La Bolinox
“La Bolinox nasce nel 1975, l’esperienza maturata negli
anni nelle lavorazioni delle lamiere in acciaio inossidabile e
l’attenzione sulle richieste del mercato portano l’azienda a
produrre esclusivamente carpenterie per quadri elettrici in
inox Aisi 304/316L, definendo ad oggi, una notevole gamma
di prodotti che vanno dalle piccole scatole di derivazione
e pulsantiere, alle composizioni di armadi in batteria. La
Bolinox garantisce un ottima assistenza tecnica in materia,
avvalendosi di uno staff qualificato che risponde velocemente alle molteplici richieste, anche di prodotti speciali,
consegnando tutte le tipologie di prodotti in tempi brevi.
Azienda molto dinamica, NEL 1998 certifica il proprio
sistema di gestione della Qualità, secondo le norme UNI
EN ISO9001:2000 con un ente internazionale accreditato
“DNV”, con il quale si aggiorna nel 2009 alle nuove norme
UNI EN ISO9001:2008.
Nel corso degli anni ha perfezionato le caratteristiche tecniche dei sui prodotti, conseguendo vari tipi di certificazione,
quali: Cerificato IMQ (norma di riferimento CEI EN 62208) e
su tutta al gamma di prodotti, anche quelli speciali, la certificazione ULus Listed garantendo sui propri quadri un grado
di protezione Type Nema 4X.”

ACCESSORI
Le scatole di derivazione e le pulsantiere Bolinox sono
costruite in acciaio inox Aisi 304 (UNI 6900 - 71x5 CrNi
18/10) di Sp. 12/10 finemente satinato e protetto da film
adesivo in PVC (scotch brite).
Il coperchio viene avvitato al contenitore con viti in
acciaio inox e munito di guarnizione.
Le scatole di derivazione sono inoltre dotate di piastra
interna realizzata in FeZn Sp. 20/10.
Tutti i nostri articoli vengono forniti con massa a terra sia
sulla struttura che sul coperchio mediante prigionieri in
acciaio inox M6.

Bolinox 12/10 thick connector blocks and push-button
panels are made of Aisi 304 (UNI 6900 - 71x5 CrNi 18/10)
stainless steel, finely glazed and protected by an adhesive PVC film (scotch brite).
The lid is fitted with a washer and is screwed on to the
container with stainless steel screws.
Furthermore, the connector blocks are supplied with
inner anchor plate made of FeZn 20/10.
All our articles are supplied with ground cable both on
the structure and on the cover by means of stainless
steel M6 stud bolts.

I quadri compatti Bolinox sono costruiti in acciaio inox
Aisi 304 (UNI 6900 - 71x5 CrNi 18/10) finemente satinato

La cassa è costruita con Sp. 12/10 e 15/10.
La sagomatura a pieghe multiple del bordo anteriore del contenitore, sulla quale viene collocata una
guarnizione a canale d’aria irrobustita da un’anima in
acciaio, le garantisce una tenuta sicura nel tempo.
La piastra interna portastrumenti realizzata in FeZn
20/10 viene fissata per mezzo di viti speciali M10 in acciaio inox.
La porta di Sp. 15/10, realizzabile anche con una luce
trasparente in Lexan o vetro, è dotata di un bordo
ripiegato che le conferisce un’adeguata rigidità ed è
fissata alla struttura con robuste cerniere inox a scomparsa che le permettono un’apertura superiore ai 90°.
La controporta interna in acciaio inox con apertura
a 90° è regolabile in profondità e disponibile anche a
pannelli modulari di altezze da 200/400/600 mm.

opening angle and is depth adjustable. It is also
available in 200/400/600 mm. high modular panels.

I quadri pensili Bolinox sono costruiti in acciaio inox Aisi
304 (UNI 690 – 71x5 CrNi 18/10), a richiesta in Aisi 316,
finemente satinati e protetti da film adesivo in PVC
(scotch brite). La cassa è costruita con Sp. 12/10 mentre
la porta Sp. 15/10. Sono dotate di maniglie ad angolo
di diametro 30mm per facilitare la presa e utilizzano la
chiusura laterale per lasciare l’intera superficie disponibile ad un eventuale foratura. Possono essere accessoriate con un eventuale giunto girevole e sbraccio per il
fissaggio ad organi esterni. La sagomatura della cassa
unita alla guarnizione di tenuta, conferiscono al prodotto un grado di protezione IP65, questa è dotata di perni
M6x20 per il fissaggio di un eventuale piastra in FeZn e
perni M6x12 per i punti di massa a terra tra porta e cassa, la porta è dotata di cerniere a scomparsa che le
permettono un’apertura superiore ai 90°.

