IP20 strip LED flexible and adhesive with 1200 LED SMD 2216 (240 LED/Mt) placed in
5 meters strip LED long. For internal use only. The strip LED must be fitted by its double
face adhesive tape to an aluminum dissipating surface. If the max. temperature limits are
exceeded, the life of the module will be reduced or the module may be damaged. It is
suggested to protect the strip LED surface by a suitable transparent or matt plastic cover.
Not for external use or in presence of moisture.

Precauzioni di montaggio
della strip LED:
1. Assicurarsi che la superficie alla quale viene incollata
la strip LED sia liscia e pulita. Sporco, olio, grassi ecc.
influenzano l’adesività del nastro biadesivo, con il rischio
di possibili distacchi nel tempo.
2. Dopo aver posizionato la strip LED, premere sulla
stessa con adeguata forza per permettere un buon incollaggio sulla superficie. Non usare martelli o altri utensili
per premere sulla strip in quanto questa potrebbe sicuramente danneggiarsi.
3. Non piegare la strip a 90° o con un angolo secco di
piegatura in quanto potrebbero danneggiarsi le saldature
o le pista di trasmissione elettrica. Il raggio minimo di curvatura della strip deve essere, per evitare danni alle piste
o ai componenti saldati, di 60 mm.
4. Non tirare il cavo di collegamento dopo il montaggio
della strip LED per non rovinare o provocare il distacco
delle piste di collegamento della strip LED.
5. Per avere le migliori prestazioni collegare ogni strip
LED di lunghezza 5 metri al proprio alimentatore o controllore. Se si alimentano più strip LED in serie si possono avere delle diminuzioni di efficienza luminosa dovute
alla caduta di tensione generata dalla resistenza elettrica
delle piste che scorrono nel circuito della strip LED.
6. Elettricità statica (ESD) può danneggiare la giunzione
dei LED presenti nella strip LED. Si consiglia l’uso di strumenti idonei atti ad evitare la trasmissione di elettricità
statica nella strip (guanti elettrostatici o polsini elettrostatici). E’ inoltre raccomandato di prendere le necessarie precauzioni per evitare fenomeni dovuti a elettricità statica
dove vengono installate le strip LED.
7. La strip genera molto calore. Evitare di farla funzionare in aria libera e prevedere idoneo sistema di raffreddamento. La temperatura superficiale del circuito stampato non dovrebbe superare, per garantire la durata del
LED, i 55-60°C massimo (temperatura misurata nel punto
di saldatura del LED SMD al circuito stampato. in questo
caso, tenendo conto della resistenza termica fra supporto
e giunzione non si dovrebbero superare gli 85°C nella giunzione).
8. Devono essere evitate fonti di calore in prossimità
della strip LED o che la stessa venga interessata da fonti
di calore che potrebbe innalzare la temperatura di funzionamento. Operare secondo le specifiche espresse nel
foglio tecnico del prodotto.
9. Evitare la tensione inversa che può distruggere la giunzione, Prestare molta attenzione al collegamento per
non invertire la connessione positiva con la negativa.
10.Usare alimentatori di qualità, onde evitare possibili
sovratensioni (surge) che potrebbero bruciare il LED.
Cautions:
1. The surface where the strip LED will be fix must be
clean and free from oil, dirty, grease etc. Any substance
on the fix surface decrease the strength of the adhesive
tape.
2. Do not use tools or hammer over the strip LED to fix
it on a surface, because you can damage the strip LED.
Push with a finger or with a smooth tools.
3. Should not be curved in the diameter of 60 mm,
please do not rebate or bend, in order to avoid damages to the LED lamps or internal circuit.
4. Do not pull the connection cable after strip LED fixing, to avoid the damage of electrical connection.
5. To obtain the maximum performance, each 5 meters must be connected to proper power supply or controller. Several strip LED connected by a series circuit
can be affected by light drop.
6. Static electricity (ESD) may damage the strip LED.
It is recommended to use a wristband or anti-electrostatic glove for handling the strip LED. It is also recommended to take properly measures to avoid surge voltage in the equipments where strip LED are placed.
7. Thermal design of the end product is most important. Please consider the heat generation of the strip
LED and take the correct way to dissipate it. Intense
heat generation must be avoided and operate within the
maximum ambient temperature as for specification.
8. Must be avoid heat generation close to the strip
LED because that can cause the LED junction burn due
to surplus in heating.
9. The inverse polarity is dangerous for the LED.
Please pay attention at the connection positive and
negative and do not invert them.
10.It is recommended to use a good quality power supplies, to avoid extra voltage or surge when they turn on
that can be damage the LED.

