KERLITE È UN PORCELLANATO CERAMICO di nuova concezione che fa della versatilità e della facilità di impiego i suoi punti di forza. Resistente
ma leggero, planare ma flessibile, semplice da tagliare, forare e posare e facilmente igienizzabile, Kerlite si presenta nel rivoluzionario formato di
300x100 cm della lastra nativa per uno spessore di soli 3 mm (Kerlite 3 mm), per rivestimenti murali sia interni che esterni, o di soli 3,5 mm (Kerlite
Plus), per pavimenti. Grazie al suo ridotto spessore, Kerlite è ideale per rinnovare pavimenti e rivestimenti senza demolire, con un grande risparmio
di tempo e di denaro. Tre collezioni di Kerlite (Buxy, Elegance, Over) trovano inoltre una perfetta abbinabilità con le corrispondenti piastrelle in gres
porcellanato spessorato di 14 mm di spessore. Scaturita da una ricerca guidata dalle esigenze estetiche dell’architettura contemporanea, Kerlite

KERLITE IS CERAMIC PORCELAIN STONEWARE based on a new concept, where maximum versatility and ease-of-use are the strong points. Resistant
and light, flat and flexible, simple to cut, drill and install and easy to sanitise, Kerlite is available in the outstanding 300x100 cm slab with a thickness
of only 3 mm (Kerlite 3 mm), for interior and exterior walls, and of only 3.5 mm (Kerlite Plus), for floors. Thanks to its limited thickness, Kerlite is
ideal for renovating old floors without demolishing, hence saving time and money. Many Kerlite collections (Buxy, Elegance, Over) can be matched
with the corresponding 14 mm thick porcelain stoneware collections. Developed to fulfil the aesthetic needs of architecture and contemporary design,
Kerlite introduces the era of global tiling: therefore, not only floors and walls but also furniture and furnishings, doors, kitchens and work tops. /

léger, plat et flexible, simple à découper, percer, poser et nettoyer, Kerlite se présente au format révolutionnaire de 300 x 100 cm de la dalle native
avec une épaisseur de 3 mm seulement (Kerlite 3 mm), pour les revêtements muraux aussi bien en intérieur qu’en extérieur, ou de 3,5 mm seulement
(Kerlite Plus), pour les carrelages. Grâce à son épaisseur réduite, Kerlite est l’idéal pour rénover des carrelages et des revêtements sans démolir, ce qui

LA NUOVA SUPERFICIE PER L'ARCHITETTURA. DOVE SI POSA: Per rivestire superfici a parete in abitazioni, edifici o locali pubblici, sia in interno che
in esterno. SOTTOFONDO: Deve essere pulito, asciutto e stabile. Verificare la planarità delle superfici e livellare se necessario. POSA: Stendere la colla
a letto pieno sul fondo con una spatola da 4 mm. Battere bene la superficie della lastra con una spatola di gomma per farla aderire completamente. Per
posa su pareti esterne eseguire sempre la doppia spalmatura. / THE NEW SURFACE FOR ARCHITECTURE. Intended usage: Suitable for residential
walls, public buildings, exterior and interior environments. Substrate: It must be clean, dry and stable. Check the flatness of the surface and level off
if necessary. Installation: Spread the adhesive full-bed on the substrate using a trowel with 4 mm teeth. Tap the slab surface with a rubber trowel to
enable correct adhesion. For installation on exterior walls, always adopt the ‘double-spread’ technique. / LA NOUVELLE SURFACE POUR L'ARCHITECTURE.
Application: Pour le revêtement, interne comme externe, de surfaces murales dans les habitations, les bâtiments ou les locaux publics. Chape: Elle doit
être propre, sèche et stable. Contrôler la planéité des surfaces et, si nécessaire, mettre à niveau. Pose: Coller en plein en étendant la colle sur le support
à l’aide d’une spatule de 4 mm Taper sur la surface avec une spatule en caoutchouc pour obtenir une adhérence totale. En cas de pose sur des murs en
extérieur, toujours effectuer le double encollage. / DIE NEUE OBERFLÄCHE FÜR DIE ARCHITEKTUR. Wo verlegen: Zum Verkleiden von Wandflächen in
Wohnräumen oder öffentlichen Gebäuden, in Innen- wie in Außenbereichen. Untergrund: Der Untergrund muss sauber, trocken und stabil sein. Prüfen,
dass die Oberflächen eben sind und ggf. nivellieren. Verlegung: Den Kleber mit einem 4 mm-Spachtel im Vollbett auf dem Untergrund verteilen. Die
Oberfläche der Platte gut mit einem Gummispachtel abklopfen, damit der Kleber komplett anhaftet. Bei der Verkleidung von Außenwänden, stets die
doppelte Aufstrichtechnik anwenden.

