You will learn how many times you have to eat each kind of food. How to do? It's easy! Every time you have something to eat, put a cross in the square corresponding to the food you have eaten . At the end of the week , add up all the crosses, write the total for each food and then compare your results with the ideal profile, reported in the last page.
