In Italia vengono consumati ogni
anno in media 270 litri pro-capite di

180 bottiglie da 1,5 litri.
L’impatto ambientale è pari al
consumo di 22 litri di petrolio e 108 litri
d’acqua (utilizzati per la produzione e
il trasporto), oltre all’emissione di 23
kg di CO2 !

Microfiltration
La microfiltrazione è un processo di
filtrazione che rimuove le particelle
solide da un fluido facendolo
passare attraverso una membrana
microporosa. Alla microfiltrazione
dell’acqua, a volte, si aggiungono
scaglie di rame o argento microforate
- essendo tali metalli antibatterici
naturali - e si antepone un processo
di prefiltrazione articolata, basato
sull’uso di principi attivi naturali
(carboni attivi vegetali) capaci
di raccogliere e trattenere a
lungo sedimenti, cloro ed altre
sostanze inquinanti. ASSET utilizza
esclusivamente Filtri certificati dal
Ministero della Sanità Italiana.
Microfiltration is a filtration process
that removes solid particles from a
fluid that is then conveyed through a
microporous membrane. Copper or
silver scales with microscopic holes
are sometimes added during the
water microfiltration process since
they are natural antibacterial metals.
They are added prior to a complex
prefiltration process during which
natural active principles (activated
vegetable charcoal) capture and
retain sediments, chlorine and
other polluting substances over an
extended period of time. ASSET uses
only filters certified by the Italian
Ministry of Health.

ASSET utilizza la Tecnologia UV
che sfrutta la capacità dei raggi
ultravioletti di bloccare la riproduzione
del DNA, distruggendo quindi ogni
forma di vita. L’acqua viene fatta
scorrere in una apposita camera e
irradiata con una dose sufficiente di
raggi ultravioletti.
Asset takes full advantage of the
special characteristics of ultraviolet
rays that block DNA reproduction
and therefore destroy all forms of
life. Water is conveyed into a special
chamber where it is irradiated with
the correct dosage of UV.

Uno dei risultati più fermi dell’analisi
economica è il nesso che corre tra gli
investimenti in ricerca e innovazione
di un’economia e la sua capacità
di accrescere il livello di benessere
nel tempo. L’Italia spende in R&S
una cifra pari ad appena l’1,1% del
suo Pil, uno dei valori più bassi tra
le economie avanzate. ASSET ha
investito mediamente negli ultimi 5
anni il 9,7% , triplicando i volumi del
fatturato.
One of the most important results of an
economic analysis is the relationship
between an economy’s investments
in research and innovation and its
ability to increase wellbeing over
time. Italy spends just 1.1% of
its GDP on research, one of the
lowest percentages among modern
economies. Over the last 5 years
ASSET has invested an average of

Sanificazione a ozono
Una
delle
problematiche
più
difficoltose da risolvere - relativa alla
proliferazione  della carica batterica
all’interno degli erogatori - è il ristagno
dell’acqua all’interno del circuito.
Dopo ogni singola erogazione
d’acqua, una piccola quantità rimane
imprigionata all’interno dell’ugello
(nozzle) punto di erogazione.
E’ teoricamente possibile che
l’utilizzatore possa non adoperare
l’erogatore anche per alcuni giorni
(es. durante le ferie o durante il fine
settimana) e l’acqua che si trova
nell’ugello (nozzle) a contatto con
l’ambiente possa divenire sgradevole.
Per risolvere questo problema la
Asset ha inventato O3 TECH ™ Ozone Nozzle Sanification.
Tale rivoluzionaria tecnologia consiste
nello svuotare completamente - dopo
ogni singola erogazione d’acqua - sia
le elettrovalvole che il circuito che
le collega al punto di erogazione;
quindi la parte terminale del circuito
di erogazione viene sanificato
utilizzando
l’Ozono,
prodotto
all’interno dell’erogatore stesso. In
caso di inutilizzo dell’erogatore, viene
comunque effettuato un ciclo di
sanificazione periodico.
In questo modo si ottiene la drastica
riduzione della carica batterica
sviluppatasi sull’ugello (nozzle).
O3 TECH
Ozone Nozzle Sanification
One of the most difficult problems
to solve - relative to bacterial load
proliferation inside water dispensersis water stagnation inside the circuit.
A small amount of water remains
trapped inside the nozzle delivery
point after each dispensing operation.
Theoretically, it is possible that the
user might not use the dispenser for
several days (e.g. during holidays
or weekends) and that the water
in the nozzle, which comes in
contact with the environment, may
become unpleasant. To solve this
problem, Asset invented O3 TECH
™ - Ozone Nozzle Sanification. With
this revolutionary technology the
electromagnetic valves and the circuit
that connects them to the point of
delivery are completely emptied after
each water dispensing operation.
Then, the last section of the supply
circuit is sanitized using ozone, which
is produced inside the dispenser.
If the dispenser is not used,
sanification is still carried outon a
periodic basis. This significantly
reduces any bacterial load that may
have developed in the nozzle.