The Bolinox komander are constructed of stainless
steel AISI 304 (UNI 690 - 71x5 CrNi 18/10), on request
AISI 316, finely satin and protected by PVC film adhesive (Scotch Brite). The cabinet is constructed with Sp
12/10 Sp and port 15/10. They are equipped with handles at an angle of 30mm diameter for easy grip and
use the side closure to leave the entire area available
to any drilling. Can be equipped with a swivel joint and
possible outreach for attachment outside The shaping

Nella struttura autoportante, di Sp. 15/10, vi è collocata una guarnizione a canale d’aria irrobustita da
un’anima in acciaio.
La porta anteriore, di Sp. 15/10 realizzabile anche con
una luce trasparente in Lexan o vetro è debitamente
rinforzata con un tubo quadro in acciaio inox che le
conferisce un’adeguata rigidità ed è fissata alla struttura
mediante 3 cerniere che le permettono un’apertura
superiore ai 90°. La stessa può essere incernierata sia sul
lato sx che su quello dx.
Il pannello posteriore, avvitato alla struttura, può essere
sostituito a richiesta con una porta incernierata.

I pannelli laterali vengono avvitati alla struttura mediante viti in acciaio inox. Nel fondo dell’armadio è ricavata la flangia ingresso cavi completa di guarnizione

Lo zoccolo standard H 100 mm. ispezionabile sui lati può
essere sostituito con piedi regolabili. La piastra interna
portastrumenti realizzata in FeZn 25/10 è regolabile in
profondità. Tutti i nostri articoli vengono forniti con massa a terra sia sulla struttura che sulle porte mediante

Bolinox build-up control boxes are made of Aisi 304 (UNI
6900 - 71x5 CrNi 18/10) stainless steel, finely glazed and
protected by an adhesive PVC film (scotch brite).
A steel core strengthened weather strip is placed in the
20/10 thick self-bearing structure. Furthermore, a bank
of measuring 8 mm. square, 25 mm. pitch drillings allows the fastening of various profiles.
The front door, 15/10 thick, can also have a transparent
Lexan or glass light, and is duly reinforced with a stainless steel square tube which provides the right stiffness.
It is fixed to the structure with 3 hinges which allow an
opening angle of over 90°. The door can be hinged
both on the right and the left side.
The rear panel, screwed to the structure, can be
replaced on request by a hinged door.
The stainless steel inner counterdoor shows a 90°
opening angle and is depth adjustable.
It is also available in 200/400/600 mm. high modular
panels. The side panels are mounted to the structure
with stainless steel screws.
The flange for the insertion of the cables, including the
weather strip, is placed on the bottom of the control
box. The standard 100 mm. high base can be inspected on its sides. It can be supplied with adjustable feet.
The inner anchor plate for instrument case is made of
FeZn 25/10 and is depth adjustable.
All our articles are supplied with ground cable both on
the structure and on the doors by means of stainless
steel M6 stud bolts. Bolinox designs and produces customised solutions to meet all your needs in AISI 304 and

FILTRI INOX
Studiato per tutte quelle esigenze che necessitano di una ventilazione forzata all’interno del
quadro è costruito in acciaio inox Aisi 304 (UNI 6900-71x5 CrNi 18/10) finemente satinato e protetto
da film adesivo in PVC (scotch brite).
La scatola portafiltro viene imbullonata all’esterno del quadro e contiene la parte filtrante, è
predisposta per l’alloggiamento di un ventilatore. La cuffia di protezione viene avvitata con 2 viti
alla scatola portafiltro, permettendo una veloce sostituzione del filtro.
Filter inox
Designed for situations where forced ventilation is necessary inside the control board, the filter is
made of protected satinized Aisi 304 (UNI 6900 - 71x5 CrNi 18/10) stainless steel, finely glazed and
protected by an adhesive PVC film (scotch brite).
The filter holder is bolted to the outside of the control board and contains the filter material.
It is designed to hold a ventilator. The protective hood is attached to the filter holder by means of
two screws, allowing for easy removal of the filter.

Sono progettati specificamente per l’installazione sul tetto degli armadi rack (EHE) o a bordo macchina o sulla parete (EVE). Grazie al sistema di autopulizia del condensatore non è più necessario
pulire il filtro aria, eliminando così la manutenzione ordinaria. La potenza frigorifera copre un ampio
range. E’ presente il dissipatore di condensa ecologico integrato abbinato al triplo sistema di protezione contro la condensa. Il controllo standard è elettromeccanico.
Conditioners
Specifically developed for mounting on the top of server racks (EHE)or on the wall or door (EVE),
the air conditioners cover a cooling capacity range. Common to all models is the “Selfcleaning”
condenser coil which remove the necessity of the air filter, avoiding the ordinary maintenance. The
models are equipped with Condesate Dissipator and “Triple condensate protection system”. The
standard control is electromechanical.

Si dispone di una vasta gamma di ventilatori a corrente alternata “Vac” e corrente continua “Vcd”,
si possono avere sia a bronzina che su cuscinetto e a tensioni di funzionamento che vanno dai 110V
ai 230V.
La struttura è in termoplastica nera antifiamma UL94V-0 e le temperature di lavoro sono comprese
tra i -20°C e +80°C.
In base al modello si posso avere i ventilatori con le certificazioni UL-CSA-TUV-CE.
Axial fans
You have a wide range of fans with AC current “VAC” and DC current “VCD”, you can have
both bearing and bushing that operating voltages ranging from 110V to 230V. The structure is fire
resistant UL94V-0 black thermoplastic and working temperatures are between -20 °C to +80 °C.
Depending on the model you can have the fans with UL-CSA-TUV-CE.
