Wolle und dem aufwendigen Herstellungsprozess.
CAMATO loden rugs are made of 100 % wool from New
Zealand. The excellent quality of these rugs is to be attributed to careful selection of the wool as well as to an elaborate manufacturing process.
Die Wolle wird in einer Reihe von Bearbeitungsschritten
zu Loden: Spinnen, Weben, Färben, Waschen, Schleudern,
Aufrauen, Trocknen, Walken und Scheren. Der Loden wird
auf eine fertige Breite von ca. 170 cm gewebt.
Loden is produced from wool by means of a number of
steps: spinning, weaving, dyeing, washing, spin-drying,
napping, drying, fulling and shearing.
The loden fabric is woven to a finished width of approx.
170 cm.
Da es sich hierbei um ein Naturprodukt handelt, gilt es folgende allgemeine Punkte zu beachten:
GröSSentoleranz:
Durch Temperaturschwankungen sowie sich verändernder
Luftfeuchte während des Produktionsprozesses kann der
Teppich ca. +/- 3 % von der bestellten Größe abweichen.
Farben:
Die CAMATO-Lodenteppiche können aus einer umfangreichen Farbskala ausgewählt werden – siehe Muster der
Musterbox.
Verarbeitung:
Die CAMATO-Lodenteppiche werden in Manufaktur hergestellt. Bei fast allen Artikel aus der Loden-Teppich-Serie
kann zwischen 2 Material-Varianten gewählt werden:
a) 2 Lagen Loden b) Loden & Filz
Pflege:
As loden is a natural product, it is useful to note the following general points:
Size tolerance:
Due to changes in temperature and humidity during the
production process, the rug can vary in size by approx.
+/- 3 % from the dimensions ordered.
Colours:
CAMATO loden rugs may be selected in a wide array of
colours. Please refer to the loden-samples in the samplebox for all available colours.
Processing:
CAMATO loden rugs are manufactured products. For
almost of the articles in the loden rug series, you may
choose from two kinds of fabric:
a) 2 layers of loden b) Loden & felt
Die tägliche Pflege erfolgt mit einem haushaltsüblichen
Staubsauger ohne Bürsten.
Flüssigkeiten sollten umgehend mit einem Papiertuch
oder einem saugfähigen Lappen aufgesaugt werden.
Zur Fleckenbehandlung ein helles, nicht färbendes
Baumwolltuch verwenden.
Kleinere Verunreinigungen lassen sich mit einer milden
Wasser-Seifen Lösung beseitigen.
Anschließend mit einem sauberen Papiertuch trocken
tupfen.
Bei Fettflecken ist ein Lösungsmittel z.B. Trichloraethylen
(im Handel erhältlich) zu verwenden.
Care:
Die Grundreinigung erfolgt durch eine Chemische
Teppichreinigung mit Rückfettung.
Achtung: keine Hand- oder Maschinenwäsche!
Basic cleaning is done using a chemical carpet cleaner
that leaves behind a protective grease residue.
Note: Not hand- or machine-washable!
Legefalten bzw. Wellen können durch Dämpfen mit einem
Bügeleisen unter Verwendung eines feuchten, nicht färbenden Baumwolltuches geglättet werden.
Folds or buckles can be smoothed out by steaming with an
iron by using a moist, non-discolouring cotton cloth.
Lieferzeit:
All rugs are manufactured on order.
Orders are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks.
Sämtliche Teppiche werden nach Auftrag gefertigt.
Die Lieferzeit beträgt ca. 4 – 6 Wochen.
Daily cleaning is done using a common household vacuum
cleaner without brushes.
Any liquids should be absorbed from the rug immediately
using a paper towel or an absorbent cloth.
When removing spots, use a light-coloured,
non-discolouring cotton cloth.
Minor stains may be removed with the aid of a mild water
and soap solution.
Afterwards, dab dry the fabric with a clean paper towel.
Use a solvent, e.g. trichloroethylene (available commercially), to treat grease spots.
Delivery time:
I tappeti in Loden CAMATO sono prodotti al 100% con lana
vergine proveniente dalla Nuova Zelanda. L’eccezionale
qualità dei tappeti trae origine dalla lana accuratamente
selezionata e l’elaborato procedimento di produzione.
Les tapis en loden de CAMATO se composent à 100 % de
pure laine vierge néo-zélandaise. Ces tapis doivent leur
qualité supérieure à la laine choisie soigneusement et
à la fabrication coûteuse.
La lana si trasforma in tessuto Loden tramite una serie di
fasi di lavorazione: filatura, tessitura, tintura, lavaggio,
centrifugazione, garzatura, essiccatura, follatura e
rasatura. Il Loden viene tessuto con una larghezza pari a
circa 170 cm.
La laine devient en une série d´étapes de traitements le
loden: filer, tisser, colorer, laver, centrifuger, enrouer,
sécher, fouler et affiner.
Le loden est tissé sur une largeur finie d’ environ 170 cm.
Trattandosi di un prodotto naturale, occorre considerare i
seguenti punti:
Tolleranza dimensionale:
Alterazioni termiche e variazioni dell’umidità durante il
processo di produzione possono determinare un
mutamento delle dimensioni del tappeto pari a circa
+/- 3 % delle dimensioni richieste.
Colori:
I tappeti in Loden CAMATO sono disponibili in una svariata
gamma di colori. La vasta offerta di tinte è visionabile
nell’ambito del campionario.
Lavorazione:
I tappeti in Loden CAMATO vengono prodotti a mano.
Quasi tutti gli articoli della serie "tappeti in Loden" sono
disponibili in 2 diverse qualità:
a) 2 strati di Loden b) Loden & feltro
Manutenzione:
La manutenzione quotidiana viene svolta mediante
comune aspirapolvere senza utilizzo di spazzole.
La presenza di liquidi deve essere eliminata
immediatamente tramite un fazzoletto di carta o un
panno assorbente.
Per rimuovere eventuali macchie si consiglia l’utilizzo di
un panno di cotone chiaro che non perda il colore.
Leggere impurità possono essere eliminate con una
soluzione delicata di acqua e sapone.
Si consiglia di procedere quindi ad asciugare il tappeto
accuratamente con un panno pulito.
In caso di macchie di grasso, occorre utilizzare un
solvente, quale ad esempio il tricloroetilene (facilmente
rintracciabile in commercio).
La pulizia di base viene effettuata un lavaggio a secco.
Attenzione: non lavare a mano o a macchina!
Pieghe o grinze possono essere rimosse tramite trattamento di vapore mediante uso di ferro da stiro e di un
panno umido di cotone che non perda il colore.
Tempi di consegna:
Tutti i tappeti vengono prodotti su ordinazione.
I tempi di consegna sono pari a circa 4 – 6 settimane.