RINNOVA LA TUA CASA SENZA DEMOLIRE. DOVE SI POSA: Per rivestire superfici di vecchi pavimenti e massetti nuovi in ambienti domestici o anche ad
alto traffico pedonale ma non sottoposti a carichi pesanti. SOTTOFONDO: Deve essere pulito, asciutto e stabile. Verificare la planarità delle superfici e
livellare se necessario. POSA CON DOPPIA SPALMATURA: Stendere la colla a letto pieno sul vecchio pavimento o su massetto nuovo con spatole a denti
inclinati da 6 mm e sul retro della lastra con spatole a denti piatti da 3 mm. Battere bene la superficie della lastra con una spatola di gomma per farla
aderire completamente. / Renovate your home without demolishing. Intended usage: For covering old floors and new slabs in residential
environments or areas subject to intense pedestrian traffic but not heavy loads. Substrate: It must be clean, dry and stable. Check the flatness of
the surface and level off if necessary. Installation with a double layer of adhesive: Spread the adhesive full-bed on the old floor or new slab
using a trowel with 6 mm tilted teeth. Spread adhesive also on the rear side of the slab using a trowel with 3 mm flat teeth. Tap the slab surface with

Taper sur la surface avec une spatule en caoutchouc pour obtenir une adhérence totale. / Ohne Abbruch neue Bodenbeläge. Wo verlegen: Zum

nivellieren. Verlegung mit doppelschichtigem kleberaufstrich: Den Kleber mit einem 6 mm-Spachtel mit geneigten Zähnen im Vollbett auf
dem alten Fußboden bzw. neuen Estrich verteilen und mit einem 3 mm-Flachzahnspachtel auf der Plattenrückseite auftragen. Die Oberfläche der Platte
gut mit einem Gummispachtel abklopfen, damit der Kleber komplett anhaftet.

gelo. Solamente uno spessore di 14 mm, infatti, sottoposto a uno specifico processo di greificazione in grado di fondere alla perfezione massa e
smalto di decorazione, conferisce alla superficie una resistenza tale da renderla immune dalle scalfitture e in grado di tollerare un carico di rottura
superiore del 120% rispetto alle piastrelle di 10 mm spessore. Inoltre, un pavimento in gres porcellanato spesso 14 mm significa una superficie
perfettamente planare, senza dislivelli o irregolarità, anche nella posa di grandi formati. Una garanzia di venti anni, infine, certifica la qualità
affidabile nel tempo dei nostri prodotti in gres porcellanato spessorato. / EXTRA THICK PORCELAIN STONEWARE BY COTTO D’ESTE has an
exceptional resistance. As far as exterior installation is concerned, it also resists frost. In fact, only a thickness of 14 mm and a product going

tonalità del colore blue. La Pietra Chiara grigia e luminosa presenta come per la Pietra d’Irlanda una costellazione di fondo ricca di crinoidi ed alcune venature
ad intervalli irregolari. / THE GRANITE COLOUR OF MOST FAMOUS NORTHERN EUROPEAN STONES. Kerlite Bluestone is the original colour continuing
the successful shade and graphic version already included in the Bluestone Lappata porcelain stoneware project. Pietra d’Irlanda is characterised by its
refined and exclusive shade of the blue. Pietra Chiara, which is grey and luminous, is characterised by a background “galaxy” that is rich in crinoids and
irregularly spaced veins, like Pietra d’Irlanda. / LA COULEUR GRANITIQUE DES PIERRES LES PLUS CONNUES DU NORD DE L’EUROPE. Kerlite Bluestone
est la tonalité originale qui suit la version réussie, chromatique et graphique, déjà présente dans le projet en grès cérame Bluestone Lappata (polie).

Per ambienti interni fugare utilizzando
le specifiche crocette distanziatrici di
almeno 1 mm. Per la posa in esterno sono
necessarie fughe di larghezza maggiore,
anche in relazione ai formati da posare
ed alla severità delle escursioni termiche
presenti nella zona. Un valore indicativo
può essere di 5-6 mm, da verificare di
volta in volta dal progettista e dalla
Direzione Lavori.
For interior environments, leave joints
using special spacer crosses of at
least 1 mm. For installation in exterior
environments, wider joints must be
provided. Width depends on the size
installed and on the weather conditions
(abrupt temperature changes) existing
in the specific area. An indicative width
is 5-6 mm, however this must be checked
with the Supervisor and engineer.
Pour la pose en intérieur, prévoir entre les
dalles une largeur de joints d’au moins 1
mm. à l’aide des éléments d’écartement
