ICESTONE è un composto di materiali naturali, quali
i ciottoli (naturali e/o prelavorati di marmo, pietra etc.)
e resine sintetiche che hanno subito un processo di
polimerizzazione: ciò conferisce al materiale un grado
di durezza sufficiente per essere considerato, per applicazioni e tecniche di lavorazione, come un qualsiasi
materiale lapideo conosciuto.
Una particolare lucidatura con cere idrorepellenti protegge altresì la componente naturale da agenti (naturali e non) che potrebbero venire a contatto con essa.
Per mantenere la superficie e la brillantezza originali
può essere ripetuto, anche con procedimento manuale, detto processo con panno morbido e cere per il
marmo.
Qualora il materiale si deteriorasse (esteticamente) a
causa di uno degli eventi esogeni sopra descritti potrà
essere rigenerato utilizzando delle spazzole di scotchbrite ( grana VVfine e/o U fine) per poi ricorrere al
procedimento di lucidatura con cere e panno morbido
sopra descritto.
L’ICESTONE, data l’elevata qualità delle componenti
sintetiche atte a garantire nel tempo la trasparenza e
la brillantezza, mal tollera l’esposizione diretta ai raggi
UVA e UVB (potrebbe verificarsi un’alterazione della
colorazione della resina) e gli ambienti che in cui la
temperatura possa, per lunghi periodi, essere superiore ai 45/50 ° C, dato che il fattore di dilatazione termica
non è totalmente trascurabile.
Per questo motivo per la posa dell’ ICESTONE su
superfici prelivellate dovrebbe essere effettuata prediligendo collanti elastici quali MAPEI KERALASTIC,
KERAKOLL MARMOREX o simili;
Per la posa del materiale sotto forma di mattonelle
e/o boiserie-listelli si consiglia di utilizzare per le fughe
stucco da piastrelle del tipo MAPEI ULTRACOLOR,
KERAKOLL FUGABELLA o simili. E’ chiaro che la colorazione di questi ultimi deve essere funzione della
colorazione naturale dei ciottoli o delle resine
La pulizia delle piastrelle dopo la posa deve essere
effettuata mediante l’utilizzo di detergenti non acidi.
ICESTONE is a composite made of natural materials,
pebbles of stone (natural or processed from marble or
other natural stones) and synthetic resins subjected
to a polymerization process, making the material tough enough to be accepted, from the technical point of
view, as any other known material made from stone.
The protection of the natural component against agents
(natural or not) that could come in touch with it is obtained by polishing the surface with a special water repellent wax. In order to maintain the initial brightness
on the surface, the process can be repeated with a soft
cloth and the special wax for marbles.
In case the material is damaged (from an aesthetical
point of view) because of some external events described above, it can be regenerated using a scotch-brite
brush (with VV fine granulation and/or U fine) followed
by the mentioned process with a soft cloth
ICESTONE, due to the high quality of the synthetic
components guaranteeing a longlasting transparency
and brightness, may encounter problems in case of direct exposure to UVA and UVB rays (the resins can
modify their color) and to environments with temperatures higher that 45/50 C for long period of time because of the thermo dilatation factor.
This is why ,the fixing of ICESTONE on straight surfaces has to be done using flexible adhesive as MAPEI,
KERALSTIC, KERAKOLL MARMOREX or similar;
When laying materials such as tiles and/or borders
we recommend to employ for the joints grout as MAPEI
ULTRACOLOR, KERAKOLL FUGABELLA or similar. It
is implied that this will be dyed with a color matching
the one of the stones or of the synthetic resins being
used.
The maintenance and the cleaning of the material after
layng will be made with non-acid detergents.
Consigli e osservazioni:
Evitare pertanto di utilizzare prodotti anticalcare per la
pulizia quotidiana.
La superficie in resina non è assolutamente attaccabile da prodotti di natura organica come limone, aceto,
caffè, olio; la speciale lucidatura e il trattamento con
cere riducono quasi totalmente il rischio di aggressioni
anche sulla superficie di marmo; questo fattore dipende sostanzialmente dalla tipologia di materiale di cui
Icestone è composto. Detergendo rapidamente con
panno umido la superficie interessata si riduce a zero
tale rischio.
Il materiale è resistente (UNI 10545-13):
ai prodotti di uso domestico (non contenenti HF); evitare il contatto di solventi (acetone-diluenti-etc).
Recommendations and observations:
Avoid using descaling products for the daily cleaning.
The resin surface is not attacked by organic products
like lemon, vinegar, coffee, oil; the finishing and the treatment with the mentioned wax is reducing nearly to
zero the risk of their action even on the marble surface;
this aspect depends mostly on the type of pebbles your
Icestone is composed of. Quickly wiping the surface
with a moist cloth reduces these risks to zero.
The material (UNI 10545) is resistant to:
Products used for the domestic use (that do not contain HF); avoid the contact with solvents (acetone,
diluents a.s.o.).
ICESTONE ist eine Komposition aus natürlichen Materialien, bzw. Feinschotter (natürlicher und/ oder aus verarbeitetem Marmor oder anderen Steinen) und Kunstharzen welche durch die Phase einer Polymerisierung
hindurchgehen. Diese gibt dem Material eine genügend
gute Härte, damit es aus technischer Sicht, wie alle anderen bekannten Materialien als Fliese angesehen werden kann.