Tolérance de dimension:
Par des variations de température, ainsi que des
modifications de l´humidité de l´air pendant le processus
de production le tapis peut dévier de +/- 3 % de la

Traitement:
Les tapis en loden de CAMATO sont manufacturés.
Pour presque tous les articles de la série des tapis en
loden on peut choisir entre 2 variantes de matériel.

b) loden & feutre
Entretien:
Les soins quotidiens se font avec un aspirateur sans
bross.
Des liquides devraient immédiatement être absorbés avec
un chiffon de papier ou avec un autre chiffon absorbant.
Pour le traitement des taches on devrait utiliser un chiffon
de coton lumineux et non teinté. Des petits salissures peuvent être éliminées avec un mélange d´eau et de savon.
Ensuite essuyer avec un papier absorbant.
Contre les taches de matières grasses on doit utiliser un
solvant p. ex. du trichloréthylène (disponible dans le
commerce).
Le nettoyage de base se fait par un nettoyage à sec du
tapis avec regraissage. Attention: pas de nettoyage dans
une machine à laver ni à la main.
Des plis de mise ou des ondes peuvent être lissés par la
vapeur d´un fer à repasser au moyen d'un chiffon de coton
humide et non teinté.
Délai de livraison:
Tous les tapis sont fabriqués sur commande.
Le délai de livraison est d’environ 4 à 6 semaines.

Loden, der zu 100 % aus Neuseeländischer Schurwolle der hochwertigsten aller Wollarten - gefertigt wird.
Aus dem Lodenstoff werden Streifen gestanzt
(Streifenbreite ca. 10 cm), die anschließend von Hand
geflochten werden. Die Kreuzungen werden nicht verklebt
– der Teppich wird an allen 4 Rändern durch eine doppelte
Naht fixiert.
Farben:
Teppich „Basket“ ist in allen Loden-Farben erhältlich –
siehe Loden-Farbmuster.

The loden fabric is first die-cut into strips (approx. 10 cm in
width), which are then hand-woven. Thread intersections
are not glued – the rug is fixed along all four borders using
a double stitch.

Loden, der zu 100 % aus Neuseeländischer Schurwolle der hochwertigsten aller Wollarten - gefertigt wird.
Die Quadrate (ca. 10 x 10 cm) werden aus dem Fond
gestanzt und in einer anderen Farbe des Lodens eingelegt.
Bei beiden erhältlichen Größen dieses Teppichs besteht
das Muster aus 5 Quadraten – siehe Skizze.

the pattern is made up of five squares (see the drawing).

gestanzt und in einer anderen Farbe des Lodens eingelegt.
Das Muster verläuft als Streifen in der Mitte des Teppichs
– siehe Skizze.