Elettrovalvole antibatteriche
Le elettrovalvole vengono inserite
direttamente
all’interno
della
testata del gasatore, senza che vi
siano inutili tubi o raccordi che ne
peggiorerebbero sia il rendimento
che il rischio di proliferazione della
carica batterica. In questo modo
la bassa temperatura presente
all’interno della testata del gasatore
viene trasferita per conduzione
termica alle elettrovalvole; la bassa
temperatura presente all’interno
delle elettrovalvole riduce quindi
sensibilmente la possibilità della
proliferazione della carica batterica
all’interno del circuito stesso,
garantendone l’assoluta igienicità.
Questa soluzione riduce inoltre
sensibilmente il contenuto d’acqua
all’interno  del circuito idraulico
dell’erogatore.
Nella mescola del polimero utilizzato
da Asset per stampare sia la
testata del gasatore che il blocco
elettrovalvole viene inoltre aggiunto
un abbattitore di carica batterica
(batteriostatico) - prodotto della
BASF - per ottimizzarne e migliorarne
il rendimento.

Anti Bacterial Cooled Valves
The electromagnetic valves are
inserted directly into the head of the
carbonator, without having to use
pipes or connectors that would only
reduce productivity and increase the
risk of bacterial load proliferation.
Thermal conduction transfers the low
temperature inside the carbonator
head to the electromagnetic valves:
therefore, the low temperature
inside the electromagnetic valves
significantly reduces the risk of
bacterial load proliferation in the
circuit, providing absolutely hygienic
conditions.
This solution also significantly
reduces the water content inside the
dispenser hydraulic circuit.
To optimize and improve performance
Asset also adds a bacterial load
inhibitor (bacteriostatic agent) produced by BASF - to the polymer
mixture used to mould the carbonator
head and the electromagnetic valve
block.

(Linguaggio, nome del Distributore,
Telefono del Centro Asssitenza, etc
etc).
Scopo
primario
del
software
installato sul microprocessore è
quello di mantenere costantemente
sotto controllo il filtro, informando
l’utilizzatore sull’approssimarsi della
data di scadenza (30 giorni prima
o in prossimità del raggiungimento
del volume massimo filtrabile) e
bloccando definitivamente l’erogatore
in caso questo non venga sostituito
entro la data richiesta o la quantità di
litri erogati; in tale modo, si previene
l’utilizzo scorretto dell’erogatore
stesso e si garantisce sempre
l’erogazione di acqua perfettamente
depurata.
Il
software
controlla
inoltre
costantemente i parametri “vitali di
funzionamento” dell’erogatore ed
avvisa l’utilizzatore - tramite allarmi
sia visivi che sonori - dell’eventuale
problematica verificatasi.
Chip Card Filter Life Control
All Asset dispensers are equipped
with a slot for a Chip Card which can
be used to program and customize
different functions (language, name
of distributor, Customer Service
phone number, etc.).
The main function of the software
installed on the microprocessor is to
constantly monitor the filter, notifying
the user of an approaching expiration
date (30 days before or close to
reaching the maximum filterable
volume) and preventing the dispenser
from operating if the filter has not
been replaced before the required
date or the maximum number of litres
has been delivered. This prevents the
dispenser from being used incorrectly
and always ensures a supply of
perfectly purified water.
The software also constantly monitors
the dispenser’s “optimum condition”
parameters and warns the user through visual and audio alarms - if
any problems occur.

