of green olives, 1 can of anchovies in oil
and 5 radishes for garnish (optional)


Penne al pesto genovese.
Basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, cheese..

1 whole fish (600g), 2 mushrooms, 3 Spring
Onions, 3 slices ginger root, 2 table
spoons soy sauce, 1 table spoon of rice
wine, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 table
spoon of peanut oil.
Patatine fritte.

Pannacotta
4 cups of heavy cream, ½ cup of sugar, 2
teaspoons of vanilla extract, 2 packets of
powdered gelatin and 6 tablespoons
cold water.