Verarbeitung:
Processing:
CAMATO Tufting-Teppiche werden von Hand getuftet –
sprich die verschiedenen Flormaterialien werden mit
speziellen Tufting-Pistolen in das Trägermaterial eingebracht. Der Flor wird anschließend durch einen LatexAnstrich im Trägermaterial fixiert. Der Latex-Anstrich dient
gleichzeitig zum Schutz des Bodens vor Zerkratzen sowie
vor einem übermäßigen Rutschen des Teppichs.
CAMATO tufted rugs are hand-tufted – i.e. the various pile
fabrics are applied to the backing material using a special
tufting gun. The backing material is then coated with latex
to bind the pile. The latex coating serves to protect the
floor from scratches as well as to prevent the rug from
slipping too much.
Pflege:
Daily cleaning is done using a common household vacuum
cleaner without brushes. Take care to adjust the suction
power to the pile of the rug, as too much suction can
damage long-pile rugs.
Any liquids must be absorbed from the rug immediately
using a paper towel or an absorbent cloth.
Die tägliche Pflege erfolgt mit einem haushaltsüblichen
Staubsauger ohne Bürsten. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass
die Saugstärke dem Flor des Teppichs angepasst wird,
da bei zu starker Saugkraft bei langflorigen Teppichen
der Flor beschädigt werden kann.
Flüssigkeiten müssen umgehend mit einem Papiertuch
oder einem saugfähigen Lappen aufgesaugt werden.
Zur Fleckenbehandlung ein helles, nicht färbendes
Baumwolltuch verwenden.
Kleinere Verunreinigungen lassen sich mit einer milden
Wasser-Seifen Lösung beseitigen.
Anschließend mit einem sauberen Papiertuch trocken
tupfen.
Bei Fettflecken ist ein Lösungsmittel z.B. Trichloraethylen
(im Handel erhältlich) zu verwenden.
Die Grundreinigung erfolgt durch eine Chemische
Teppichreinigung mit Rückfettung.

Care:
When removing spots, use a light-coloured, non-discolouring cotton cloth.
Minor stains may be removed with the aid of a mild water
and soap solution.
Afterwards, dab dry the fabric with a clean paper towel.
Use a solvent, e.g. trichloroethylene (available
commercially), to treat grease spots.
Basic cleaning is done using a chemical carpet cleaner
that leaves behind a grease residue.
Note: Not hand- or machine-washable!

Traitement:
I tappeti tufting CAMATO vengono lavorati a mano – il pelo
viene trapuntato per mezzo di speciali pistole su un
supporto già tessuto. L'ancoraggio definitivo dei fili al
supporto si ottiene tramite la spalmatura di uno strato di
lattice. Lo strato di lattice serve a proteggere il pavimento
ed allo stesso tempo ad evitare che il tappeto vi scivoli
sopra.
Les tapis tufter de CAMATO sont tuftés à la main – ca veut
dire que les différents matériels du flor sont apportés dans
le substrat avec des pistolets à tufter spéciaux.
Manutenzione:
La manutenzione quotidiana viene svolta mediante
comune aspirapolvere senza utilizzo di spazzole. A tal
proposito occorre porre attenzione alla forza aspirante
dell’apparecchio, che è opportuno adattare al pelo del
tappeto, in quanto, in caso di aspirazione troppo intensa,
tappeti dal pelo lungo potrebbero venirne danneggiati.
La presenza di liquidi deve essere eliminata immediatamente tramite un fazzoletto di carta o un panno
assorbente.
Per rimuovere eventuali macchie si consiglia l’utilizzo di
un panno di cotone chiaro che non perda il colore.
Leggere impurità possono essere eliminate con una soluzione delicata di acqua e sapone.
Si consiglia di procedere quindi ad asciugare
accuratamente la stoffa con un fazzoletto di carta pulito.
In caso di macchie di grasso, occorre utilizzare un
solvente, quale ad esempio il tricloroetilene (facilmente
rintracciabile in commercio).
Ensuite le flor vas être fixé dans le substrat par une
couche de latex. La couche de latex sert en même temps
à la protection du sol contre les éraflures ainsi que contre
le glissement démesuré du tapis.
Entretien:
Les soins quotidiens son faits avec un aspirateur sans
brosse.
Il faut veiller que le pouvoir d'aspiration soit adapté au Flor
du tapis, puisqu'avec une trop grande force
d'aspiration on peut endommager le flor/les poiles
des tapis avec un flor long.
Des liquides devront immédiatement être absorbés avec
un papier ou avec un autre chiffon absorbant.
Pour le traitement des taches on devrait utiliser un chiffon
de coton lumineux et non teinté. Des petits salissures
peuvent être éliminées avec un mélange d´eau et du
savon. Ensuite essuyer avec un papier absorbant propre.
Contre les taches de matières grasses on doit utiliser un
solvant p. ex. du trichloréthylène (disponible dans le
commerce).
La pulizia di base viene effettuata tramite una detersione
chimica per tappeti in grado di fornire un apporto di
grasso alla stoffa.
Le nettoyage de base se fait par un nettoyage à sec du
tapis avec regraissage. Attention: pas de nettoyage dans
une machine à laver ni à la main.

und verleiht diesem Teppich den besonderen Effekt.

pelo è costituito di finissima lana vergine proveniente dalla
Nuova Zelanda – in assoluto la lana più pregiata esistente.
