Realizzati in speciale mescola di GOMMA BUTILICA DURA autoestinguente a totale isolamento inalterabile nel tempo, stabilizzata
ai raggi U.V., inattaccabile da aggressioni di agenti atmosfericichimici e resistente alle sollecitazioni meccaniche derivanti da usi
pesanti.
Coperchi di chiusura in gomma, viteria di serraggio in acciaio INOX,
inserti femmina passo metrico in ottone OT58 affogati a caldo durante la fase di stampaggio, guarnizione di tenuta perimetrale a labirinto e sportelli basculanti per I’alloggiamento dei dispositivi di
protezione realizzati in policarbonato trasparente infrangibile (stabilizzato ai raggio U.V.) con chiusura a molla.
Made with a special mix of butyl rubber totally insulating and
durable over the time; stabilized through U.V. ray and resistant
against atmospherical-chimical attack or mechanical solicitations due to repeated heavy use.
Grado di estinguenza: GLOW WIRE TEST 960°C (IEC 659-2-1, CEI
50—11).
Grado di protezione: IP54 (Norme IEC 529 e CEI 70-1) elevabile a
IP55 su richiesta.
Contenitori omologati con marchio ÖVE.
I contenitori in gomma sono inseriti all’interno di flight-case professionali trasportabili in astraboard a nido d’ape sp. 10 mm laminato
esternamente con finitura plastica goffrata o liscia, oppure in multistrato di betulla sp. 10 mm (7 strati incollati con resine fenoliche).
Chiusure in vaschetta tipo a farfalla con serraggio ad azionamento
rotatorio, maniglie da incasso con impugnatura rivestita in gomma
e molla di ritorno, rinforzi angolari, bordi esterni in profilato di alluminio angolare a doppio incastro, cantonali bombati e due coperchi
rimovibili sul lato anteriore e posteriore.
Per una facile movimentazione delle struttura il flight-case viene
montato su ruote pivotanti di diametro minimo 100 mm, di cui due
munite di freno.
Prese a Norme CEE-PI7:
Involucri e corpi portacontatti in tecnopolimeri di qualità che conferiscono al prodotto elevate caratteristiche di isolamento, resistenza
meccanica, tenuta agli agenti chimici.
Alveoli realizzati in ottone con trattamento galvanico di nichelatura
che assicura un’ elevata resistenza contro la corrosione e l’abrasione.

Marca Merlin Gerin, ABB, Moeller (altre marche su richiesta).
Cablaggio:
Realizzato con cavetteria in gomma atossica N07G9-K che, oltre
a garantire in caso di incendio una bassissima emissione di fumi
e gas tossici, assicura a parità di sezione una portata di corrente
superiore rispetto alla cavetteria da cablaggio usata comunemente.
I QUADRI ELETTRICI SONO COSTRUITI IN CONFORMITA’
ALLE NORME CEI 17-13/1 EN 60439-1 e sono forniti completi di dichiarazioni di conformità, schemi elettrici e
meccanico-topografici.

Rubber boxes are put on professional wooden flight-cases
mounted with wheels (2 wheels with restrain system) for an
easy transportation. Flight-cases feature strong aluminum
profiles, large butterfly locks, spring and rubber covered grip
handles, reinforced rounded corners and two movable covers
(front and rear).
CEE-P17 regulation sockets:
Shell and body for contacts made in tech-polymer which grants
high quality, high insulation and mechanical resistance. Alveolus
made in brass with galvanic treatment for nickel plating which
grants high resistance against corrosion and abrasion.
WIRING:
Realized with nontoxic rubber cables N07G9-K that, more than
granting low smoke emission in case of fire, ensure a major
power transmission capacity if compared with standard cables
wiring.
POWER BOX ARE MADE IN CONFORMITY TO CEI1713/1 EN60439-1 REGULATIONS. They are provided
with conformity declaration and electrical-mechanical scheme.

Chiusura di sicurezza e chiavetta di sblocco
Secondary Lock and Release Key
La chiusura di sicurezza si ottiene attraverso un semplice
sistema di bloccaggio PIN sul connettore drain che scatta
in una scanalatura del connettore source e impedisce una

The secondary lock is obtained through a simple locking PIN
on the drain connector which snaps into a slot on the mating
source connector and prevents accidental disconnection under load. As an extra safety device, each pole is mechanically
keyed to prevent connection errors.

IP2X Electrical Protection of Contacts
Tutti i contatti rispondono alla normativa di sicurezza IP2X,
garantendo che non sia possibile toccare accidentalmente
le parti conduttive. Nei connettori di tipo Drain la protezione
risponde in due modi contro il contatto accidentale: presentando una punta che impedisce l’applicazione della forza e
bloccando l’accesso in maniera meccanica.
Both gender contacts are compliant with electrical safety
standard IP2X, which guarantees touch-proof protection of
live parts. On Drain connectors, the protective plastic elements feature a sharp-pointed insulated tip which prevents
the possibility of pushing the contact inwards with fingers
and are also designed so to provide mechanical locking in
case of improper pushing of the contact.

Cable Retention System
Il nuovo connettore permette di utilizzare pressa cavi metrici
M40 per cavi fino a 32 mm di diametro. Oltre al manicotto
di ritenzione già disponibile nella precedente serie PKT (25,
35, 50, 70, 95 e 120 mm²), il sistema di ritenzione cavo
nella nuova serie PKT permette l’ uso di un manicotto
adattatore per cavi fino a 150 mm² di diametro.
The Metric M40 cable gland nuts supplied with the connector are available with different clamping ranges for cables
up to 32 mm diameter. In addition to the 25, 35, 50, 70, 95
and 120 mm² retention sleeves already available on the previous PKT, the cable retention system on the new PKT now
allows the use of reduction sleeves for cables up to 150 mm²

classico e collaudato PIN (fiamma ritardante UL94-VO) che
attraversa il guscio ed il contatto, evoluto mediante l’introduzione di una chiave di polarizzazione che garantisce un
rapido montaggio.
The contact retention to the thermoplastic housing is obtained through the well-known cotter pin method. Now, this
tried and tested system also features a drive pin for easier
assembling. The plastic cotter pin is UL94-VO flame-retardant.
