which is available in two versions: a fully closed rear
cover or a breakable opening rear cover. The front panel can be customized as the
mould tool has been carefully considered resulting in a limited mould cost
contribution from the Customer. The production of the final product directly from
the mould becomes an advantage against the costs thanks to a reduction in
machining costs for large production quantities. The CBOX Italia enclosure is
produced in several versions allowing adaptation to the more common plates; on
every version it is possible to fit a vertical pcb and three horizontal pcbs. However,
the domestic device the Customer designs is interchangeable within the different
versions offered by Italtronic thanks to its dimensions.

Italtronic è lieta di presentare sul mercato il nuovo prodotto CBOX EURO INT. Si tratta
di un contenitore per l’elettronica appositamente sviluppato per il segmento di
mercato della Building Automation. L’applicazione tipica è quella dell’elettronica
montata all’interno delle scatole di derivazione con standard europeo da 55 mm di
diametro. Il prodotto è disponibile nelle due versioni, in grigio chiaro e grigio scuro
al fine di permettere la differenziazione visiva tra l’applicazione di attivazione o di
interfaccia. Il contenitore è stato progettato per mettere a disposizione del progettista
elettronico 8 morsetti passo 5,08/5,00 mm che si presentano con dei fori preincisi
fratturabili in caso di necessità. Tipiche applicazioni del prodotto sono i dimmer o
sistemi di controllo wireless per la gestione degli edifici o delle case. Il presente
prodotto va a completare la ricca offerta di prodotti per la Building Automation che
l’Italtronic ha sviluppato a partire dal MODULBOX / MODULBOX XT, dal JUMPBUS
(sistema per lo sviluppo di bus di campo per il Modulbox) al THERMO 80-120.
Italtronic is pleased to introduce the new product CBOX EURO INT in the market. It is
an enclosure for electronics specially designed/developed for the Building Automation
market. Its main application is aimed towards the electronics fitted inside the
European standard brunch enclosure with a 55 mm diameter. The product is
available into two colours; light grey and dark grey which allows a visible
differentiation between the starting application and the interface. The enclosure has
been designed to grant the electronic designer space for 8 terminal blocks with a
pitch of 5,08/5,00 mm with breakable hole covers available. Applications for this
product include dimmers or wireless control systems for buildings or houses. This
product completes the rich offer of products for the Building Automation that Italtronic

MODULBOX dispone dello spazio necessario su entrambi i lati del contenitore per il
raddoppio del numero di contatti. Il JumpBUS è utilizzabile su tutti i contenitori della
famiglia MODULBOX 53. L’offerta Italtronic comprende sia il ponte JumpBUS, sia la
presa da saldare sul circuito stampato. Il montaggio del JumpBUS, fatto in modo
coerente ai disegni forniti, permette di connettere il vostro dispositivo ad altri
dispositivi presenti sul mercato utilizzanti lo stesso sistema di connessione. Questo
fatto permette al vostro prodotto di potere essere utilizzato come componente in
sistemi complessi senza alcuna ulteriore modifica nell’ Hardware.
In the Building Automation industry, the use of BUS field for connecting different
intercommunicating devices is becoming more and more used. Italtronic now offers a
simple and efficient system to give their Customers the possibility to have efficient
intercommunicating systems. In fact, the JumpBUS product is a contact-bridge of 6
separated connectors which can be combined with the MODULBOX enclosures range
commonly in the Building Automation market. The product is compatible with the
main BUS fields. In the case that more contacts are required, the MODULBOX
enclosure has the necessary space on both sides to double the number of contacts.
The JumpBUS product is compatible with all the enclosures in the MODULBOX 53
family. Italtronic offers either the JumpBUS connection or the pins soldered on the
pcb.The assembling of the JumpBUS can be done using the supplied drawings,
allowing the connection of your device to other devices within the market which use
the same connection system. In this way your product can be used as a component
in complex systems without any further change in the Hardware.
