La C.D.Acciai opera nel settore del commercio delle lamiere da treno dal 1991.
E’ un’azienda snella con personale qualificato che grazie alla loro esperienza riesce a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti
con consegne rapide (entro le 24 ore).
La proprietà della C.D.Acciai si sviluppa su un’area di 25.000 m. di cui 9.000 m. coperti e si serve per la
movimentazione delle lamiere di 5 carroponti da 15 Ton, 1 da 25 Ton e 1 da 30 Ton. Inoltre per velocizzare il carico e
lo scarico ma soprattutto per mantenere il materiale in condizioni ottime vengono utilizzati dei magneti telescopici.
Per eventuali problemi di planarità delle lamiere siamo in grado di raddrizzarla tramite una spianatrice a 7 rulli
che spiana una larghezza max. di 4000 mm da 10 mm a 70 mm di spessore. Oltre ad effettuare la spianatura, per i
clienti lo richiedono possiamo eseguire anche la sabbiatura della superficie grazie a una granigliatrice con 8 turbine
con larghezza max. 3000 e di spessore max. 600 mm.
La C.D.Acciai per garantire al meglio il materiale ai suoi clienti utilizza le seguenti strumentazioni:
 Apparecchio ad ultrasuoni per la ricerca di difetti interni;
 Spessimetri digitali ad ultrasuoni;
 Calibri digitali;
 Quantometro per analisi chimiche;
 Durometro elettronico.

Il materiale da noi trattato è:
 Lamiere da treno quarto sia di prima scelta che di stock con formati commerciali e non, di qualità in S275,
S355JR, S355JO, S355J2G3, S355J2+N. Queste qualità sono sempre a magazzino con spessori che variano da
uno spessore minimo di 8 mm fino ad arrivare a uno spessore di 200 mm. A richiesta del cliente siamo in grado
di fornire anche materiale a misura sia di qualità commerciali elencate precedentemente sia in qualità
P265GH, P295GH, ASTM516 Gr. 60 -70 con resilienza a 0, -20, -46.
 Coils sia di prima scelta che di stock con formati da 1000 - 1250 - 1500 - 2000.
•COILS A CALDO: spessori da 1.5 a 10 mm
•COILS A FREDDO: spessori da 0.5 a 3 mm
•COILS DECAPPATI: spessori da 1.5 a 6 mm

La nostra ditta oltre alla commercializzazione di lamiere da treno ha un impianto di ossitaglio dotato di due
pantografi Soitaab a controllo numerico Bosch su di una linea lunga 40 m e con una larghezza di taglio
di 5.5 m. Abbiamo un ufficio tecnico dove sviluppiamo i disegni del cliente per preventivi, chiarimenti e
consigli al riguardo e anch’essa realizzata per soddisfare sempre nel modo più veloce possibile le esigenze del
cliente.
Il reparto di ossitaglio è in grado di tagliare da 8 a 200 mm di spessore e ha la possibilità di raddrizzare se
necessario i pezzi ossitagliati grazie a una pressa da 800 Ton.
Per quanto riguarda le lamiere da treno per i clienti che hanno necessità di una superficie senza calamina di
ferro abbiamo la possibilità di sabbiare le lamiere grazie ad una granigliatrice OMSG fino a una larghezza di 3000
mm e una lunghezza di 16000 mm. Inoltre svolgiamo anche la raddrizzatura a freddo delle lamiere sia come
conto lavorazione sia come servizio per i nostri clienti più esigenti, fino a uno spessore max di 70 mm con una
larghezza max di 4000 mm e una lunghezza max di 12000 mm.

C.D. Acciai, founded in 1991 is involved in the commercializing of steel sheet products.
We are a lean company with highly qualified personnel, thanks to their experience in the field we can satisfy all the needs
of our clients and react fast with 24 Hr. Delivery terms.
The company is located on 25.000 of which 9.000 are buildings. For internal transportation of the steel sheets we have 5
bridge cranes with 15 Tons capacity, 1 with 25 Tons capacity and one with 30 Tons lifting capacity. In order to facilitate a
swift loading and unloading, but above all to keep our sheets in optimum condition we use telescopic magnets on all our
cranes. In case there should be any problem with the smoothness of the sheets surface, we are capable of straightening
out sheets with our 7 roll flattening machine capable of flattening a maximum width of 4000 mm. ranging from a
thickness of 10 mm to 70 mm. Further we offer the possibility of sandblasting the sheets surface with our 8 turbine
sandblaster capable of sandblasting sheets up to a width of 3000 mm. With a maximum thickness of 600 mm. In order to
guarantee the best available products to our clients C.D. Acciai uses the following equipment:
-Ultrasonic equipment for checking internal structural defects
-Digital Ultrasonic thickness measuring equipment

-Instruments for measuring chemical composition

The material we trade:
 Heavy Plates in prime and stock qualities, in both commercial and non commercial sizes in following qualities;
S275, S355JR, S355JO, S355J2G3, S355J2+N. These qualities are always on stock in our warehouse in
thicknesses that vary from 8 mm up to a thickness of 200 mm. On request of our clients we can deliver material in
specific requested sizes as well as material in the previously listed commercial sizes in qualities; P265GH,

Our Company besides the commercialization of sheet steel also has an installation for thermal cutting equipped
with two Bosch numerical controlled Soitaab pantographs situated on a 40 meter long production line with a
cutting width of 5,5 m. We have a technical office where we develop the customer supplied drawings for
estimates, explanations, here advice is realized to satisfy the requirements of the customer always in the
swiftest manner possible.
The thermal cutting department is capable of cutting sheet from 8 to 200 mm of thickness and has if necessary
the possibility to straighten the cutted pieces thanks to an 800 Ton press.
When it comes to heavy plates for the clients who have the need of surfaces without calamine we offer the
possibility to sandblast the plates. For this treatment we use our OMSG sandblaster which can blast plates up to
a width of 3000 mm and a length of 16000 mm. Other than this we can cold roll the steel plates in order to
flatten them for clients with specific needs as well as extra process. We can flatten plates with a maximum
thickness of 70 mm with a maximum length of 12000 mm. and width of 4000 mm.
