TILEPEDIA
La parola “ceramica” deriva dalla parola greca
KERAMOS che significa “creta o terracotta”. Le
piastrelle di ceramica ricoprono un posto unico
nella storia. Infatti possono essere annoverate
a buon diritto come il primo prodotto ad uso
domestico ad associare l’aspetto funzionale e
decorativo (fonte: www.laceramicaitaliana.it). E
una delle prime piastrelle ad essere prodotta è
stata la piastrella “sale e pepe”, un materiale
tecnico con una nobile storia alle spalle,
che, oggi, acquistando nuove magnitudini in
formati 80x80, 40x80, 40x40 in gres porcellanato
rettificato colorato a massa, diventa l’ingrediente
principale, la “base” su cui prende vita il
programma “CUSTOM - MADE” di ORNAMENTA®.
The word “ceramics” comes from the Greek word
KERAMOS which means “clay or terra cotta”.
Ceramic tiles hold a unique place in history.
It can rightly be counted as the first domestic
product to associate the functional and decorative

And one of the first tile to be produced was the
tile “salt and pepper”, a technical material with a
noble history behind it, which, today, with the new
magnitudes in sizes 80x80, 40x80, 40x40 rectified
gres porcelain colored in body, it becomes the
main ingredient, the “basis” on which the program
“CUSTOM - MADE” of ORNAMENTA® comes to life.

I pattern del programma Custom - Made sono
realizzati mediante passaggi di colore con
l’utilizzo di schermi serigrafici opportunamente
concepiti per coniugare un set up dinamico e
una stesura perfetta dello smalto colorato sul
prodotto, scegliendo tra le 33 varianti previste
nella tavolozza colori.
Custom - Made patterns are realized through the
use of print screens suitably designed to combine
a dynamic set up and a perfect drafting of the
coloured glazed on the product, by choosing
between the 33 variants belonging to the colour
table.

Ultracolor Plus
Le fughe cemetizie Ultracolor Plus, sono particolarmente idonee ad un utilizzo
residenziale come ad esempio in bagni, cucine, piscine, facciate esterne, balconi e
terrazze, ad un utilizzo in ambiente commerciale, come la stuccatura di piastrelle in
supermercati, ristoranti, aereoporti e locali pubblici, ma anche nelle pavimentazioni di
ambienti commerciali.
The cementitious grouts Ultracolor Plus are particularly suitable for residential use such
as bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, external façades, balconies and terraces, for
commercial environments such as grouting tiles in supermarkets, restaurants, airports and
public buildings and for floors in industrial environments.

Gamma Kerapoxy
Grazie alle loro caratteristiche tecniche, la gamma di riempitivi per fughe epossidiche è
particolarmente indicata quando sono richiesti particolari requisiti di igienicità e resistenza
agli aggressivi chimici. Sono pertanto utilizzate sia in ambienti residenziali e commerciali,
garantendo insieme ai dati prestazionali anche un elevato valore estetico ed assorbimento
nullo, sia in tutti gli ambienti industriali, dove sono richieste altissime resistenze chimiche
e meccaniche, nonché resistenza agli acidi e agli idrocarburi, come ad esempio nelle
pavimentazioni di industrie alimentari (salumifici, oleifici, ecc.).
Thanks to their technical characteristics, the range of grouting materials for epoxy joints is
particularly suitable when particular requirements for hygiene and resistance to aggressive
chemicals are required. They are used, therefore, in residential and commercial environments
to guarantee a highly attractive and decorative finish along with their good performance
figures, and in all industrial environments where very high resistance to chemicals and high
strength are required, together with resistance to acids and hydrocarbons, such as for floors
in the foodstuffs industries (meat factories, oil mills, etc.)