Der Schutz der natürlichen Komponente vor Einflüssen
(natürlichen oder auch nicht) welche in Kontakt mit ihm
kommen könnten, geschieht durch das Schleifen der
Oberfläche mit einem Wachs das vor Wasser schützt.
Für die Beibehaltung des anfänglichen Glanzes der
Oberfläche, kann das Verfahren wiederholt werden,
auch per Hand, und zwar mit einem weichen Tuch und
einem für Marmor geeigneten Wachs.
Sollte das Material auf der Oberfläche infolge äußerer
Einflüsse einen Schaden erleiden (aus ästhetischen
Gründen), kann es mit Hilfe eines Scotch-britt abgebürstet werden (mit feiner VV Körnung und/oder U feiner
Körnung) und nach dem zuvor beschriebenen Verfahren
mit einem weichen Tuch und Marmorwachs weiter behandelt werden.
ICESTONE garantiert dank der hohen Qualität der synthetischen Komponente die Dauerhaftigkeit der Transparenz und des Glanzes. Es erträgt schwer die direkte
Aussetzung/Einwirkung von UVA - und UVB- Strahlen
(es können Schäden an der Farbe des Harzes auftreten)
Wenn das Material für längere Zeit einer Temperatur
von 45/50°C und mehr ausgesetzt wird , kann sich auch
der Ausdehnungsfaktor verändern.
Aus diesem Grund, soll die Montage von ICESTONE auf
ebene Flächen mit elastischen Klebemitteln ausgeführt
werden, wie z.B. MAPEI KERAPLASTIC, KERAKOLL
MAROREX oder ähnlichen Materialen.
Für die Verfugung der Fliesen wird folgendes Fugmaterial vorgeschlagen : Fabrikat MAPEI ULTRACOLOR,
KERACOLL FUGABELLA oder gleichwertig. Es versteht
sich von selbst, dass sie eine passende Farbe zu den
Steinen Harzen verwenden sollten.
Die Pflege und die Reinigung des Materials nach der
Montage soll mit Hilfe von Waschmitteln ( ph neutral)
erfolgen.

Das Verhüten der Verwendung der Antikalk –Produkte
für die normale Reinigung.
Die Oberfläche aus Harz wird nicht von organischen
Produkten angegriffen wie z.B. Zitrone, Essig, Kaffee, Öl;
Das Schleifen und die besondere Behandlung mit Wachsen , verkleinern fast bis zum Nullpunkt das Risiko
der Aggression sogar auf der Marmoroberfläche; dies
hängt im Besonderen von der Typologie des Materials
aus dem der Icestone besteht ab. Falls man die Oberfläche schnell mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischt sinkt
das Risiko auf Null.
ICESTONE est une composition de matériels naturels,
dont les galets (naturels et/ou pré travaillés de marbre,
pierre etc.) et résine synthétique qui ont subit un processus de polimérisation : ce qui confère au matériel
un dégré de dureté suffisant pour etre considéré , pour
des applications et techniques de travail,comme m’importe quel matériel de pierre connu.
Un polissage particulier avec des cires hydrofuges
protège aussi la composante naturelle des agents
(naturels ou non ) qui pourraient se mettre en contact
avec elle. Pour maintenir la surface et l’éclat originaux
on peut aussi rèpeter avec un procédé manuel, ledit
processus avec un chiffon moelleux et de cires si le
marbre le matériel se détériorerait (esthétiquement) à
cause d’un des évènements exogènes décrits ci dessus il pourra être régénérée en utilisant des brosses
de scotchbrite
(graine VVfine et/ou U fines) pour ensuite recourir à
la procédure de cirage avec des cires et de la crème
souple décrit ci-dessus.
L’ ICESTONE vue la qualité elevée des composantes
synthétiques aptes à garantir dans le temps la transparence et l’éclat, éviter l’exposition directe aux rayons
UVA et UVB (pourrait se vérifier une altération de la
coloration de la résine) et les milieux dans lesquels la
température puisse, pour des longues périodes, être
supérieur à 45/50 ° C, vu que le facteur de dilatation
thermique n’est pas totalement négligeable
pour cette raison la pose de l’ICESTONE sur des surfaces prenivellées devrait être effectué privilégiant des
adhésifs èlastiques tels que MAPEI KERALASTIC,
KERAKOLL MARMOREX ou semblables ;
Pour la pose du matériel sous forme de carreaux et/ou
boiserie - listels il est conseillé d’utiliser pour les joints
de carreaux du type des MAPEI ULTRACOLOR, KERAKOLL FUGABELLA ou semblable. . Il est clair que
la coloration de ceux derniers doit être fonction de la
coloration naturelle des galets ou des résines
le nettoyage des carreaux après la pose doit être effectué au moyen des détergents non acides
Conseils et observations
Éviter par conséquent d’utiliser des produits antifouler
pour le nettoyage quotidien.
La superficie en résine n’est pas absoluement attaquable par des produits de nature organique comme
citron, vinaigre, café, huile ; le cirage spécial et le traitement avec des cires réduisent presque totalement le
risque d’agressions même sur la superficie de marbre
; ce facteur dépend substantiellement de la tipologia
de matériel dont Icestone est composé. En détergeant rapidement avec un chiffon humide la superficie
intéressée, ces risques se rèduisent a zero.

Lösungsmitteln (Azeton, -Lösungsmitteln, usw.).