Touchscreen igenicamente avanzato
Nei locali pubblici, negli uffici o nelle
scuole, l’erogatore viene utilizzato
frequentemente da molte persone
che condividono il contatto con il
classico “pulsante” di erogazione.
Nell’interstizio
presente
fra
il
classico “pulsate” e la superficie
dell’erogatore stesso, si crea un
residuo di sporcizia che diviene
terreno ideale per la proliferazione
di batteri e funghi. Per eliminare
completamente questo spiacevole e
pericoloso inconveniente, Asset ha
progettato l’AHT - Advanced Hygienic
Touchscreen. Composto da una
tastiera piana, liscia e completamente
touchscreen, l’AHT non ha interstizi
“pericolosi” ed è  quindi semplice da
pulire e garantisce un’assoluta igiene.
Advanced Hygienic Touchscreen
In public places, offices and schools,
the dispenser is used frequently by a
lot of people who are always touching
the classic dispenser “push-button”.
The dirt residue that may build up
in the space between the classic
“push-button” and the surface of the
dispenser can become fertile ground
for proliferating bacteria and fungi.
To eliminate this unpleasant and
dangerous situation, Asset designed
the AHT – Advanced Hygienic
Touchscreen. Consisting of a flat
and smooth touchscreen keyboard,
the AHT has no “vulnerable” spaces:
that means it is easy to clean and
guarantees
absolutely
hygienic
conditions.

Colors of the Water
Il raccordo fra i tubi viene realizzato
utilizzando raccordi progettati e
prodotti da Asset. Ogni tipologia
di acqua all’interno del circuito
idraulico viene inoltre identificata
dal colore della ghiera del raccordo.
Tale accorgimento favorisce il
personale tecnico nella gestione della
manutenzione dell’erogatore.
Pipes are connected using fittings
designed and manufactured by Asset.
Each kind of water in the hydraulic
circuit is also identified by the colour
of the ring fitting. This colour code
helps the technical staff carry out
maintenance on the dispenser.
I raccordi agganciano il tubo
all’interno - e non all’esterno garantendo così sia una migliore
tenuta che una riduzione della
possibilità di aumento della carica
batterica, dato che la superficie
esposta al contagio rimane all’interno
del raccordo stesso, protetta dall’aria,
e non è quindi esposta agli eventuali
agenti contaminanti presenti nell’aria.
Si riducono contemporaneamente
gli interstizi presenti nel circuito
idraulico. La bontà dell’acqua erogata
dagli erogatori Asset è garantita da
questo innovativo sistema che - con
il suo speciale circuito idraulico garantisce il costante ricambio di
acqua all’interno del circuito stesso
anche nel caso  venga erogata
un’unica tipologia di acqua (es. acqua
gassata).
The fittings are hooked up to the
pipe internally - not externally - thus
creating a better seal that reduces
the risk of increasing the bacterial
load since the area exposed to
contamination remains inside the
fitting itself and is not exposed to
airborne contaminating agents.
This also reduces the number of open
spaces in the hydraulic system.
The water supplied by the Asset
dispenser will always taste good
thanks to this innovative system:
equipped with a special hydraulic
circuit, the system constantly
replenishes the water inside the
circuit, even if only one type of water
is supplied (e.g. sparkling water).
