QSC transmit the data to a local PC locale or to a remote centre using a TCP/IP LAN or an external modem. The RS485 line allows the connection in multi-drop configuration of up to 16 QSC devices. Each digital output switches both the positive and negative power rails. Before command execution, each solid state relay is tested, besides the digital output current is hardware limited, and monitored by an analog/digital converter. In order to increase output driver capability , ITO can be coupled to a module with 16 high power electromechanical relays.