1 Taglio della strip.
Eseguire il taglio esclusivamente
nei punti predisposti e indicati sulla
striscia LED.

Pulire la piazzola da eventuali depositi con un detergente tipo alcool.

Clean leads from possible sediments with an alcohol like detergent.
3 Affiancare le due strip che si vogliono unire e con un saldatore
scaldare leggermente le piazzole.
Appoggiare il filo di stagno sulle
piazzole già riscaldate nella quantità che permetta la saldatura delle
stesse, aspettare la fusione dello
stagno. Agire nello stesso modo anche nelle altre piazzole. Per evitare
fenomeni dovuti a trasmissione di
elettricità, si prescrive di utilizzare
un saldatore in bassa tensione 24V
con isolamento dalla rete 230Vac
oppure un saldatore a gas. Come
riferimento di eventuali modelli:

3 CABLE SOLDERING.
Free leads from resin with a utility knife.
Clean them, to remove grease or oil traces with a cloth dampened with alcohol.
Perform soldering following directions
provided for strip IP20. To avoid electric power transmission, it is suggested
to use a low voltage soldering iron (24V
with electric grid insulation 230Vac) or
a gas solder. Reference models: Low
Voltage TCP-S 24V 50W WELLER or
WS81 WELLER / Gas – PYROPEN
WELLER OR PORTASOL.

Montaggio della strip LED.
LED STRIP ASSEMBLY.
1 Assicurarsi che la superficie sulla quale viene incollata la
strip LED sia liscia e pulita, Sporco, olio, grassi ecc. influenzano l’adesività del nastro biadesivo, con il rischio di possibili
distacchi nel tempo.
1 Ensure that surface where LED strip will be glued to, is
smooth and clean. Dirt, oil, grease, etc. will compromise
the adhesiveness of the double face adhesive tape, causing
separation over time.
2 Dopo avere posizionato la strip, premere sulla stessa con
adeguata forza per premettere un buon incollaggio. Non
usare martelli o altri utensili per premere sulla strip.
2 After positioning the strip, apply appropriate pressure to
ensure a good bonding. Do not use hammers or other tools
to press on the strip.
3 Il raggio minimo di curvatura della strip, per evitare danni ai
componenti elettronici e ai collegamenti, è di 60 mm.

Precauzioni di montaggio.
ASSEMBLY PRECAUTIONS.
1 Non tirare il cavo di collegamento dopo il montaggio della
strip LED per non rovinare o provocare il distacco delle piste
di collegamento della strip LED.
1 Do not pull on connecting cable after LED strip installation so
as not to damage or cause separation of LED strip tracks.
2 Per avere le maggiori prestazioni, ogni strip LED di lunghezza 5 metri deve essere alimentata singolarmente. Se
si alimentano più strip LED in serie, si possono avere delle
diminuzioni di efficienza luminosa dovuta alla cadute di
tensione generate nel percorso.
2 For best performance, each LED strip 5 meters of length
must be powered singularly. If multiple LED strips are powered, you might experience a reduction in luminous efficiency
due to voltage drops generated along the strip.
3 ESD o elettricità statica possono danneggiare i diodi LED
presenti nella strip LED.
Per evitare questo genere di problemi, maneggiare le strip
LED con le attrezzature idonee a limitare l’elettricità statica,
quali i guanti o i polsini antistatici. E’ inoltre raccomandato di
prendere le necessarie precauzioni per evitare fenomeni di
elettricità statica dove vengono installate le strip LED.
Per evitare fenomeni dovuti a trasmissione di elettricità, si
prescrive di utilizzare un saldatore in bassa tensione 24V
con isolamento dalla rete 230Vac oppure un saldatore a
gas. Come riferimento di eventuali modelli: Bassa Tensione:

Sistema di controllo per pilotare, via wireless, l’intensità luminosa di
due sorgenti LED. Nel caso specifico premette di controllare strip LED
bi-colore con: 20 gradi di intensità luminosa e 11 gradi di regolazione
della temperatura di colore.
Modalità uso telecomando:
Funzione dei tasti:
Tasto 1: ON
Tasto 2: OFF
Tasto 3: selezione luminosità massima.
Tasto 4: selezione media luminosità.
Tasto 5: selezione minima luminosita.
Selezione dei livelli intermedi di iumnosità usando l’anello “touch”:
1)Toccare con il dito il semicerhio sinistro ed agire con una leggera
pressione fino ad ottenere la luminosità richiesta.
2)Selezione della temperatura di colore desiderata usando l’anello “touch”: Toccare con il dito il semicerhio destro ed agire con una leggera pressione fino ad ottenere la temperatura di colore richiesta.
Il dispositivo mantiene la memoria allo spegnimento.
La regolazione verrà ripristinata alla riaccensione.
Accoppiamento fra telecomando e ricevitore:
Normalmente il telecomando è già accoppiato al suo ricevitore, ma se
tale impostazione volesse venire cambiata agire come segue:
Al momento dell’accensione ed entro tre secondi dalla stessa premere
una volta il tasto n° 3. La strip lampeggerà tre volte per confermare
l’avvenuto accoppiamento.
Disaccoppiamento: Con le stesse modalità premere il tasto 3 per
cinque volte. La strip lampeggerà sei volte per confermare l’avvenuto
disaccoppiamento.
This is a multi-function Touching LED Controller. It adopts the most advanced
PWM remote control technology, can control two circuits (common anode),
with 20 grades of brightness adjusting and 11 different CT.
Functions of Keys

How to use
1) Brightness level. Use your finger to modify the brightness level touching the left semicircle and scroll from up and down.
2) CCT function Use your finger to modify the CT touching the right semicircle and scroll from up and down.
Resume function. The previous settings will be resumed while power
on again..
Matching code:
Press Key 3once within 3 seconds when power on again,the light will
blink 3 times if matching is successful.
Clearing Code:
Press Key 3 five times within 3 seconds when power on again,the light
will blink 6 times if clearing is successful.

Sistema di controllo per pilotare, via wireless, l’intensità luminosa di
sorgenti LED a tensione costante. Permette di pilotare tre canali con un
massimo di 6 A per canale, a 12VDC o 24VDC. Tre modi di funzionamento,
15 giochi luminosi modificabili in velocità, funzionamento a luce bianca con
pressione di un solo tasto e 640000 combinazioni di colore selezionabili
mediante anello “touch control”.
Funzione dei tasti:

Modalità uso de telecomando:
Accensione e spegnimento: premere tasto 1
Selezione effetti luminosi: premere tasto 2. Ogni pressione del tasto si
avrà un nuovo effetto luminoso, fino ad un massimo di quindici. Selezione
luce bianca: premere 1 volta il tasto 3. Per annullare tornare al punto 2.
Selezione delle 640000 tonalità di colore: premere due volte il tasto 3 ed
accedere all’anello “Touch sensor”. Fare scorrere il dito con una leggera
pressione fino a selezionare il colore desiderato.
Il dispositivo mantiene la memoria allo spegnimento. La regolazione
verrà ripristinata alla riaccensione. Accoppiamento fra telecomando e
ricevitore: Normalmente il telecomando è già accoppiato al suo ricevitore,
ma se tale impostazione volesse venire cambiata agire come segue; al
momento dell’accensione ed entro tre secondi dalla stessa premere una
volta il tasto n° 4. La strip lampeggerà tre volte per confermare l’avvenuto
accoppiamento.
Disaccoppiamento: Con le stesse modalità e in rapida sequenza premere

Code clearing: Correctly connect the power supply. LED controller and LED
load. Switch off the power, then switch on again, and long press key 5(within
3 seconds) the moment you see the light is on.The LED light blinks six times
swiftly when it is done.
Disaccoppiamento del telecomando: Al momento dell’accensione, entro
tre secondi, premere lungamente il TASTO 5. La fonte luminosa lampeggierà per sei volte confermando il disaccoppiamento.
A questo punto, agendo sul telecomando, non avremo il pilotaggio del
controller.

Code matching: For a new kit (remote & controller), the remote can work only
when it is programmed to the controller. Please follow the below instructions:
